  1. I'm dreaming on some of old race cars... of course to do my own MOC...
  2. Maybe a good idea is a having a 3D template models (e.g. for LDD), with selected "interface parts", It will be easy to share /sell a models with solutions/propositions for a complete car components, like on a real shop...
  3. King Gulf bike - 98 - 99% parts delivered :)

  4. Maybe something smaller, Bikepriel...;-)
  5. Drag bike... part delivery in progress...

  6. Perfect for a dragster with some PF funstions. Maybe it's a time to build a LEGO KERS systems (energy harvester) :)
  7. in F1 racer - sport truck is a B-set...
  8. It's my opinion to ... maybe good for CUSCOO :)
  9. Both tires has a similar diameter. In comparision: two options: front 81 mm bike tire and front 92.4 mm bike tire... the bigger looks better, also a disc break (hexagonal plate) look more relistc... For rear tyre ... maybe some custom sollutions for RC models it's a best options.
  10. Drag bike... in progress...

  11. very nice model, lot of improvements, in comparison with original version :-)
  12. proposed rear tyre like here - 94.3 x 38 mm, similar diameter to front one
  13. I thougth to use one of thouse 94.3 x 38 mm, but real looks like a even bigger compared to front wheel...
  14. Let me present my next project - King Gulf drag bike :) (now on LDD phase, some solutions tested on bricks, parts on ordering phase) Two version prepared with main difference on whole rear part of the design (gray rear - with simplify chain transmission path, orange rear - with chained transmission to rear wheel) About 750 pcs + plus 100 (?) chain elements per model, temporary color scheme (need some stickers), approx. length about 65 cm... some future PF functions possible (batery box and motors can be easly fitted into main frame) real pics with a model on post #15 and my Brickshelf
  15. great job... time to send Lego vehicle in MARS :)
  16. lookis like gsia17 use it in buggy
  17. little mods and will look like oshkosh - great truck...
  18. nice mod of your MOC... middle part of it looks similar but front and rear parts looks "rebild"
  19. I think a head lamp with first transparent piece of lamp chassis (43898-Parabolic Reflector) will look better, as Jonsson on Hard Tail Bobber done. And another important mod (from my practice) - a first part of cylinder head - placed on the top of engine block can't be a round one (2x2 round), due to a small contact on the pins, square 2x2 plate is a better solution
  20. What shear forces Lego pins/axles can survy? This can be limit of pressure for avaliable pistons areas.
  21. a think a proper travel of spool is about 1 mm, maybe less, depends on whole range of dimensions, of course flow rate depends on pressure drop on valve (in simplification - supply presure).
  22. What about internal and external leakage? The real valves has few microns space between spool and body (sleeve) to prevent leakage between chambers. There is also a big problem with external leakage thru gaps on the shaft for control signal transfer into body to valve spool. 2 Lego valves, working together it’s a good solution, for making the same function… but the main problem - they need double force on lever, to switch it :/
  23. in my mind... Next bike...

  24. rims with 6 holes around center one - interesting.. in my 42000 there are only 3...
