  1. Hey, I'm going around the internet looking for all of the old accounts that I used to use. I'd appreciate it if you could delete this account and make all posts invisible as a result. I'm just trying to bridge a gap between my real life and internet life. I'll still be lurking on Eurobricks every once in awhile but probably won't post anymore as i usually don't have much to contribute personally. My small Lego collection is also packed away, so I won't have time for that as of now. I am sure about this and be really thankful if you could do this for me. Thanks.
  2. Does anyone know any Brickforge resellers for the UK, perhaps on Bricklink? I know about Fire-something Toys but they don't have the pieces I want. And the actual Brickforge shipping terms are insane when shipping to the UK. Perhaps someone here has used pieces of the Silver Neck Armor and Steel Arched Pauldrons that I'm looking for? Thanks anyway, Andy.
  3. Seeing as it seems like the Lord of the Rings theme has ended, I decided that I would have to build my own Treebeard. I was never actually a fan of the "Ent" from the Tower of Orthanc set, so here's mine. https://www.flickr.com/photos/andyd6/14078574478/in/photostream/ What do you guys think?
  4. I bought a set which included an incredibly loose printed minifigure leg piece, so I decided to order a replacement order for it. The part was unfortunately out of stock, but I ordered it anyway. A few days later, a friend of mine told me that I could fix the loose leg piece by adding a light coating of super glue to the hinges, which worked great! On the other hand, seeing as I won't need the replacement part anymore, I would like to cancel my order but I don't know how. So I was wondering if the people of Eurobricks could give me some advice about what to do?
  5. Yeah, I banned my son after he kept messing with my Lego city, and mixing themes like pirates with spacemen, and all other such nonsense. To think he actually turned my vintage 1987 garbage truck into a disgusting mecha!! I promptly scolded him, and glued all of my creations together in their correct forms to prevent further occurrences.
  6. I don't think I can afford one of these via the offer, so I was wondering how much these exclusive figures usually go off for on eBay and Bricklink? Darth Revan has always been my favourite Star Wars character, and your review makes me even more sure about getting my hands on one!
  7. I think it's just a case of Lego wanting to make their toys look like The Simpsons (with more accurate molded heads), but the show wanting to make their show look more like toy (with the printed heads). Probably nothing more to it, especially not the idea that the impractical and ugly printed heads is because Homer imagined them like that because he is stupid.
  8. Here are some items that I'm selling/trading for people in the United Kingdom only, and I checked these items on eBay and Bricklink to provide a relatively good deal compared to prices there (for sellers from the UK). I will be sending them in padded envelopes with Royal Mail 2nd class stamps (50p). Bombur minifig (An Unexpected Gathering) - £3.20 Dwalin minifig (An Unexpected Gathering) - £4 Ringwraith Torso ONLY (Attack on Weathertop) - £2.50 Female Snowboarder, cludes Snowboard but not the Stand (Collectible Minifigs Series 3) - £2 Winzar (Legend of Chima) - £1.50 I will also be open to trading (we'll make a deal in PM). The minifigs that I'm looking for include Moria Orcs, Elrond, Saruman and Iron Man. All of these items are in good condition, and I will be adding more items soon. PM me if you have any questions, thanks.
  9. Haha, these are adorable! You should definitely make more of these tiny little things.
  10. Nice little MOC here. The landscaping you did is really effective.
  11. I think you're better off buying the Hunter Orcs rather than the Mordor Orcs from Bricklink, which are usually cheaper and come with the headpieces. They're basically the same, and if you don't like the Hunter Orc legs, you can easily switch them out with some common reddish-brown legs.
  12. This is great! I especially like how you did the wooden roof on the house to the right. 10/10
  13. Great work! The little details are fantastic.
  14. Great set, the Grond build is really well done! And the lighting of the beacon is a nice addition to the wall.
  15. I really like the minifigs from the Dol Guldur set. Radagast and Azog look cool, and the statue would make a good body for the Weeping Angels from Doctor Who! The set itself is a bit meh, but the blocks could be used to make a better Dol Guldur moc.
