Speaking of Yularen it would appear we have a new ISB admiral coming in the Battlefront II campaign. I've heard a developer refer to him as an admiral but perhaps he's not? Either way another reason to buy an additional Krennic.

Rose looks good and so does the bomber pilot. I'm really not fan of the Resistance this wave however. Too much dark tan grey and not enough color. Heck by comparison the Rogue One Troops look like a rainbow.

Its highly likely we will get Phasma in a TLJ set either this fall wave or in the successive winter wave. She's a major villain after all. However the bottomline is as of right now we don't know so there's no point speculating in this thread about it till we do. I really don't know how to feel about the Snoke figure. From what i've heard about him in the rumor mill film wise, it makes this figure seems somewhat underwhelming. As a figure of perhaps the most important villain of the new trilogy i'm really disappointed they didnt go all out with his fig. What happened to printing on the sides and along the tops around the studs of mini figure heads like we got with the Alfred figure of the original bat cave? He is a character that may have benefited greatly from a molded head.

The Black Series Thrawn and Tarkin look amazing! Technically Tarkin counts since he pops up in Rebels so much Lego still needs to give us a Thrawn with a correct rank insignia. Timothy Zahn has said he really wants to essentially write a new Thrawn Trilogy and he has a lot of the story conceptualized so im desperately hoping they dont kill off Thrawn in Rebels.

So im a little confused. Ive seen the pics of Snoke, FO pilot, Finn, and evil BB8 however it seems like based on the conversation there are NEW pictures of the sets we already know of as well as a new resistance trooper mold and better pics of Rey?

Great build! I love that one of the Rebel commandos decided it would be better to wade through the sewage muck then to march behind someone else.

There really isnt a good way to keep a list nor should you try. Bricks and pieces seems to be sort've grey territory predominantly used to replace missing pieces from sets. TLG seems to already know that the system can be exploited by third part sellers so if you want the piece to stay on its better to not put a spot light on it. I don't personally understand the resistance if you're paying them money for it but whatever. That being said if you mean how to know when new pieces are put on, well I think since a list isnt advisable word of mouth is the best practice.

I haven't erased the printing off the dark tan legs but once thats done ever type of imperial officer will have boots except ISB agents, still holding out on dual molding black on black.

Thr Batman Gotham police battlepack has some. You could probably bricklink a couple fairly cheap now as a result. There is some printing so if you want them plain you'll have to do some scrubbing.

A bit bulky perhaps but I think because its Lego it looks pretty good!

So i'm assuming the Imperial figure is based off of General Veers on board the executor from ESB, albeit with Bast's head? It makes me wonder what's up with General Tagge's rank insignia? I'm also very glad TLG has decided to keep on with this current Officer print design so we can have a cohesive Imperial Officer Corps.

By the by I never realized this but Tarkin's first scene mirrors Vader's first scene in Return of the Jedi beautifully. A few examples. "The Emperor will tolerate no further delays" Tarkin "The Emperor is most displeased with your apparent lack of progress" Vader "Failure, will have you explaining why to a far less patient audience." Tarkin "I hope so commander, for your sake, the my master is not as forgiving as I am." Vader

I rewatched the prequels for the first time really since I was a teen, back then I watched them all a billion times so I reached that stage I needed to take a break. I will say i've noticed a lot more of the cracks, which i was previously aware of when originally seeing them but now as an adult I realize how much more pronounced they are. They aren't amazing, in fact they're slightly disappointing when you think of their incredible potential. I would argue the story of the prequels, the actual story not the execution of it, is perhaps one of the coolest ever told in my humble opinion. I think thats what makes the prequels such a let down in many ways because the brilliance of the story is messed up by the poor writing and mostly wooden acting. That being said I still think there are a lot of brilliant aspects to the prequels really unmatched in the genre of sci-fi and fantasy. The universe and the way its portrayed is fantastic and the visual design is distinct and inspired. John William's score is phenomenal! The cinematography and camera shots and the actual visual sequence of the three films are likewise to me incredibly well done. There are so many shots that are framed impeccably well and we get many moments scattered throughout where you just go woah. These things are what many franchises and stories struggle and fail to create and imbue in an equally satisfying way.

Get Out - Incredibly well paced for a horror movie, actually creeped me the heck out in broad day light. Excellent social commentary as well that blended perfectly with the horror which of course is the master stroke of any good horror film. The fear stems from the realism of the horror and despite some aspects towards the end being obviously and purposely ridiculous, the situations are protagonist are put in throughout are not. Logan - Fantastic movie, extraordinarily well conceived. I had never read the Old Man Logan comic series and when I read their premise I was really concerned the movie was going to be ridiculous. However they went an entirely different direction while keeping that same dystopic feel and it works perfectly with the X-Men franchise. To me anyways, i'm not a big comic reader so i'm coming at this having only ever watched the films. Alien is a masterpiece. To me at least its one of the greatest films ever conceived and executed.

Can't believe I lapsed on this! Star Trek has a TRAILER! Finally! Also Seth McFarlane, of Family Guy and American Dad fame, is doing a galaxy quest-esque parody show of Star Trek called the Orville which looks like it might have potential.

The Resurgent class Star Destoryer maybe the most gorgeous sytem scale model i've seen. The Resistance bomber looks really cool but im not really interested. Gorrila walker...im sorry but that looks a hot mess. That may not be the designers fault but what kills me is the head design.
