    Here's one for the tradies again.....that welder is just the bomb.....new helmet, new torso for overalls minus spanners for a change and the welding rig ! The chemist is similar to the one that was part of that Shell promo (that Australia only got 500 of - most of us missed out on....rant over ). My son will want the Yeti.....in fact they are all good to AWESOME.....that being the welder.....tradies rule you see !

    Actually looking closely at the instructions for 60031 only the missing license plate stickers are all that is different between 7641 and 60031. "Mystery of the City Corner".....I like the sound of that.....yeah, Lego is good at throwing things out there to get attention eh ?

    I've been rattling Lego's cage I think...... "Shaun, as my colleagues have stated in the previous emails. If the product is not available in the country that you are purchasing it in we will not be able to give you any information on when this set will be available or released." In short, set confirmed.....just we don't know when or where yet ? The facts are that a Dutch Lego retailer claims 60031 is a September release and Lego has just said then......quote "we will not be able to give you any information on when this set will be available or released.". Plus add the fact that instructions are now available at Lego customer service.......yeah, I still feel smoke screen. Wouldn't it be funny that this set suddenly appears during our Aussie mid-year toy sales at one the major Lego retailers eh ? (one can only hope right ? )

    I haven't even seen the Kmart catalogue yet, but it's not to cover two weeks but about half the year till Christmas eve ! And that doesn't mean that they won't get anything special in the short term to compete will Target and BigW......we'll just have to wait and see.

    Well, I just downloaded the instructions....the only difference no licence plate stickers for the bus....everything else is the same. I have sent another email to Lego.....sort of a please explain in kind words......I'll post the results when they come in.

    Gym it is, thanks 'rriggs'.....first I better get the office areas done and then start on the gym equipment and of course the next floor to house the gym.....now what equipment could be brick-built to look realistic enough to go into this gym ?

    Now this is cool, I love how the school can be remodelled by shifting the classrooms around......and a uni-sex toilet......and I'll leave that there (no further comment). The building looks quite modern on the inside and it does look like a typical US TV/Movie style high school indeed.........idea Lego - mix Friends with High School Musical ! At least we end up with another female adult and a male student......especially a male figure because the girls need someone to go the prom with don't they ?     Excellent work 'timmy', I like the all-you-can-eat buffet upstairs.....time for some original designing there, though you gotta be careful we the staff bring hot pizzas down the stair case. Brick On 'timmyc1983' !

    I'm still in the process of design more office gear for the third level......now the fourth has been suggested over on ANZFOL to be a gym.....what does everyone think....a gym - yes or no ?

Yep, smoke screen......so what can be read is that Lego confirms by not confirming.....you see they haven't said no, it's not being released at all or in the future. Funny thing is their last line speaks of the likes of our beloved EB......but the last info I have is a link to a retailer's page.....not a fansite.

    Thanks for the review 'Hinckley', I might have to buy this set.....my cousin and her hubby own a bakery. Cute playset, though Mia looks more like a contestant on Masterchef than a baker. Now we all know about the wine gobbet being able to have the centre of a 2x2 plate connect.....it's the same as the ice cream toppers. And true, they need more male characters and females doing non-stereotype work.....plumber, builder, motor mechanic, etc.,. I'm a little confused over why a mixing bowl is by the cash register and not the cabinet with cakes, etc., in it ? Anyway, I still like the set a lot......Brick On Review On 'Hinckley' !
