  1. So I have been watching this video for a while now and I cant help but wonder if the minifigure legs used are custom or not at the time: 0.44 on the left. I cant remember or find any minifigure that uses those kind of legs. But if you know where they come from please let me know, it would be highly appreciated. Captain Becker
  2. My latest Bricklink haul just came in including the new 2015/16 Bluecoat torsos. total of 200 of them. Also waiting for 1400 muskets and 600 tricones to be arriving soonish. Plus im looking forward of expanding my Redcoat army greatly... Captain Becker

  4. I suggest you start watching these documentaries called: Tales of the Gun. At the start is the gun we are talking about. These are great source of inspiration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CjvB5XmUlk&list=PLl7ljrpEfEs_Nj-j7E7ad7sJ5ns7K6jNL&index=11 Captain Becker
  5. Neat little build and clever use of those hand pieces. One question: That anvil isnt offical Lego piece am I right or am I right? Where have you found that? Captain Becker
  6. Just a quick question: I have noticed that the MRCA run´s are run by Espandola and Corrington mainly atm, wich is only or the own nations pretty much, Id like to know if there are some sort of merchant runs for Oleon and Sea Rats as I have seen some sea rats have posted their MRCA results, but Im not sure where they have entered for the runs. PS Excpet my introduction to be on the way, its taking its sweet time I know but cant really rush it. Im trying my hardest to get my camera back to working but it just refuses to co operate whit me, and life/Work overall. As I do want to get to our glorious Nations member list. Captain Becker
  7. You would think so wouldn't you? However, they did exist and were designed by Leonardo Da vinci I believe? However, the Chinese had used this sort of weapon years before him, only whit fire arrows and rockets. The major flaw of this design was the loading process, it would take forever to load all those guns, aim and then fire. Also they were not used in the field but to defend roads, bridges etc. Example of this can be found in American Civil war. Here´s a hint of how it would look like in real life. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3NpStluHUho/ThBXaLEa2NI/AAAAAAAAAME/u23H7IQxbuw/s1600/A%2BBillinghurst-Requa%2Bbattery%2Bgun.jpg ONTO THE BUILD: Now that´s all well and said, back to the build itself: I love how you managed to capture that cramped feeling in the first two pictures, it really feels like there wont be much space to move. Gods have mercy if there were to be a battle even in that sort of space.... The fort.... Or bastion as you preferred it to be, is well designed and very cozy looking. Not that it would be able to put much of a fight maybe, but at least the soldiers feel homely. Captain Becker
  8. What a pair of beauties you've presented us here Phred! Truly a great addition to the Oleon´s merchant fleet, and great job disguising the cannons by the way. At first glance they almost cant be seen, and when you do, they do look like they actually made of wood rather than bronze. Nifty I would say, very nifty indeed. Captain Becker
  9. I agree whit everyone else and got nothing more than a praise for the interior. One question though: Is that globe custom made? Because I havent seen that piece made in that form. Its a top notch! Captain Becker
  10. Everything that has to be said, has been said. I've got nothing more to say than: Change the uniforms so that we can see you! Otherwise its not going to be a fair fight, don´t you think? Captain Becker
  11. Nice to see that Sea Rats are sometimes doing honest work. Anyway, great designed house! I really like the idea and the overall design and concept of this house. And the banner in front of the house is just great addition! Oleon definetly approves! +1 Captain Becker

  22. Oh you lucky mate! That is one of my favorite ships of all time. I have the main and the spanker sails 2x bbut they are not in an ideal condition... And the prices these days in bricklink are.... Not into my liking. Captain Becker
  23. 4+ did come whit a light green parrrot. I got the ships from that series from my mom back then. I didnt really like them that much at the time, but they did come whit some usefull stuff. For example: Im planning to build a treasure galleon from the Captain Red Beards ship hulls. Captain Becker EDIT: Somehow my + turned to x
  24. I know... And if youre really willing and serious for that matter, then sure! Ill happily oblige. And It was part of a bigger order, and I saw it as a one time opportunity so I did swallow the price, however hard it was. Captain Becker EDIT: So that this doesnt get out of topic, lets continue this conversation in PM if you wish to talk more about this.
