  1. I know, I saw that you said that I just hope someone can record the new episodes should they air...
  2. Oh please... someone get a camcorder and record after Rise of the Spinjitzu Master... please. Just do it and upload it so we an all see it.
  3. The last episodes of NINJAGO aired in December last year. Perhaps earlier, but I'm pretty sure Volume 4 came out on disc on the 21st of December.
  4. I've gone through a fair bit of stuff on the LEGO website and, well... it seems there's a rough sketch of next year's plot. PIXAL isn't evil, she's just under the influence of the Overlord when she scans Zane. She also has a faulty emotion-suppressor chip. Garmy hasn't quite fully turned over a new leaf, Cryptor seems to underestimate the ninja, Lloyd is being hunted down to use to power the Mechdragon, and at the same time he wants to be like the other ninja. Oh, and the Techno Blades and the outfits were hidden inside a golden statue of Cyrus. Also, apparently Cyrus makes very big mistakes, rarely. While probably not, it could be hinting at how the Overlord came back. The Nindroids are faster and stronger than Zane, so maybe this is why PIXAL is messing around with Zane's parts?
  5. I just noticed something I had suspected for a while. We now have 3 BTTF references in NINJAGO. The first was the going fast thing, then half of Wrong Place, Wrong Time, and now Jay's trivia stuff. Apparently Jay can create 1.21 gigawatts of power, the exact amount required for the Delorean to function.
  6. As stated elsewhere, that is known to be false now. (the release date, the official page mentions nothing) Also, I just noticed something interesting. The Techno Blades and the new ninja outfits were concealed inside a golden statue of Cyrus, which I think further hints at the Overlord having something to do with it. Why Cyrus would be scared of the Overlord is still beyond me, the Overlord was re-banished and was helpless even when Garmadon was helping him.
  7. Just got Overborg attack. Brilliant little set, just wish the Borg Bike (well, that's the only real name it'll have for a while) was a bit better constructed. Especially the saw blades. Other than that it conveys its appearance brilliantly.
  8. Is this limited to America/UK? Even if it is, I'll enter just for the fun of showing off my (somewhat mediocre ) building skills, don't need a prize
  9. No, the Phantom Ninja has been around since NINJAGO's launch, in the "Cole: Ninja of Earth" book. I have the book right next to me right now, and other people have it and have read it too, so you've got a source right there. Anyway, regarding Lloyd... good grief I never saw that coming, the bit about him powering the Mechdragon. Perhaps this is why he's no longer in the series, the Mechdragon (or the Overlord, that's more or less confirmed now) drains all of his powers and he gets his wish to just be average again. I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case, because it would allow them to be more open in their usage with Lloyd as he won't be insanely powerful anymore. EDIT: apparently the new season premiers Dec. 18. Can't get a source, so I doubt it's true. It's on a Wednesday, so I'm not sure if that would mean anything. Keep your eyes peeled anyway.
  10. No, Lloyd is roughly around the same age as the other ninja anyway, so it would make little sense for a new voice. Anyway, could someone do a translation on the Japanese symbols on the Earth Mech, etc? I looked up if it might literally translate to "Earth Mech" but it doesn't. Any help?
  11. Sorry Just2Good, that's been information we've known for a while now. Given that the Nindroids outmatch Zane in insane ways (from the Bios page) I wouldn't be surprised if Zane makes his departure. Also, the "Phantom Ninja" has been around since 2011, he's so far made a digital and book appearance, or at least a book appearance, if Neido from LU is not him. Merc4hire, I can agree with you on that. If Rebooted does take place a few years after the Final Battle, then it makes no sense why he would be still touring NINJAGO. But also, the Bios reveal another hint: he's a danger to the world now with his powers, and Garmy's trying to raise him properly now. Which is a bit odd, because though he is really only twelve-ish he's also older than the other ninja now. In case anyone is wondering how, when the ninja were turned into kids they couldn't do spinjitzu, whereas Lloyd could. If Tomorrow's Tea made everyone grow up the same amount, it makes Lloyd the oldest because he was old enough to do spinjitzu already.
  12. My faith in LEGO's Australian policies is restored... found all of the sets besides Destructoid and the Mechdragon at my local TARGET. Also the new Hobbit sets. Bought the Thunder Raider, might write a review later.
  13. I just noticed that TheFold actually just videoed theirs straight from the LEGO Website. You guys sure that it's their official channel?
  14. Same, I have all the discs (could give the to a friend, would LOVE Polybags). I think I'll enter, just gotta think of a good scene...
  15. I disagree, in terms of finding them, yes, I almost agree with you. But there's a difference between an exclusive and an LE set, an Exclusive is going to be around for a fair while whereas LE sets usually only last 6 months from my knowledge. Sometimes only 3 months around where I live. Also, Limited Editions can be MUCH rarer, being an Australian, I should know because I've only ever seen a Limited Edition Star Wars set, and that was two, three years ago? They may be one and the same in the UK, Canada and USA, because you guys have a LEGO shop built everywhere. But everywhere else, it's a lot different.
  16. Good grief, being an Australian too I know how ridiculous LE sets are to find.
  17. I'm throwing money at the screen but nothing's happening... HELP! EDIT: Some interesting stuff. Destructoid isn't an exclusive, it's a Limited Edition. Also, Kai's Fighter Jet comes up as Nya's vehicle, so that's something to take note of.
  18. So, LEGO really is speeding up production for NINJAGO next year, I guess?
  19. He did, he said when the new season comes out, or December. I'd say it's still the New Season, though.
  20. Ah, good, so the Thunder Raider will have the extra tracks. The saggy tracks in Attack Mode look much better than the tight version
  21. I just realized something. The Lions absolutely hate water... so why does the exit for the Speedorz have a waterfall in front of it that they have to directly go through to get their Speedorz out?
  22. I just saw Catching Fire, and then the Doctor Who "movie". The term "movie" is somewhat loose, it's referred to as a movie, and it technically is, but it's also treated as an episode. And yes, I did go to the cinema to watch it, and I must say the intros they didn't add to the TV version were hilarious. Especially the Sontarans eating popcorn
  23. Awww. I wish I lived in America :c
  24. Thunder Raider review is up, GO GO GO!
  25. Yeah, but we know he will die sooner or later, so it's not like it's completely unexpected and when the movies premier everyone will know by how the plot takes place whether or not Smaug dies. It's a climatic point, releasing Smaug on a cliffhanger to destroy the Laketown and then starting the next movie off with the biggest foe suddenly dying probably won't happen.
