  1. Now all you need to do is to amke it drivabale online and you wont have any sleep at night :)
  2. Well i rather like small and low windscreens, its not a bus :)
  3. Good work so far! I bet you can motorize the left side and put the Bb under the rear spoiler.
  4. When i posted my pin connector idea few months back i had no idea people will use it so much and with such succes. Great work!
  5. Never seen an articulated backhoe before. This year is not very impressive IMO, with exception of the dirtbike and F1 car.
  6. The tracks are made, so they are nice and tight, with the newer version of tracks, which are tighter than older ones. About steering issue, the servo motor is the most torqey Lego motor and along with the long pivot point and the low steering angle it should be strong enough IMO.
  7. Well, I realise that the crawler will be slower and harder to steer with tracks, but the extra grip IF they use the pads will sure make up for all.
  8. Really great car! One thing puzzling me is the suspnesion, because i only see 4 A arms? Also love the door mechanism!
  9. Wow, thats massive! How does the chassis cope with extra weight?
  10. Great work there! One question, the outriggers dont really support model, do they?
  11. Thank guys My parrot says thanks too,
  12. I think the battery keeps the from sliding out.
  13. New site is now online. Check it out guys!
  14. This was originally planned for the new challenge, but since the rules are totally different than expected, here's the model. Its not yet fully developed, with some gears slipping, etc, but it works! The car looks quite normal: But as soon you oversteer in either way wheels on both sides get pulled towards each other: This is done via the rack system, that can rotate arround the steering axle: The rubber belt keeps the rack leveled when in normal mode. Also the steering axle tips over one of the motor's switches, which is important as the drive motors for left and right side have to spin in opposite direction when turning on a spot: Some more pictures of the underside: And a short video of the F5 in action:
  15. That dual worm gearbox seems horribly inefficient. Each worm gears looses 50% of energy, so having two means he will loose some 75% of energy...
  16. Great work there. I see you improved the suspesnion, so it cannot fall apart anymore. You used V2 receiver?
  17. Does the old version slip in 9398?
  18. So you dont need original 9398 to win, yet you need to build a body on its chassis? TBH i thought you would have to build a model inspired by 9398 not in top of it!
  19. I dont think pull back motors are considered pure technic, they re more like racers to me. Well i hope the F1 race car is PF!
  20. Looks great! Almost official too.
  21. That are some awesom cup holders! oh btw nice acr too Jokes aside, its really epic! And its got 48 NXT motors! Whats next suspension and meccanum wheels?
  22. I did have something simillar in my miniature 8x8 tatra, it worked okay, but it was super soft and i'm also worried about cracking or stretching during long use.
