  1. I hope that doesn't affect the release date in other countries, I look forward to getting them in February as I do every year.
  2. Thanks for the review! Still not a fan of the colour scheme, probably my least favourite of the mechs.
  3. Thanks so much for doing these reviews VBBN, do take your time! This set is a little disappointing though, it seems more like a turret than a walker to me.
  4. Furno is hands down my favourite set of the wave. Can't wait to get him! Thanks for the review!
  5. What a pleasant surprise! Thanks for the review. I love the colour scheme on this guy as well, I look forward to picking him up.
  6. They don't even need to wear the armour to fit in the cockpit - all they have to do is hold the controls, right? The controls are moveable, after all, so they can be easily adjusted to fit the angle of minifigs' hands.
  7. I myself didn't like the idea of using the original skeleton torso at first, but now I've realized that it opens up to many possibilities of customization - the various Chima armours, for example, can be used to give the Heroes custom torsos.
  8. I see, thanks. Let's hope we see a review soon enough! I'm glad we get to see these pictures at least though. Love the comparison with the minifig Hakann. I'm not much of a MOCist so I'm a little disappointed that the windscreens aren't printed, but the stickers are pretty small anyway so should be easy to apply.
  9. I was just about to mention that! Awesome as a 3 headed beast would be, I think it's more than likely it's a combo model. The body looks pretty standard like SB's, which I don't think is enough to warrant a completely new set. EDIT: Who is this guy who's uploaded the pics, anyway? Is he a member here on EB or BZP?
  10. Wow, that was fast. Let's hope LegoJang gets these sets soon. I'm still not sold on Evo XL Machine, though. I hate how his knees look so bare and the fact that he lacks ankle articulation.
  11. I'm glad it got your interest. I think this is exactly is what Lego is trying to do - they know how popular minifigures are, so they're trying to get more people interested in HF by including minifigs this year.
  12. From the website nrg posted, the wheel bike, interceptor, vulture droid and V-wing all seem to be the same price point as the A-wing and the tank droid sets from this year.
  13. The Police Gunship looks good! Love that the new Ahsoka and shock troopers come with it. I'm glad it has a troop bay!
  14. I'd think the ISP would be able to hold 2 troopers, it's just that only one is shown manning it.
  15. Other than the pin on the back, if you look at the bag art of FJM, you can see that he's gripping on handles made out of Exo-Force arms that are connected to the cockpit piece.
  16. That looks great, at least we're still getting new builds out of the 2.0 system. Anyway, I'm a bit disappointed about the lack of wrist articulation in the new figures. I wish they used the Exo-Force arms. While that means they forgo a connection point at the forearm, I'd rather them have wrist articulation as it does make the figures more expressive.
  17. Aren't these technically vehicle sets? Anyways, I hope to see more beast like mechs in the summer wave, or mechs with multiple pilots.
  18. The BPs look absolutely stunning! The octopurra droid looks horrible though, but the figures make up for it. Definitely getting the interceptor and the wheel bike as well. Hope we get pictures of the police gunship soon!
  19. Thanks very much! I do hope the minifigs don't use a skeleton body underneath, it just doesn't fit.
  20. Still waiting for someone to upload hi-res pics on Brickshelf! I think they're just there for decoration purposes only.
  21. Thanks for the link! Wow, these sets are looking better than I expected. I'm glad we're getting something new to HF, the 2.0 system was getting a bit old. Furno's mech and Splitter beast are my faves, and probably the only ones I'll be getting.
  22. Could someone upload these photos to a photo sharing site and link them here, if possible? They're quite difficult to view on mobile.
  23. Singapore always gets HF in February without fail. Kinda disappointed we haven't seen finalized pics yet though! Hope they hit the States soon enough, I can't wait for reviews!
  24. I can't agree more. I was a little skeptical at first because I'd thought that it would be animated in the style of Ninjago and Chima, but after seeing the trailer, wow. I love stop motion films, and seeing one about Lego is insane. Emmet's expressions while doing jumping jacks were priceless. Hopefully we get to hear that "everything is awesome" song heard in the beginning of the trailer soon! Everything about this movie is indeed awesome. Between this, Cap 2 and X4, 2014 is shaping up to be a very exciting year!
  25. Wow, I'm loving that flying Batpod in the movie! I hope we get it as a set!
