If I were an optimist I'd think maybe they were taking extra time to take some of the DO feedback into account. Sensible interior, more architectural detail on the outside rather than relying so much on masonry bricks...

With the extra pictures, it seems more to me like the porch and grave builds are good but the colors are all over the place. White, purple, green together say "spring," then the randomly bright red spider doesn't really make sense, and then there's some black thrown in. More purple and black would have helped, but there's so much white in the house and the girl's shirt that it just doesn't feel so much like Halloween as a bunch of bricks stuck together.
