    Well I am actually am doing a programming course myself at college (you may recognise my avater as the python logo), I do own some nxt stuff myself but have never tried to actually code anything .

    There are plenty here who use RCX, our technic moderator is a mindstorm nerd too (amongst other things ) . We have a index were you may already find some answers to particular question, but feel free to ask a question and I am sure someone will help you.

    Topics like these should be posted in the buy/sell section of eurobricks,the actual problem is that some members of this forum don't browse through the other category's of the forum. Keeping links to deals in one place means that others (how may not deal with that particular theme of lego ie: technic) can access them more easily and quickly.

    You never said you would rule suggestions out ether. Remember you have two banners to change in the technic forum.

    I like the currant "technic banner" as it stands right now,as it incorporates individual "technic elements" rather than models. I think having technic sets in the banner would clutter it up.I look forward to seeing new banners appearing soon.

    None of those sets you have posted would count in my book ,as the others have said they miss the mechanical functions and the technic parts.

    A potential fix could be if there was a button similar to a spoiler tag which the member can add the contents of a ldd or ldraw file into,another user could simply save the contents of that "button/link" to there computer.I know there are code tags and spoiler tags,but this could have the added functionality of the end user being able to download/save the contents of the new button.
