  1. Looks great so far, and nice features integrated into it. I'm curious to see how you'll achieve some folding so it can fit in the lower bay of the lander. Looking forward to seeing more!
  2. Man, that's great! Even as busy as it is, it somehow doesn't feel like it's too much. Love all the bone accents, and the way you've done the eyes/mouth/fangs at the front is excellent. Great build, and much more than a simple update to the old set!
  3. Looks great. You've fit in a lot of detailing in a relatively small part count. Just the right amount of studs in the right places, too. I particularly like the gun turrets, and the engine section is nicely done as well.
  4. This is fantastic. That mustache really completes the look! NPU throughout - the roller skates add some nice detail there, and the "boxing gloves" are truly outstanding!
  5. Love this. Love the MOC, love the concept of charitable donations for instructions, and love the simple but effective execution. Bravo!
  6. The legs are from the Series 17 Gladiator. Not sure about the face off-hand, and of course that's a Pirate bandana he's wearing.
  7. Lots and lots of information available on this process. As Toastie said, you have plenty of options to go cheaper and various other details to the method depending on what you're looking to restore- just google for "retrobrite" and there's a ton of detail an inspiration to help you take your de-yellowing process to the next level!
  8. Beautiful. The car is wonderful, the shirt is great, and the head for the old man is outstanding. Fantastic all-around!
  9. Wow - wasn't expecting something that looked that great when I clicked the topic! Nice functions worked into that form factor, too!
  10. What a great scene! The packing peanuts and the curtains I really like. Great color selection and furniture styling for a room from the 70's. Oh, and that's cleary Starry Night on the wall.
  11. Welcome to EB, GR4FFIXXZ! The Parisian Restaurant is definitely a good one to break out of the dark ages with. Plenty of inspiration to be found here, and happy to have you with us. Happy building!
  12. Sarah the fire creature is delightful!
  13. Fairly simple overall as you noted, but a lot of thought went into it and it's very well-executed and pleasing to watch. Love just adding additional hopper cars to increase capacity. Great build!
  14. That's a really great, compact design with NPU throughout. Nice addition of the lightning bolt, and the temple at an angle adds a lot to the overall feel. Nice build!
  15. Looks great! Looking forward to seeing more of it in a finished state.
  16. Fun concept, and great execution. Such poseability, too! Must be quite a rough ride for the passengers, though.
  17. Welcome to EB, Arno! You're right, there's some amazing stuff going on in the Technic community here as well as across the rest of the board, and always nice to have a new voice join in the discussion & inspiration. Happy building!
  18. Lego Bricks & Pieces has them available (element ID 6102484 ), and of course BrickLink, but depending on shipping costs it looks like they may in fact be cheaper through Lego direct.
  19. Absolutely beautiful! Wonderful job capturing the overall look and feel, and the shaping on the locos is very well done. The engine vents are nicely incorporated, and I really like the half-offset hand/grabrails too- nice touches.
  20. Welcome to EB, Witold! Lego is always a great way to spend time with the family. Happy building!
  21. Very impressive overall, and that fact that it's swooshable is icing on the cake.
  22. That's unexpectedly amazing. I like the various classic space design elements, and that cockpit design is fabulous (especially with the detachable speeder thing). I also love the root system of the tree sticking out. Fun presentation, too. Great build!
  23. Welcome to EB, GeorgeMendes! Yes, definitely spend some time over in the Train forum and you'll find plenty of inspiration, information, and practical advice. This post with links on track layout and design might be a good place to start when thinking about how to use the space you're setting aside for a layout:
  24. So great. I love how serious the tone is. HQ looks really nice; great monkey & banana details throughout, and I like how you did the open scroll on the table. Looking forward to seeing the results of this catastrophe!
