Seems you triple posted. Anyways, I'll be getting Iron Man for sure, and modding his shoulders and back, as well as removing his gun to make him resemble his movie counterpart more. Still considering Capt, I'll wait for reviews of him before deciding.

IMO the new bubble shoulder armour pieces would be perfect for Iron Man, I wonder why Lego didn't use those. Still a definite purchase, though.

Yeah, I'm planning to mod Voltix as well - probably just give him hands. But he looks great. By the way, from this picture on BZP, you can see how that switch on Voltix's back is constructed. Makes sense now how the electric pieces on his back were shown pointing upwards in the official pictures and yet downwards in the Toy Fair pics - I had thought it was a mistake in construction. Seems pretty cool this way!

That "army" is probably just the assortment of villains we'll be getting as sets. Or maybe there're multiples of Thornraxx and XT4, who knows.

Hmm. I still can't quite make out how Bulk's missile launcher attaches - anyone?

Nice to see Voltix has an apple green head, instead of a yellow one as I previously thought. Interested to see that switch on his back, he's really growing on me. Anyway, Aanchir - did you manage to see if Bulk has any back armour, by any chance? With the shoulder armour and the way the missile launcher attaches possibly getting in the way of any back armour, I'm afraid Lego might try to forgo it on him.

By the way, I can't seem to make this out from the Toy Fair pics - but is the BP helmet on Voltix recoloured to gunmetal?

I think it's been mentioned before - but could the smaller number of HF sets in 2012 be due to the Superheroes Ultrabuild line taking up more 'slots' for sets built in the 2.0 style?

Just picked up Breez today and got a complimentary Breakout poster to go along with it. Both are glorious.

You know, I never realized that until you pointed it out. Damn! I was happy thinking all the summer Heroes had new/recoloured torsos! On the other hand, it just goes to show how well the printing helps in distinguishing the characters. Lego really did a good job on this aspect.

A little too much gunmetal. Like I said, he looks like a silver-skinned guy in a suit of gunmetal. Given the fact that Lego recoloured Stringer's launcher silver, I can't see why they didn't use the same piece in Bulk, at the very least.

Indeed. I'm hoping BZP or FBTB will bring us better pictures that will let us make out how his helmet looks like. By the way, does Bulk have a trans-red Glatorian head, or is that trans-orange?

Yeah, Rocka is amazing! For some reason some of the sets were more readily available than others - could be due to the more popular ones being snapped up quickly, though. I had to dig through the shelf to find Rocka and Breez hiding behind at the back. Will pick up Breez this week! Seems the Transformers at Toy Fair have already been revealed - any idea when is Lego's turn?

I'm okay with Stringer's and Bulk, to be honest. The colour of their chest pieces match their primary colour pretty well. Nex, on the other hand... Well, the white stands out too much. I'm not exactly a fan of the white on Furno and Breez, and on Nex it's way overdone.

Yup, it is. I think one of my main complaints with Bulk is that he has too much gunmetal on him - he almost looks like he's wearing an entire suit of gunmetal, with his silver head and hand coming through. Nothing some modding can't fix, however. (Sorry, Bulk 3.0!) Pity about Nex, but I won't be getting him anyway. I have no idea what Lego was thinking when they designed him. Messed up colour scheme, crappy weapons. What a waste of a set.

They should be. The Breakout sets have been around for about a week already. I bought Rocka at a toy shop at nex! (No pun intended.) Speaking of which - how is Nex going to hold the Hero cuffs if he doesn't have a hand? My guess is that he has a hand underneath that laser weapon thing, however unlikely that is.
