Haven't been following Chima much lately, but has a release date for the full-length show been announced?

I enjoyed it. In fact, probably my favourite episode since OoF! Wished we got to see Surge fly though. Seeing Dragon Bolt's animated form makes me kind of sad of what the actual set could've been, but oh well.

Interesting. I don't know about you guys, but I'm really liking Frost Beast more and more. Maybe even more than Dragon Bolt. He has a very solid design.

Any guesses on how Frost Beast's arms and shoulder fur are attached to his torso? I have no idea.

The banana belt would also require too many pieces - at least 20, perhaps? Maybe it was too far out of Lego's piece count per set.

My opinions haven't changed - definitely getting Razar, Cragger, and Worriz. Cragger looks better in these images. As for the other 3 - Gorzan is a maybe, Laval is a bigger maybe, and Eris is a pass. Will wait for reviews.

Surge looks hilarious in that pose. And I agree, Stormer looks a little too dinky. But I'm still getting both of them. As for Dragon Bolt... I don't know. I'll still get him, but between his all-yellow brain, and the lack of yellow blades for wings, he looks less appealing than before. I wish they kept the blue-brain-with-red-eyes, similar to Frost Beast's.

Razar's wings are probably just connected to the ball joints on his shoulders.

Anyone knows when the Lego segment of Toy Fair will be? Tomorrow, perhaps?

Previously I thought that the placement of the trans-blue and trans-yellow shells on Surge's arms was seemingly random, but then I noticed that they actually form a gradient matching the pattern of the lightning pieces on his weapon!

While admiring Furno XL, I have to say the new blade piece is really awesome. Definitely my favourite new piece of the year. I'm actually happy Stormer will be getting it in silver, because it looks so good in that colour. Plus, we're already getting 2 each in blue in Laval and Aquagon!

Thanks for the effort JaeYeon, but personally I'd rather wait for the English version before watching it.

What do you guys think of Stormer's half-shield thing? It looks really odd to me, wish they had given him a full shield instead. Agreed, he's one of my favourite HF sets of all time. Once I fix his back he'll be perfect. His shield is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but his sword is much larger than I thought, and looks incredible as well. They just hit Singapore a couple of days ago!

Just bought Furno XL today, he is amazing. I'll need to beef up his backpack a bit, but his cape does a good job in hiding whatever flaws his back may have. As for the summer sets - both Surge and Stormer look better than ever. Dragon Bolt is starting to look a bit meh - wish Lego had given him a blue Hero foot for a lower jaw, rather than a silver one. The Technic L beam doesn't look so bad now, though.

Noticed that Worriz, like Laval, uses a 2.0 torso shell for back armour, but it's placed so high up his back until it looks like it's covering the back of his head, that I'm afraid it's connected like Core Hunter's back armour, rather than using the new Stormer XL piece. Razar's my favourite, followed by Worriz and Cragger. Cragger's neck is way too long, they should've stuck with the shorter version in the first image we saw of him. Easy fix though.

From these pictures plus the earlier ones we saw, I'm pretty sure at least Laval, Cragger and Worriz have HF shells as back armour, hopefully the other 3 are the same, though I doubt so for Eris and Razar. Aanchir, about the heads - not big on these simplified versions as compared to the earlier ones we saw, but I agree that they look good nonetheless.

Actually, Eris looks a lot better here. While her head is horrible as Eris' head as it doesn't look feminine at all, it's a good looking head nonetheless. Regardless, if these are final, I know I'll be getting them all.

Are there pictures for other summer sets on that site as well? Aquagon is pretty underwhelming to be honest.

Huh. That's slightly different than the ones we've seen before, and not necessarily for the better. Do hope Atamaii provides more pics or even videos of the other sets, as they have in the past.

#1. That's not a new piece, that's actually the new blade piece that comes with the winter Rocka set. Good eye! #2. It's not new. His hand is probably attached to the handle via a round pin.

Taking a closer look at Jet Rocka... The jet is looking quite jumbled. White, light bley, gunmetal... It's quite clashing. Also, noticed that he has silver Exo Force arms on his chest, rather than gold ones.

I'm glad Lego decided to buff up Rocka, he looks much better. As for the jetpack... I'm okay with the white, but I wish that windscreen was transparent instead. EDIT: Ooh, I love how the Hero symbol on the windscreen aligns with that on his chest.

Nuremberg this year is on the 29th January. We got some videos the past couple of years, albeit blurry ones. Hopefully we'll see some this year. Like I said before, I'm more keen on seeing the Chima constraction sets.

Called the Novena branch today, they're not yet available, unfortunately. Usually if one store gets them, every store in Singapore will get them. I'm guessing Lego ships the sets to us at one shot. Just depends on when the stores receive them from the port. I think Toyshunt just listed them on their website prematurely, we'll probably see the sets next month. Earliest next week I'm guessing, but definitely within the next 2-3 weeks.
