  1. Thanks! *sweet* Oh, and too late! :-D I've already placed a BL order to make the oil derrick! :-P ;-)
  2. A System of AFOLs! *y* *wub*
  3. I don't have any revamped sets, but "Wow!", nice job! That is a really great idea, and your MOC looks even better than the original, and more detailed. I will make a suggestion, however, and say that I think your MOC would be even more recognizable as 6841 if you add one more small wheel to each side. Just a suggestion. But good job! *y*
  4. Thanks guys! Seriously, I'm drinking a milkshake as I type this. Literally. Yummmmmm...drainage! :-D
  5. :-D Glad you like it! It's such an obscure analogy, it's hilarious! :-D
  6. Looks good if it wasn't built of M$^&B$#Ks ;-) The face needs some work, though. But it's OK. Bet they needed TONS of glue (or cement) to hold it together. :-D
  7. No, I don't have any photos. :'-( It's probably, from memory, about 1 ft. x 2 1/2 ft. That's just an educated guess, though. ;-)
  8. Hey, Happy Birthday guys! *sweet* Have a great day filled with LEGO and cake, and fun, and... ;-)
  9. WOW! *wub* That looks incredible. You know, I've never created an actual backdrop for MOC displays. Actually, I did once for Cafe Corner. Is used this official backdrop for making movies from the largest Studios set: http://brickset.com/detail.aspx?Set=1349-1 http://peeron.com/inv/parts/x252px7 It looked nice. *y* Anyone, great job! I should do this more often! ;-)
  10. Welcome Whitefang! I love that name! *y* Enjoy your stay with us on EB! *y*
  11. Hello again! Here are some custom (with official parts) minifigures from "There Will Be Blood" [a movie about an oil tycoon's quest for power and money] Saw the movie last night and it was certainly incredible, and now I know why Daniel Day-Lewis got the Oscar for best actor. *y* So here are the figs (all yellow this time): Daniel Plainview and his son, HW Eli Sunday |-/ : Henry Brandy (alleged half-brother): Oil! :-D (he's been hard at work drilling for that oil ;-) ) Misc. Prospectors/Workers: "I have a milkshake, and you have a milkshake. And I have a straw. My straw reaches accrrrooossss the room, and I DRINK YOUR MILKSHAKE! *slurp* I Drink it up!" :-D No milkhsakes were harmed during the filming of this movie [it was a metaphor] ;-) That's that. Please let me know what you think, and what other combinations you think might work better, as I'm always open to suggestions! Thanks for lookin'! *sweet*
  12. Indeed! *wub* The scenes are combined nicely, and it looks natural. I really like the Peruvian Temple scene and how it's enclosed on all sides by rocks. Is the car in front a MOC, or am I imagining things? X-D Must be. :-D
  13. Thanks EB! (Nice Signature, BTW! ;-) ) :-D When I was on the year book team a few years back, I used to coat my hands in rubber cement! :-D But E-6000 is great stuff. I use it to glue bulk bricks together with string in between the bricks, then hang my LEGO sets from the ceiling. [since I ran out of room on my shelves. ;-) ]
  14. Nice work! I must say, you have a knack for putting together some awesome minifigure combinations! *wub* I would say, though, I don't like how the baseplates are going. Maybe juxtapose them evenly?
  15. Another great interveiw! *y* I like your sigfig, BTW! *y* Is that a brickarms weapon? *y* (So many thumbs! ;-) )
  16. Don't bake it on the fig. Otherwise it'll stick to the fig and then when you go to take it off, it'll break. Trust me. :-D Are you baking it at the right tempature. Maybe if it's too hot it'll shrink?
  17. Thanks for the feedback guys! Appreciated! *sweet* ;-) Luckily the glue peels off easily! *y*

I've never seen the show, but I see tons of the merchandise at Newbury Comics and such, and I must say you MOCs look very good and accurate! Great job! *sweet*
  19. Looks like a simple and relaxing life for that conquistador. Except for the part about being dead. X-D I like the use of the new golden treasure chest! *y* (Though I would have preferred the ark! ;-) )
  20. Hey DJ! Have a great one! *y* *sweet*
  21. "There will be Blood". Highly reccomended. *wub* (Like my new avvie? :-P ) "I'm a MOC man, so keep your eyes peeled within the coming weeks for some TWBB MOCs!" ;-)
  22. Hiya! Thought I'd combine these two MOCs into one thread! Here are two MOCs of mine that, well, I never took pics of yet! The "SirNadroj" 'sculpture' was made proabably a month ago. Yes, there is a little glue (E-6000) holding the letters together, but peices can be reused with the glue I use (it's like rubber cement! :-) ) Remember me? ;-) The other MOC is a little robot I was making for a vignette. I've got SO much on my plate right now, I just quickly finished him. I didn't have much time to give him legs, so he nows hovers along. He wsa going to be an evil robot (the one depicted in the 3rd Impression of Karn Evil 9 [Emerson, Lake & Palmer]), but since I had to end the vignette's construction, I made him friendly. I used Spongebob and Patrick for him head! :-D Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sirnadroj/ Thanks! :-)
  23. I love LAML! *y* Congrats; can't wait to hear it! *y*
  24. Wow, leap day birthdays! *sweet* Enjoy you brithday, since it only comes every one four years! ;-)
  25. ooohhh, nice find! Thanks for sharing! *wub* Thank God I'm a Brickmaster subscriber! ;-) *y*
