Same, mine are all packed up and ready to go. Moving out next week but once i get to my new place i'm sure i will find a shelf to whack them on. I think they look fine on the display stands they come with so will probably just use them.

There is now 20% off every design by me set on the lego website. Says its a UK only offer. I imagine its still pretty steep, but 20% should take the sting off it!

Is it always as easy as that though? Not every set goes to sale, especially the popular ones which are the sets you are more likely to want anyway ! Waiting for a sale also means you run the risk of a set being discontinued before you can get hold of it.

That is brilliant. Im constantly amazed by what people come up with while using lego. I dont really know much about mindstorms, but having watched that i think i will look into it !

Thanks for the info grogall. I'm done with series 1, managed to pick up one of each and that is enough for me. Must say that the availability seems to be alot better here in the UK. Had three shops nearby that seemed to have at least 1 box everytime i went in. Maybe there arnt many afols around here, or at least no one buying complete boxes. And good to know a release date for series 2. I will put that in my diary so i can go and get every surfer and spartan that i can find (plus one of all the others!).

How long do the vip points take to turn up into your account ? I bought a couple of beg sets on tuesday and registered for the vip while in the store. My online vip account is still showing 0 however. (sorry if this doesnt belong in this thread but i didnt think it was worth its own one!)

This is a great moc, the UV effect really makes the crystals stand out! Both your mocs use the UV light to great effect. I like the colour too, makes it look like a sandstone cave and reflects the green glow better than dark grey would.

Yeah he looked off the pace. Has he only just come back from injury ? He had a pretty injury hit season for liverpool so maybe thats catching up with him. I thought spain looked alright, they huffed and puffed but ran out of ideas. Fair play to switzerland, they looked dangerous on the counter attack and defended well.

Medieval Market Village Green Grocer Both Kingdoms impulses 1x crash test dummy minifig (last one i needed to complete the 16!) Got itchy feet about how long 10185 and 10193 were going to be around for so went to pick them up today. Not going to be able to build them for a while as im moving house and going on holiday but have them to look forward to when i get back!

yeah i was really impressed with them as well. Certainly better than the dross ivory coast and portugal served up. I can see korea sneaking out that group with brazil!

Great scene to recreate ! I dont mind the red walls, that scene did have a reddish glow throughout. Maybe the walls could have a bit more detail on though ? i agree about the trash, i think there should be more with the minifigs waste deep! Also is there a way to make the Dianoga ? Maybe just a tentacle coming out of the waste would be great!

thats probably it. I can imagine people buying whole boxes just to put on ebay. I guess as this is the first run tlg didnt know how people would respond to them. Hopefully series two will be produced in greater numbers!
