Nice. I really like the ladder and the sloped ramparts. Steve

Actually its quite easy to come up with ideas. The alphabetical aspect really helps to focus me on a certain project and also keeps me from avoiding a creation, I didn't feel really excited about (as was the case with Potter and Overseer).

It's a large flag that came as the tail rudder to the first Jedi Starfighter. Steve

I prefer the Vikings. We've already done pirates, so it was nice to have a new theme with new parts. That's not to say I wouldn't be interested in a new pirate line. I just like the Vikings better. Steve

I guess it could be used in a town setting for a woman at a formal/fancy dinner party. Steve

Its a little too technic-y for my tastes, though I'm not sure how else you could do it, without heavy reliance on technic bricks. Maybe if you closed up the sides, it wouldn't be so noticable. Steve

And you really wouldn't need to raise and lower a battering ram... Steve

Perfectly understandable and I figured it was something like that. For some reason, I just think brown would look better for an archer fortification/shield. Steve

Great color combinations here. I think maybe one of the bearded guys should have a grey beard just to more fully distinguish him from the other. Or maybe even a black beard (they can be found on bricklink). ;-) Steve

I think this one is the best of the lot. I like how it is all covered and well decorated. The only part I'm not sure about is the vikings with a cannon? I think the cannon is about 1000 years to early or the vikings are 1000 years too late. Steve

Wow, somebody went a little Viking-crazy... I like this one probably the least of all your Viking creations. I think it partially has to do with the extensive use of the dark grey. I also think the cart is way too big to be used economically and efficiently to defend a single archer. Other than that, I think all of your creations have been very good, Steve

Potter: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Athos/Ca...ter/potter1.jpg And for anyone wondering about the choice of hair-piece, its so he can be a hairy potter! I'd hate to see it disappear too, but I am afraid I have not seen one for quite a while. Steve

It looks good. Very mosaic-y. My only suggestion would be to clear it up a bit around JT. Or maybe put him in his original tan outfit, so he shows up better against the boat. Steve

Well, welcome to the forums, though I must say you're not off to the best start... *sweet* (he's winking, but you can't tell because of the patch). I imagine it wouldn't take too much looking to find any number of threads discussing the issue. I must also say you might want to clarify your topic, so people like me won't think you have some new information. Steve

Its for when you just can't seem to get your MOC to stand up... :-D Steve -
I fully agree. I am so sick of hinges and technic pieces and absolutely detest the curved slopes. I have a horrible time building with any of it. Steve

Why would you want the barracuda to die? What did they ever do to you? X-D Steve

Ooooh. This could be good. Steve

I didn't think anyone noticed that. It is kind of hard to see. :-) Steve

Well the vignette one looks more like me, but the avatar is probably more distinct and recognizable. Steve

Looking at this creation makes me a bit sad. :'-( It makes me think how great of sets Lego could produce and how they just don't seem to try as hard anymore. Anyhow this is a great MOC. I particularly like the Western lady figure. I don't know about the red, it just doesn't do it for me and the carriage looks a little square, but it is still a great creation. Keep them coming! Steve

Do tell! Or better yet build! I must know, but would much rather see! Steve

On a roll... which is what I've been on with my alphabet project these past few weeks! But actually, 'O' is for Overseer: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Athos/Vi...r/overseer1.jpg The whole supervisorial gallery: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=231157 The alphabet, thus far: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=191062 Steve
