  1. The best Lego fortress EVER is finally finished!! Even 1/4 of this fortress would be impressive! I see those 2 little towers in the middle have grown up... Like Mr. Tiber, I'm looking forward to see the detailed pictures.
  2. Wow Captain, that's a big and large picture in your signature. It nearly overloaded my internet connection :-D Would it be possible to resize that a bit. In case you need help, here's a tutorial: How to resize a large picture. Edit: I've send a PM, just to make sure you see my message. In case of questions, just reply to the PM.
  3. Easy choice, 483/920 Alpha-1 Rocket Base my Nr. 1. I have such good memories about this set. During my youth, I could play with it for hours and days. That rocket was so incredible fascinating. Also the box and instructions look very good. Just look at those hills and that planet in the background. Much better than all the newer space sets (in my opinion).
  4. These are very high quality designs Tyger! They look just awesome on these figs. Brickster, which paper did you use? Were these done with a laser printer?
  5. I'm impressed with the looks of that Vader fig! Especially the chain under under the neck looks good. Much better than the official version. I would also be very interested to find out more about the printing process...
  6. Seems like a town that I wanna live in! Those very high palmtrees look very good. I also like the vegation you added at the edges. Do you plan to make this part of a bigger city?
  7. Thanks Tyger for making that comparison picture *y* It reliefs TwistedDreams from all charges ;-) . So we can go back to discussing the new torso's. I've just added them in our torso library.
  8. Since the Hessians where in British service to fight against the American revolutionaries, I guess I best put them under Britain? Or maybe Germany?
  9. We decided that the name "Custom Cannons" is incorrect. It should be "MOC Cannons". I'm refering to the kind of cannons we have in the INDEX: Cannon MOCs. So they belong in our Pirate LEGO MOCs forum.
  10. A new series! The town fans (of which I'm one) are being spoiled! I still hope you'll do a pirate series one day ;-)
  11. Ah, I remember this movie. An excellent Western! You MOC has the atmosphere as I felt when while watching the movie. But the end was a bit unhappy, wasn't it? I have to see the movie again. Anyway, I like this MOC and the way you presented it!
  12. Well, a MOC (like a ship) that contains some custom minifigs or custom parts is considered a MOC. In the Custom's forum, the focus should be on the actual custom part(s). But I think it will be clear by now for everyone ;-)
  13. I had the same question. I can't remember any of your torso's that look like this one. But since you've made so many, I guessed I just couldn't remember.
  14. This is looking very good Sir Scott. Could you share that modified decal with us? We don't have George yet in the library.
  15. I think that's still very acceptable. My printer doesn't give such a good result. Especially the red of my printer is very different than the official Lego red.
  16. Welcome Mr. TwistedDreams! If your post doesn't get noticed (or your questions answered), you shouldn't hesitate to open a thread in the pirate discussion forum. I see you are also a member of the brickfilms forum. Those guys might even be in a better position to help you with this.
  17. Incredible Z. !! Starting the construction of such a ship is one thing, but actually finishing it is something else. I'm impressed with the size and beauty of this ship.
  18. This is my favorite all-time movie! Solid story, great acting and character building, fantastic music (!). There is no comparison between this movie and POTC possible. I'm a big fan of the Hornblower series (with Ion Gruffudd) and like you I watch them almost every year. When i get a bit older, and my memory gets worse, I might even watch them more :) . But the 1951 movie is not yet in my collection. I always figured it was too old to be good. Btw, I share your opinion on POTC! I only watched the first movie. At least the part where my eyes were still open...
  19. But still it is a strange effect. First time I see this. You could easily correct this (no?). EDIT: Did some quick changes with PSP using the "kloonpensel" function. But I have no English translation. Something like clone stick?
  20. Seems like some parts of the background are visible through the white belt. You can see part of the buttons. And I can still see part of the epaulettes.
  21. That would be me, not Mr. Tiber. Anyway, the reason I thought Sir Scott was German, is because of the name of his brickshelf library.
  22. I really can't choose. The are like Yin and Yang or Adam and Eve. Both are needed to bring balance to the universe. And they both look sooo good.
  23. I'm really fond of the interiors of these buildings. Nice to see that the number of buildings on Decastio Island are growing.
  24. The Redbeard torso still is one of the best official pirate torso's. I used it to make my English riffle company. Now we even have some variety in the colors. Thanks Sir Scott!! They are added in the torso library.
  25. This looks very promising! Good color combinations. And the masts have a good height. From which set does this hull come from? One of the junior sets? My only remark is that the stern castle seems rather big for a ship of this size.
