  1. Have you tried renaming the file with .dat instead of L3B? Or simply select 'all files' from the open model box in MLcad?
  2. Great trucks Monsinjor. The truck with the trailer and the digger is my favorite.
  3. I do not think there is any support yet for buffer exchange, the only way forward would be to delete all of the 'buffer exchange commands',build the rest of the model in SR3D then add the buffer commands in at the end using MLcad.
  4. I would make it 3 and a half studs. You could try and off set a connecter by 'half a technic stud' and it should fit.
  5. I agree,no jetty..... I am not to sure if the basebord I am going to surgest will fit with the rest of the road boards. If you could make that fit with the rest then you could have a 'proper' A&E patient drop off shelter which would look much more realistic. This is this my Hospital (if you look in the distance you can see the closed shelter wear the ambulance drops of the patients).
  6. It may be a good idea to include a link to your bricklink store BrickSport.
  7. What kind of body are you going to put onto it? When I saw the title I thought it might of been a dump truck, but I don't think it will be that.
  8. Hello I think your project would be better suited to SR3D builder, that has a very good animation console in it.however this requires a £35 euro registration fee. LDD is limited in it's parts, especially for technic.
  9. In that case Sariel's one is the best one for you,I don't think I have seen a better one that will power the switch and the compressor at the same time.
  10. What about mine? It does not contain a compressor though, this will need to be made separately.
  11. You should be able to build a PF switch quite easily into the details of the boat, instead of running the power straight from the battery box.
  12. Were is the rest of the cab? What is so hard about adding a seat, steering wheel and some doors?.....
  13. I would use a servo for steering. For drive, the required motor depends on what the weight of the car is and how fast you want the car to move. A S motor should be used if your car is very small and you want it to move reasonably quickly. A L motor should be used if your car is a bit more heavy. The fasted lego motor is a buggy motor.
  14. It's a very good airship Hinckley,I like how you have added power functions to move the wings up and down.
  15. That is quite a big thing to forget......
  16. I am sorry I don't understand what you mean.
  17. You are just about there. Move the '0 BUFEXCHG A STORE' between the step command and the first brick you want floating. Like this: 0 STEP 0 BUFEXCHG A STORE 1 0 -10 -32 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 30071.dat 3 4 -10 48 0 -5 33 0 -10 38 0 4 4 -12 36 0 -12 -4 0 -8 -4 0 -8 36 0 0 STEP 0 BUFEXCHG A RETRIEVE 1 0 -10 36 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 30071.dat
  18. yes highlight the parts you want to have in the air first along with any arrows. The buffer exchange 'store' needs to be on top of any bricks in the part list window in MLcad like what I shown above.
  19. I am only missing 30 parts or so,but I still will by the whole set.
