Thanks Does anyone have a nice idea for another GALAXY SQUAD related dialog? A 1:1 macro: creepy insects 4 ( galaxy squad ) by gerkenz, on Flickr last picture for today: creepy insects 5 ( galaxy squad ) by gerkenz, on Flickr

it's an Olympus OM-D with 60mm macro lens. But other cam's will do fine. The diffuse light is important to get a good result. creepy insects 2 ( galaxy squad ) by gerkenz, on Flickr creepy insects 3 ( galaxy squad ) by gerkenz, on Flickr

now all 6 sets on S@H in Germany....no commercial, no advertisment, no animation, no hint about they are new and cool, just placed in the shop. Very strange....

very cool.

Oh thanks - very nice colours, didn't found yours during research. I test build the spaceship this way too. I would like to have it with studs at the top to have the flat and shiny "screen" look.

@pluto: "Black Sabbath" and "Galaga" and Mechsuits...Yes! @DraikNova: That would be awesome...but I just calculated the display : one tile will be: 16 x 16 pixel 12,8 cm x 15,4 cm and that makes the whole display: 14 x 18 = 252 Tiles 224 x 288 pixel 179,2 cm x 277,2 cm If I assume the average brick is 1 x 3 we need about 21504 bricks. Hmm...that's something I never did before. And now it's even more help from you needed. Here is a better screenshot which shows the real pixels:

Germany S@H: 70705 only.

Very cool. I had a look at the base structure and this is something I need in the near future! Thanks.

Hi, a quick MOC I build today. A flat version of the spaceship from the coolest arcade game Galaga. Some more pictures: This is just the first quick prototype. The finished version will be a 1-stud or 2-stud version. I'm not sure about it right now. And I would like to build a huge display for the LEGO exhibition in Skaerbaek ( Denmark ) this year with some of you! If you are going to be in Skaerbaek this year and would like to be part of it with some tiles ( insects, black star tiles, score display chars, more black star tiles, bullets, a lot more black star tiles ) , please reply. If you can't visit the exhibition maybe collect tiles in your LUG and send them to me ( will be returned ). This could be a complete display: If you have any suggestions...please reply.

70703 is listed on S@H Germany, no "add to bag" button. The Theme "Galaxy Squad" is not listed and no GS search result possible.

Hi, not released in Germany yet. Maybe the community could help. Is there someone willing to send some sets/minifigs to Germany, please? If you got some form ToysRus, local stores or S@H please send an pm.

Thanks for your great replies. Funny I thought about getting the Agents set 2 days ago for about 35€ but I wasn't sure about it. I will have a closer look. :-)

Nice rounded shape and cool pilots. ;-)
-
cool, really! Nice to see that someone wants to build the "classic space ship" itself. :-) Fotos are professional, too.
