Did you make these Mr. Mosana? If you did, you should really post them also in the Lego Pirates MOCs forum so everyone can see them and you can get more feedback from the other members. These are (and I'm not exaggerating!!) by the BEST custom torso's I have ever seen! Did you already print them and put them on a minifig? Would it be best to put these on a black torso? If you decide to post them in the MOCs forum, we'd better continue the discussion there.

I would just keep the customs in the MOC forum for now (they are MOCs after all). People still need to get used to the new structure, so I wouldn't do any changes for at least 1 year. Right now, we just need stability. We could have a "Pirate Customs"-forum in the far future (like they have on CC). But let's not start that discussion here. To go back on-topic, what do you think of these designs Mr. Phes?

The menu is much better now when it is smaller. The new background... I don't know what would be best. The wood is not really better than the rock. I'll give this some thought and do some surfing to find some ideas for a good background. Until we have something better, I would just keep the wood.

I really believe these designs deserve a thread of their own, so I've splitted them from my Napoleon and his army thread. Thanks for that explanation Mr. Mosana. I realize that I don't know that much about the structure of the Austrian army. I plan to buy a good book to learn something more about these armies (Austrian, Russian, ...).

Jep, now it's added. I hope to get it finished in about 14 day (with paper sails). Then I'll make a new thread with the final pics. Good idea, those 2x2 flags where sometimes really hard to find in big amounts (for a good price).

I already have links for Napoleon, Wellington and Nelson. But not for all the other commanders and figures of the Napoleonic wars. I will be adding some more links. Thanks for the idea!

Wow, a Lego version of a French Lancier Rouge. What was the function of the Ulans in the Austrian army? These are really high quality design and will make a fine addition for our torso library.

You are make good progress on the ship. I like this color scheme. It looks very British. And I really like integrated cabins like you did on this ship. That's also how I did it on the Orient (I still have to finish that ship :'-( ). But I agree with Z on the red yardarms.

I watched the EP3 movie again last night and paid special attention in finding the AT-OT. Saw it for only 4 seconds. Was this enough to inspire you to make this MOC Mr. mutley777? It's funny, probably 95% of the people watching this movie never noticed the AT-OT :-D .

For me, the "LEGO Trains & Town forum" on Eurobricks is the place to be if you are a Lego town fans. So what would be the advantage of having a separate site, portal, community or whatever. On EB you have everything in one convenient place. Isn't that great? I think it is! Having a portal site for a theme like town would be nice, but for me it's not that important. The information on the portal will just be a "summery" of what's in the forum.

I'm an admirer of the Egyptian culture since I was about 13 years old. Even visited Egypt and the real temple of Abu Simbel some years ago. Being such a fan of historic MOCs, have you every visited Egypt or Greece Mr. Athos? I just wonder where you get all your inspiration. It's great to see these adventures MOCs you make. They bring back a lot of good memories and for that I thank you!

Seems like you are right. Before 1807 the line Fusilies and Voltigeurs had bicornes. Grenadiers wore bearskin. All these were replaced by shako's in 1807. So since the Battle of Jena-Auerst

This MOC shows a terrible future for us. Our ships destroyed, resting at the bottom of the ocean. No more hunting for treasures and glory. Only a cold dead is waiting for us :'-( 8-| :-P :-D

Thanks for posting that picture! How does this wargame work? Is it with Lego or some other figs? Did you already have a look at my Napoleonic-thread? And you should really have a look at this incredible website based on the Sharpe-series. I also have the Sharpe Series (bought the DVD-box on ebay), but 2 disk were broken... . So I have seen them all except 2 episodes.

Indeed, he is based on the Wellington from the Sharpe-series. If I remember this correct, Wellington was always wearing dark blue in this Series. But I can't find a picture of the Sharpe-Wellington to post in this thread. Welcome at Eurobricks Mr. Mosana. Have you seen the Sharpe series? Not many people on this forum seem to know it. Can you tell us something about yourself?

That's really unacceptable! Don't you have a contract (probably via email). Unless the come with a really good explanation, I would stop my business with those people and find a serious provider.

Nice ship! The hull is very original. Especially the front of the hull is well done. And the figurehead is also excellent. I've added this ship in the Index: MOC ships. I think that's the one SirNadroj is using because I PM'ed him the link some days ago.

You've been very creative in making that hull. And a black/red color scheme can never be bad! Now I try to find a suitable name for the ship. Maybe "Sea Devil" or "Dark Pearl" :-D.
