Sounds like a deal! Dyric completes the transaction and goes to change the note on the board. For Sale: Pongcanis Dagger (WP: 8; Dagger) - 40 Gold Nordic Stomach Guard (SP: 3; immune to Ice and Water; suitable for Barbarians, Regulators, and Beast Warriors; Bodywear) - 20 Gold Tricorne (SP: 3; immune to Light and Darkness; suitable for anyone; Headwear) - 20 Gold Shark’s Tooth (Power increased by 5 against Aquatics, Accessory) - 50 Gold Ambrose's Heart (Artifact, suitable to Evokers, Accessory, +5 power) - 50 Gold

I'm not sure why that would be relevant? If you want to post an action, just post an action. Why would you post an OoC action?
-
Dyric takes the 20 Gold Of course, of course. If I may, are you sure this will fit? I think you're a bit larger than the designer intended.
-
Dyric looks through his bag of supplies. There was a lot there that he had no use for, but he wasn't going to just sell it to the Marketplace and have it disappear. Instead he wrote out a note and tacked it onto the board. For Sale: Pongcanis Dagger (WP: 8; Dagger) - 40 Gold Nordic Stomach Guard (SP: 3; immune to Ice and Water; suitable for Barbarians, Regulators, and Beast Warriors; Bodywear) - 20 Gold Tricorne (SP: 3; immune to Light and Darkness; suitable for anyone; Headwear) - 20 Gold Shark’s Tooth (Power increased by 5 against Aquatics, Accessory) - ?? Gold Ambrose's Heart (Artifact, suitable to Evokers, Accessory, +5 power) - ?? Gold

I love it, it looks amazing and the figs are perfect, especially if buying with the Winter Soldier promo. My only gripe is the fact that they made the interior micro-scale but still have the price as $400 CAD. If the micos came to bring down the cost, I'd accept it, but that's really pricey.

Quite frankly, it's hard to read your posts anyways. It'd be far easier for everyone for you to just use the emoticans that have been supplied to you. Because it's a role playing game, meaning people are allowed to play whatever role they choose. Some enjoy developing character and going on very character-related quests. Some simply enjoy watching the world develop. Some enjoy grinding through tough battles and using strategy to get the best gear. The FoG was created specifically for the latter team. If grinding isn't something you enjoy, there's no harm in that. It simply means the FoG isn't for you. That's no reason to try to dictate other's play experience, though.

That makes sense, then. I've been pretty confused as to how these second characters were supposed to be connected.
-
So speaking of second characters, I just looked in the first page and there doesn't seem to be anything about them needing to be connected to the first character? Was this changed?
-
Again, what would you have done? You still haven't addressed that. You keep insisting that it could have been better planned. Clearly there was planning, but things went a different way than he expected. That's not poor planning, it's poor improvisation, and that takes experience to learn. When the party was clearly unsatisfied, he shortened it. There's no harm in that. Despite your insistence otherwise, I think you're taking this a bit too seriously.

I enjoyed it, for the most part, but I definitely got the feeling that at least some of the others didn't. I'm not sure if there's anyone or anything specifically to blame here, it was a great quest idea and a solid party, but somehow or another on both ends a lot of elements just didn't click into place like they should have. I don't have any real solid advice on how that could be fixed, but I think that's where it stands.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion
The Legonater replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Marvel has been trying to cut down on F4 merchandise. I can't say I blame them, giving how this new movie is looking. -
I shake hands with Charleton and begin the trek to Eubric. Thanks, Emjajoas!

We can let Barus go, provided he doesn't become a pain in the future. That clear, Barus? Dyric divides the treasure in with the gold and distributes the loot. Loot: Alexander - 200 Gold, Grand Potion, Mead, Demonic Shard (WP:15, causes bleeding:10, greatsword) Dyric - 200 Gold, Grand Potion, Smelling Salt, Bloody Blade (WP:5, Attacks from the Front Row ignore SP, Longsword), Ambrose’s Heart (Artifact, Suitable to Evokers, Accessory, +5 power) Guts - 150 Gold, Grand Potion, Giant Axe, Remedy, Dog-Fur Coat (SP: 5, backwear, allows the wearer to command any mutt into obedience) Hoke - 200 Gold, Grand Potion, Smelling Salts, Nostrum, Blue Steel Shield (SP: 5, immune to Blind) Nerwen - 200 Gold, Grand Potion, Ether Core, Nostrum, Mutt's Flute (WP:10, causes the weakened effect, instrument) Monk Pretzel - 200 Gold, Grand Potion, Health Core, Mead, Armour of Dark Arts (Takes up 3 artifact slots: Bodywear, Handwear, Footwear-- counts as one artifact. SP:10. Suitable to Knight classes, Dragoons, Skirmishers) I believe that's everything. Satisfied?

I fire at Archer E from the back. Same Order I take mild offence to that. I won't deny Ironwill needs to step up its game, though. This is what they send to take a city? We ought to have a couple heroes stationed around the world, solve everyone's problems.
-
Yeah, that's on me. It was definitely meant to be a staff. Has 'Suitable for Magic Users' really never been used before? I could have sworn I've seen it. If it's a huge problem it could just be changed to a staff with it's usage, because that was the main intention anyways.
-
Sounds good to me, Nerwen, let's finish this. Sorry for the delay. I was waiting to see what Nerwen's action would be to form the strategy around, and then somehow missed the post.
-
Shooting first doesn't tend to net answers. If these idiots plan to shift the balance of power, they'd better have a good reason for it. Besides, I'm lined up for a kill shot when this goes south.
-
I somehow missed this post. I guess it's been a busy few days. I love watching Dyric on Kingdom missions. He knows the area, and has a tendency to want to help the people there, but his priorities with Heroica comes first. I always enjoy seeing that past affect him in different ways. Like you said, it's not the definition of his character, but it's definitely a prominent part and I always find that interesting about him.
-
Well, we caught up with these freaks pretty quickly. I notch an arrow. Hey! Mind explaining yourselves? The evidence against you is looking pretty incriminating. Civilized people don't just run off. Could've at least left a postcard.
-
I'll keep the loot for now. Honestly, I think we can handle these forces ourselves, but sure we can take him.
-
Ah , yes, good plan !
-
I say they stand a couple minutes. Were did they all come from? You'd think we'd have heard an army moving in. I fire at the two Shieldbearers from the back. The Spirit attacks the Elite and Swordsman Party Order: Nerwen Guts Guts Spirit Spirit Nerwen Hoke Hoke Dyric Dyric Alexander Alexander Pretzel Pretzel
-
I track down the two men.
-
Kingdom feuds are long, bloody conflicts, Guts. There's no true victors, merely underhanded schemes. If the people here can get an edge up to survive... No, you're right, this isn't our business. We should speak to spirit. I wait for the apparition to reply to Nerwen.
-
But it's a spirit. One that's killed several military-trained soldiers without a sweat. I'm not convinced killing it here and now is the answer. I'm also not convinced that the QM would allow the quest to end so quickly.
