  1. It says it's in stock! Wow, I can order it using my Amazon US account, but I'm not paying the exchange rate and shipping. Edit: they won't ship the item to my address anyways.
  2. I like the interiors!
  3. I'm the extra who grabbed whatever off the costume rack and snuck on the set with my trusty Canon Rebel.
  4. Very well done! I like that it's minifig scale and true to the lines and angles of the actual aircraft!
  5. Sounds like a contest for the beta testers. Sadly, I'm not in beta right now.
  6. Possible bug? I just changed my avatar, but for some reason I see the old one still in the last post I made before this one. What's strange is that the old avatar is using the same pixel size as my new one. Maybe that part of the forum isn't converted over yet?
  7. Hm, I'm late to the party too, but I just realized that my local TRU (US) actually had this set in stock the last time I was there a few weeks ago! I'm wondering if I should head over there tomorrow and see if I can still pick it up...
  8. I love the mine car chase! Great details and a really nice build.
  9. Amazon US had the Imperial Flagship at S@H/MSRP price with free shipping, so I ended up biting on that. Used some credit I had to bring down the price a little too.
  10. I don't recall seeing an "official" announcement yet. As far as I can tell, the only information available is the set number and the minifigs that are apparently associated with it.
  11. Great review! I was at my local Lego US shop today and they have the Flagship prominently displayed and available for sale! Even Amazon US appears to have an allocation of sets at S@H prices. I had some credit so I went ahead and ordered one.
  12. Thanks for the early review. June will be insane w/all the new releases. Gotta pick and choose which I get first and which must wait.
  13. Cool! I like that color scheme is different, and that it's minifig scale.
  14. Really great! So many details from the cannon to the nets on the rooftops...
  15. Hang in there, those who are stranded. Unfortunately, the latest news is that another large ash cloud is heading towards the UK. Goods as well as people are stranded right now...I wonder (considering this is Eurobricks after all) if there are any Lego shipments that are getting delayed because of this...
  16. Wow, impressive scale as far as the number of buildings and the different kinds of architecture (nice church, btw). I like the little details too...and the guy doing the fish slapping dance!
  17. UV rays are detrimental to many things, including photos, human skin, and Legos among other things. If you keep your Lego indoors and away from direct sunlight, as long you don't have the lights on 24/7, then that's probably enough.

    City 2010

Oh yeah, I'm definitely getting 3221!
  19. OMG, you actually did the FedEd truck! That's totally awesome!!!1
  20. My local Lego store had 60% off Clone and Assassin Droid Battlepacks today. I bought two Clone Battlepacks.
  21. Thanks for the comment Lightningtiger!
  22. Hi, hopefully I'm doing this properly--apologies if I missed anyting forum etiquette-wise. Edit: whoops, I did mess up already! I meant to say "MOD" not "MOC". Anyhoo, when I first built the Fire Blaster from 2010's Power Miners line, I have to admit, I was a little disappointed. My main issue was with the cockpit--while it is a clever way of handling the roll cage, it also means that the driver has to sit on a tiny, thin 2x2 space that drops off into nothingness. I mean, these new Deep Earth Miners do have some nice heavy armor suits to wear, but driving face-first into molten lava just doesn't seem kosher to me. Soo..I decided to change things up a bit by moving things around and spicing it up with a few spare parts (without making it overly complicated). Here's the result: Fire Blaster Re-imagined: Yes, I just moved the cockpit and controls to the center. I'm a genius! Just kidding. So now the cockpit isn't clever anymore...but it "seems" a bit more realistic... The tank is still in the back, and primed with the hose. I think there's enough lights on there...and now the dynamite isn't right next to my head! I'm sitting next to the exhaust pipes though! Eh, my suit will handle it... Ready to take on Combustix! Or whatever is lurking deep underground... Kinda wish the real set could've been something like this, but I did have to up the piece count some. Also, I did have fun messing with it so that's all that really matters anyways, right?
  23. Assassination?
  24. Great review! High quality photos! I'm amazed at the condition of your set, instructions included.
  25. Incredible! With such amazing detail and scale, the only thing I can ask is, are there any functional bits or interiors?
