You have a fine army Mr. Dreamweb. I actually discovered it on BS a few hours before you made this thread. The idea of having several smaller armies is an interesting one. I'm looking forward to see your other armies.

I just took a second look at this ship. It has the potential to become an superb ship, but I would do some changes... First things I would do is remove those oversized lamps at the back and replace those sails by normal (white) sails. All the rest is really hard to see on these pics. I'm hoping someone will find some better pictures...

You are doing an outstanding job Mr. Regulator !! I prefer not to use fleshies, but that's a matter of personal taste.

I think it would be a good idea to give an overview of all the MOCs in your first post (1 picture per entry). Something like Yoda did in the Pimp my Ride Poll. Now I have to start scrolling all the pages of the Police vehicle entries thread to see all the different entries. I've pinned this thread.

I'm a bit late with my feedback... Both sides look very good, but I prefer the skeletons. You did an outstanding job with those !! Are you planning some other pirate MOCs?

It's never too late to reply, so here it is ;-) : I've receiving my Eldorado Fortress some time ago. Everything is in perfect condition except the box has some damage on the inside. And I was also able to buy the imperial trading post in a garage sales some weeks ago. I could buy an entire Lego collection for $60 which included the ITP. Yes, I was very lucky !!

Very well done Doc! Painting this on a minifig requires the stable hand of a doctor. Maybe you could paint a mobile transmitter so your fig can move outside the medical facilities ;-)

Z, this ship is soo incredible. For how much would you sell it? Serious, I even can't start to list why it is incredible. Everything about it is better than what I've seen before. Keep those progress pictures coming!

Don't you mean Egypt? The Mamelukes make a strong impression on Napoleon whilst in Egypt, so he decided to recruit some of them. Eventually they became part of the Old guard (cavalry), and served the Emperor right up to Waterloo. Turbans are not very expensive (about $0.75).

While we wait for pictures of your Mamelukes, I'll post some of mine. Here they are, 10 Mamelukes on white horses. Each armed with a sword and pistol.

This is good news! I was preparing myself for another night of backing pirate MOCs. However, I will still continue taking backups, just spread over the next months. Next time this happens, I will be ready for it. Armed with backups :-D I would be willing to donate $5 to Kevin every year (preferably via paypal), but $60? Why would I do that when there is photobucket which seems to be much more advanced than BS?

These are very well done. I even can't notice these are decals. Even the head-decal looks like it's a real minifig head. *y* That is soooo true ;-)

Do you plan to add some pics of your LDD Factory MOC? Else I have to move this to the "LEGO News & General Discussion"-forum. Can't help you with your question...

I suggest we finish the job. We are almost ready anyway and it's good to have this backup on photobucket. Who knows what happens when BS won't be getting enough money from their "featured accounts". Once they are uploaded, you can delete them on your PC.
