The two copykiddies were removed! Better slow than never Also a blog entry: Plagiarism at Septembers LEGO Technic Challenge. Hi LEGO Technic fans Plagiarism at Septembers LEGO Technic Challenge. It has come to our attention, that two of the entries in the September LEGO Technic challenge are copies of other peoples work. We have therefore removed these two models from the voting process this month. The idea with the LEGO Technic Challenge is that you should challenge yourself to build something new. When we go through all the model entries every month we see a lot of cool creative models. So letβs continue that positive spirit in the competition.

No diffs there! Putting diffs in an offroad vehicle is pointless. -

Same happens to me, script sometimes freezes.I think the script for Universe runs in IE, or something and tends to freeze sometimes. Its nothing related with LDD though, but the commercial. -

Sure I can look at the model. Upload it and tell me what to fix in another topic. Gonna try sketch up some other day, thanks anyway! -
I wanted to try a 3x3 concept, which would allow me to ditch suspension and make the model less complex. I used an XL motor for each side drive, and a differential to power the rear wheel. When you go forward all 3 wheels are powered. When one side wheel stops, the rear wheel spins at half a speed. Weight was mostly at the front axle, which helped model cimb up stairs very good, but made it flip going downhill. Also it tends to break 12 tooth gears when you stall it manually, but otherwise works normally when driving uphill or over obstacles. It was a good experiment, but I am not gonna develop it any forward, because of lack of stability.

Great renders! Oh and a small error I see, the 9 V geared motor sits too low in your model. -
