You can export the instructions as jpg images via the menu. Or you could try MLcads photo generator tool which you can use to take photos of the instruction steps,but using these does not create images of a high quality.

I have sorted through the plotter table,you can find the files below. I did not add any buffer commands to any of the files,but did step the main file. Oh,actually in the table module it uses 4 s long axles instead of axle pins. -

File downloads for arm file1 file 2 file 2b. I think you will need to make sub models,also ideally you should have dashed lines to show the alinement of certain parts, that is certainly what I would have done. Its a pleasure to help. I have posted links to the sub models of the arm above, there will be sub models of the plotter too so once that has been done I will post the links. -
Oh and I only live a mile away from the lego store in Glasgow,man what a life....

The arm is done,to download the complete MPD file here. Here is a "busy" screen shot,I have not changed the quality of the pictures. Who ever compiles the parts can do this,to make it the same through out. Updated view in cad file for step4 p5. -

Blakbird are you missing a part to link the selector to change the gears or speed? (below the 42 tooth gears). Edit Yes you are, there should be a thin liftarm with axle hole and peg on each side. -
