  1. The two copykiddies were removed! Better slow than never Also a blog entry: Plagiarism at Septembers LEGO Technic Challenge. Hi LEGO Technic fans Plagiarism at Septembers LEGO Technic Challenge. It has come to our attention, that two of the entries in the September LEGO Technic challenge are copies of other peoples work. We have therefore removed these two models from the voting process this month. The idea with the LEGO Technic Challenge is that you should challenge yourself to build something new. When we go through all the model entries every month we see a lot of cool creative models. So let’s continue that positive spirit in the competition.
  2. They seem to have metal rods, so I bet my parrot that they work.
  3. The world is getting more and more demanding for everything to be idiot-proof... Studless doesnt ease up on building either.
  4. Now that we have mini LA's, can we expect the mythical S motor?
  5. The 1x4 gear rack is in LU mode. Wish we had a better physics engine too, like the one in half life 2
  6. About time! It was crowded in general
  7. Did you try blocking it in the firewall?
  8. No diffs there! Putting diffs in an offroad vehicle is pointless.
  9. I think the official one relased in 2003 is even smaller. Still a good model!
  10. And three of those are from Slovenia Quadtrack, Walking tracker and Front shovel.
  11. What about blocking the page in browser settings?
  12. I manually aligned beams, until beams fit. If that didn't help, i removed the opposite pin, attached beam to the troublesome one instead and than either manually or hinge aligned the lower one. If anyone has issues with LDD bad connections, just poke me Good luck with your project!
  13. I replaced those blue pins with regular: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/zblj/LDDparts/technicframepuzzle.lxf P.S. Superkalle, why cant I upload LXF's here?
  14. Thank you very much! You sure got some great skills! And now its time to repay you Whats your LDD prob?
  15. I like the movable jaw! Good alternate!
  16. They still havent removed them... I dont get it
  17. I am reading street lavyer while I wait in hospital for my toe operation
  18. Same happens to me, script sometimes freezes.I think the script for Universe runs in IE, or something and tends to freeze sometimes. Its nothing related with LDD though, but the commercial.
  19. Sure I can look at the model. Upload it and tell me what to fix in another topic. Gonna try sketch up some other day, thanks anyway!
  20. I just hope supercar's 4 speed transmision is a really transmission, not a switcher for various PF motorised functions like 8258. Backhoe small pneumatic cylinders anyone?
  21. I wanted to try a 3x3 concept, which would allow me to ditch suspension and make the model less complex. I used an XL motor for each side drive, and a differential to power the rear wheel. When you go forward all 3 wheels are powered. When one side wheel stops, the rear wheel spins at half a speed. Weight was mostly at the front axle, which helped model cimb up stairs very good, but made it flip going downhill. Also it tends to break 12 tooth gears when you stall it manually, but otherwise works normally when driving uphill or over obstacles. It was a good experiment, but I am not gonna develop it any forward, because of lack of stability.
  22. Great renders! Oh and a small error I see, the 9 V geared motor sits too low in your model.
  23. This needs to be resolved, because its obvious someone used Mahjqa's picture as his own design! Look for lunar car... http://technic.lego.com/en-us/competition/voting.aspx This needs to be reported!!!
