Lego PF Accelerator Module

What about a gearbox? -
Have you tried renaming the file with .dat instead of L3B? Or simply select 'all files' from the open model box in MLcad?

MLCAD to SR 3D Builder
Alasdair Ryan replied to bats's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
I do not think there is any support yet for buffer exchange, the only way forward would be to delete all of the 'buffer exchange commands',build the rest of the model in SR3D then add the buffer commands in at the end using MLcad. -
New Bricklink Store - BrickSport - Grand Opening Today!

URL link. -
I agree,no jetty..... I am not to sure if the basebord I am going to surgest will fit with the rest of the road boards. If you could make that fit with the rest then you could have a 'proper' A&E patient drop off shelter which would look much more realistic. This is this my Hospital (if you look in the distance you can see the closed shelter wear the ambulance drops of the patients).

It may be a good idea to include a link to your bricklink store BrickSport. -
What kind of body are you going to put onto it? When I saw the title I thought it might of been a dump truck, but I don't think it will be that.

Project in LDD
Alasdair Ryan replied to matagad's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Hello I think your project would be better suited to SR3D builder, that has a very good animation console in it.however this requires a £35 euro registration fee. LDD is limited in it's parts, especially for technic. -

creating an rc car
Alasdair Ryan replied to P robo's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I would use a servo for steering. For drive, the required motor depends on what the weight of the car is and how fast you want the car to move. A S motor should be used if your car is very small and you want it to move reasonably quickly. A L motor should be used if your car is a bit more heavy. The fasted lego motor is a buggy motor. -
It's a very good airship Hinckley,I like how you have added power functions to move the wings up and down.

Buffer-Exchange in MLCAD
Alasdair Ryan replied to bats's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
You are just about there. Move the '0 BUFEXCHG A STORE' between the step command and the first brick you want floating. Like this: 0 STEP 0 BUFEXCHG A STORE 1 0 -10 -32 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 30071.dat 3 4 -10 48 0 -5 33 0 -10 38 0 4 4 -12 36 0 -12 -4 0 -8 -4 0 -8 36 0 0 STEP 0 BUFEXCHG A RETRIEVE 1 0 -10 36 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 30071.dat -
Buffer-Exchange in MLCAD
Alasdair Ryan replied to bats's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
yes highlight the parts you want to have in the air first along with any arrows. The buffer exchange 'store' needs to be on top of any bricks in the part list window in MLcad like what I shown above.
