Namyyra sends a pile of thorns into the beast as she struggles to stay above water with the tentacle holding her down. Nur lets the water pass through him harmlessly, but an unconscious Amma quickly floats to the surface beside him. Alexis toys with the tentacles some more as Skrall, his hulking frame well above the water level, looses a pair of bolts that tear right through the Kraken's skull. It lets out a rattling, dying roar, going limp on the shore as the water ebbs back into the lake along with the unmoving tentacles. THE BATTLE IS VICTORIOUS! Everyone gains 24 GP and a level of experience, except for Amma. The enemies drop 10 Kraken Fangs and the Crown of the Sea King. Party leader, how will the loot be divided? Even in the event I do go down, we have plenty of Phoeniex Essences, and hopefully there will be less enemies to deal free hits next round. Tesni, Lee, Atramor, and Tarn can all kill their targets if they all land hits, a good chance since we're all lucky. We should be in good shape. "Actually...I'll take that tall bastard. He's got nobody to heal if I go first, and I think I can blind him."   13. I don't think they have to be related related. My second character is just going to be an old friend of Atramor's. It doesn't mean they have to be alike at all, just know one another well enough.
  14. Barring those with a Medal of Glory and/or have used Level-Up Mushrooms, Tesni's the highest level hero, at level 31 - one of the first heroes, and constantly going on Quests. We'll probably be rounding the Third Anniversary come Level 40. I think it'd be a reasonable enough time for a second character - three years of nonstop Questing is quite a lot.
  15. They're in the first post. Currently you have to be level 50 to create a second character. But you also get to choose a Master Class at the same time.
  16. One more artifact slot is pretty awesome to me. Being able to equip a certain weapon isn't much of an incentive - and it's not like you need an incentive, you'll be leveling up either way. You kinda have a point, though. Maybe the second character requirement could be dropped to level 40?

  22. What issue? People should be able to recognize when it's night, too. But honestly, I can see where you're coming from, and I doubt they'll become as commonplace as you think. Conditional items are fun and on occasion very, very useful, but I don't think QMs are going to start preferring them to regular artifacts.

  25. +10 SP, +10 max health, +10 max ether, and immune to water? It's the kind of artifact you shouldn't have equipped all the time, but rather used whenever applicable. It's not to meant to be worn at all times, then yes, it would be completely useless.
