  1. Dyric sees some new quests up and signs for 129 and 131.
  2. Yeah I thought the worms were pretty weird too. Didn't seem very Middle-Earth at all. I looked it up after watching the movie the first time and the only reference they get anywhere are some passing reference Bilbo makes at the start of the Hobbit.
  3. I've read enough Zepher quests to know I don't know what to expect.
  4. Not sure I'm too interested in the Guild right now, but I've got to pay the bills somehow. Dyric Signs Up for Quest 128
  5. Getting Haldor back may prove interesting. That soon? I better speed up on getting my crossbow ready.
  6. I think it's current, shorter format is fine, but I do think we need a second season. I was hoping Agent Carter would depict the start of SHIELD, and while what we got was still great, I still feel we should see that.
  7. I've definitely heard the Hulkbuster referred to as the Mark 44 somewhere. I believe Whedon said that? Either way, it's basically confirmed.
  8. I'm all for the idea, and as mentioned above similar situations have occurred. One could easily circumvent battles by incorporating XP for puzzles or successful diplomacy.
  9. Is there a site somewhere that lists the international pricing for the sets? FBTB's coverage used to be so good and included all that, but they seem to have slacked off lately.
  10. Yeah, I'm fine with the Playthings ending with Wren. I won't lie, it'd be cool to have one - Dyric was very closely tied to that arc - but that was a while ago and Dyric's doing pretty fine for himself without one.
  11. Wall Street Journal is saying Spidey will debut in Civil War. A bit disappointing, I was all for him in Civil War but my hope was that he'd be introduced in an Avengers cameo (probably too late for that) or one of the Netflix series (they're all about street-level heroes, it fits). I'm afraid they'll rush his storyline. Civil War is looking to be pretty cramped anyways. I was already ambivalent about introducing Spidey into the MCU, and this only increases that. They're already pushing back the movies, including pushing Inhumans past Avengers Part 2. I hope they know what they're doing.
  12. MCU takes place in a world where New York is the major introduction of superheroes to the world. In the ASM verse that's the Lizard attack. Why does the Lizard attack stay on the news and not the aliens in New York? Why does SHIELD worry about the battle of London but not Electro shutting down New York? They don't mesh.
  13. That's really weird. Inhumans is now after Infinty War 2? That doesn't make any sense. Marvel's pushing for three films a year, you'd think they'd use that so it doesn't throw off the MCU so much.
  14. I don't believe any Spider-Man films will push back Marvel's plans. Sony and Marvel have been planning ahead for a while now, they wouldn't let this mess all that up. Personally, I don't want Garfield in the MCU. I love him as Parker, but ASM-verse and the MCU are just incompatible. I wouldn't mind an all-new Spidey, with no need to show the origin because we all know it. Or Miles Morales, that could be cool.
  15. Wow. I guess old trades do pay out. What do you say, Pretzel? Go the full 20?
  16. The sounds fair enough, thanks for the work!
  17. Personally I largely wanted it for a Gambit fig. I believe he's confirmed in the new movies so they may release a set with him, again like the Sentinel, but my hopes are very high up.
  18. That much, hey? Hmm. Tell you what, I don't have the total amount but I can owe you forty, that sound fair?
  19. Ah, Pretzel. I've made a fair deal of cash on the last quest. I suppose I could've served to make mor-that's irrelevant. Before you leave for whatever quest, could your price out a cost to upgrade my Crossbow, say to 20 WP? Whatever that means.
  20. Little better to do, Dyric also wrote his name on the Fields of Glory. He looked around idly for Pretzel, seeing if he could again take advantage of the man's marketplace deals.
  21. Yeah, that's fine. Pleasure doing business.
  22. Er, apologies for my rudeness. I can go for 45, it's not a huge dip, but if you have the cash for 50 then I'm afraid I'll keep it at the original price.
  23. You're... welcome. The realization of the killer deals he had just offered hit Dyric like a ton of bricks. Maybe it was time to pay better attention to Eubric Economics. Hmm? Oh, yeah, sure. I guess I've been under-selling supplies as it is..
  24. Yeah, I became aware shortly afterwords I sort of undersold the Tricorn. Whatever, I'm not going to go back on a deal now, and there's plenty of other ways to make money.
  25. Got into a brawl with some thugs. A few were less than human. It's yours, if you want it.
