  1. Thanks mate for replying but now is the steering (from the rc unit) locking the diff as it does not have much movement The reason I ask Is I actually made something like this but instead of a break, I used 9v pole reverses
  2. Extremely cool! So many great builders about now.
  3. Great model, so small as well
  4. How does the brake work? I wish I had details of this months ago
  5. That's really clever, could of done with that a few months ago
  6. This model is amazing, I need to get a MUX
  7. Very cool, like that fact that its unique. Most people build cars / trucks
  8. Anyone written the Hi-Technic IRLink to RCX yet?
  9. Well does anyone know if they hit bricklink yet?
  10. Love the amount of cable to be used
  11. Brilliant Idea, maybe I could organize something in the UK
  12. Anyone got a e-motor yet? I do want to get that set!
  13. Love the climbing bot, That's given me a idea
  14. I really like this, I might have to build one, good work!
  15. There is a even simpler one on this forum somewhere which just uses the torque of the medium motor and no cogs a tall. Its brilliant, I see if I can find it Arr : I see the link above goes to the exact thing I was referring to
  16. I really like this, love what he did with the wheels!
  17. If your making pretty models, then studless looks way nicer. I build mainly studded as I just prefer the older stuff. I also find it more useful and stronger. My only use for studless beams are for support (right angle) where you need to place a plate on top of the studded beam. I think using both is the best option because they both have a different range of parts, studless have more angled beams, studded have more blocks (6 by 4 etc) I did a technic display at the weekend with a range of set models and to be honest people seem to prefer to studded sets, they reminded them of the past. Most people remember the supercar, or test car, where as they did not seem so impressed with the new stuff
  18. Thanks for the replies mate, at some point we going to need to chat (email probably). I like to show you some of the stuff I got planned for a large show.
  19. I saw this posted on your website, and am really interested. I only have 1 wedo hub. Couple of things, 1) How do you find the lower power output as the hub runs at 5v? (or around that)? I am amazed your laptop did suffer with 4 motors on 2) I only used the Wedo software once, looking at your video (had no sound at the time) can you make loads of mini programs and fire them off with key combination?
  20. I might just have to buy some for myself lol
