Ahh. Thats cool. That should make for a really cool part of of story line.

When you say rover, are you talking about land rover? Cause there still very much alive. Perpesly arguing? No. I'm simply rebutting the coments you made. I even called off the first debate about the modified cars. Bhen you respond its never in full. Like i said before, you nit pick one point of several and try to come off like you made some huge point when you clearly haven't. I'll say it again, if you don't want to be called a kid, well then stop acting like one. I am talking about cars sensably, but you need to realize that you can't say somthing like "American cars should stay in america" and not expect somone to argue that coment. Weather you realize it or not, thats a very harsh staement to make. somone can take that coment alot further than just cars.

It will be my first. (that is if dunamis doesn't beat me to it ;-) ) I just bought a new Digi cam too!

I have a question about the movie bumble bee. I know that he is an 09 Camaro, but they also show shots of a 70's camaro. I'm guessing that there using that in the action shots since there not going to destroy one of GM's concept cars. Anyone else have some ifo on this?

Again you don't look into the post fully. Never said i liked cosworth. read my post kid. Ford did Aston martin a great benifit. They actully made them reliable. Its no secert that british cars were some of the most unreliable cars on the road. Plagued with electrical problems from day one. Thats one of the first things ford worked on. You really need to get out of your exotic car world. There are other and IMO better cars (espeacailly for your money) than the super exotics that you always lust over. Ford owns several car companies. To say Aston was there most profitable would be rediculous. Oh, and yes, Ford did own Austin Martin, but it had always been s a Britsh car company. Ford just called the shots so to speak.

Opps. sorry. *wub* I meant barricade. My bad. Ratchet is quite cool as well. I love emergency vehiles, so he gets my vote as well!

My local lego stare has it in stock. I'll be goin down tommorw to go pick it up!

You know what i notice about your comback posts? You never respond to all the pionts made. you just nit pick what you think you can respond to. First off, i siad that cosworth was there AT THE BEGINING. I know that there out now. The point was that ford was one of the first to compete. Please read in full before you coment back. Yes, europe isn't going to want/have a need for the same cars/trucks that america, or any other country for that matter.. Did you ever think maybe, just maybe thats why ther are only certain cars avaible in certain countries? X-O What might work in one place, may not work in the other. BUt you can bet if it is being sold, that there is a market for that paticular vehicle. A manufacter isn't going to waste money selling a car over seas if there no profit involved. Look at ford for example. They have devloped cars for both the U.S. and europe. Ford has the Focus and its all wheel drive turbo version the Focus RS. Only the regular focus is avaible in the U.S. Ford hasen't seen a market for the RS in america. (though with the recent release of the Mitubishi Evo and Subaru WRX STi, the Focus RS could be a strong posibility in the U.S.) Ford, Chevy, Dodge, toyota, Nissian all offered 4 door compact trucks of over 20 years in europe, and south america. It wasn't till the last 3 years or so that they finnally started building the american versions with a 4 door option. Bottom line is that automakers do listen to what people want. Not only in their own countires, but in others as well.
-
No offense, but just cause your friends and family think the U.S cars should stay in the U.S doesn't mean so. I mean if everyone had that mentality of thinking then every nation would have just the cars they produce only, and the rest of the world would miss out on alot of good products. And to say that american cars only have an american audience is just sorry to say, a really stupid coment. yes american automakers do listen to what the americans want in vehicles. This is one of the many reasons the mustang still has a solid rear axle. but the the reason the branch out to other counties is because the same as why the rest of the auo maker5s sell over seas. Cause there is a want and demand for them. You say you like Ford, there would be alot of racing programs, and quite posible no F1 if ford never devoloped the cogsworth engine.

Ok, what specific cars are you refering to? Ands you do realize that ford is an American automaker right? I realize that many of the Euro fords aren't avaible in the U.S, (Focus RS, and Mondeo for example), but the the standard focus is, and the chassis and suspention is the same as the euro versions. The Mondeo, is just a Euro version of the U.S.'s Ford Fusion. Just differnt sheet metal. All the japanese automakers you meationed make great products. Though i'm not a fan of mazda. Espeacailly the RX8, or anything with a rotory engine. Good handling cars, but horible realibility. Complete gargage, and sound like lawn mowers. Its very popular for people to swap in the Corrvette LS1 V-8 as it much(and i mean much) more realible, and offers better peformance. Nissian is a good company. I had always hoped that they would bring the Skyline GTR over hear, but that never happened. I do look forward to the 08 GTR though. Twin turbo V-8. Though i don't think its going to be all wheel drive.this time around. Toyota probbly is one of the best manufacters in the world. Great fit and finish, reliability, and performance. On on my second toyota. i just wish they never killed off the Supra. I never cared for honda. Way to bland. Nothing exciting. If i want a comuter car, i might concider one. Now wait, i'll just get a toyota pruis. As far as American cars not handling and being to "plastic", i'll agree to a certain extent. American quality has incressed dramaticly over the past 10 years or so. Espeacailly GM. (general Motors). I'll admit that a few years ago the intereiors weren't up to par to many of the euro, and japanse counterparts. But there has been a dramatic improvment. As far as them not handling, ther are plenty of examples. The pontiac solstice, Ford mustang, Chevy corvette (nothing short of a porsche 911 GT3 can touch the Z06, and that cost nearly 5 times its price.) I'm not saying that american cars are supperiour to euro or japanese, but there not out of the auto race either.

I'm really looking forward to the movie as well. My favorite one right now is brawl. I love mustangs, and to see a Saleen police version is great! Looks really mean with the push bumper!

I understand that the games produce the grafics. What i was gettign at was that the 360 games have better grafics. Yes the PS3 has more power, but as of right now, no game maker can harness that power. And all of whitch dosen't matter enless your have a hi-deff TV that can produce the pixels. And THAT is what it really comes down to. Doesn't matter wheather you have the original ATARI, or a NASA computer, if you still have an old school tube TV there all going to be the same.
-
Oh really? Like who? And If your going to compare euro with american cars please give some examples. And please don't use $200,000 ferrari's or any other super exotics as your examples as cars that handle. Lets keep this using really world examples.

Geneva is cool, but it sucks that half the cars will never make it to U.S. shores. I am looking forward to the new Camaro. Concept right now, but should be out by mid 08 as an 09 model. http://www.salon-auto.ch/en/en_images/inde...ex=705&idPage=1

I called 4 califorina based Lego stores, but only one admitted to a March 10th release. The other said they have heard of it but don't know when it will be out. I was going to haveone put on hold, but they said they can't do that till the set is officially on there shelf. I'll give them a call back on saturday.

You don't need a 200+MPH car for it to be speacial. I was in Monterey this weekend were there was a bunch of exotic car owners rolling down Canery Row (were many cars cruise) in Monterey. Some of the cars were a Ferrar F-430 , Lamborgini Galardo, Ford GT and a few others. A few minutes later some old school 50's hot rods came rolling through. People seemed to take quite a bit more liking to the hot rods over the exotics. I'm not saying that hot rods are any better than exotics (i don't think that either are nessasarly better than the other) I kinda look at it like a speacial feature on a car. A feature that you'll never use. You can bet that that car will cost up wards of 1 million. Just seems like a lot of wasted money just to be reconginesed as owning a "speacial" car.

Since i'm guilty of doing this the reason iposted on both threads was to get a quicker response to my question. Wasn't sure if the poster is watching both threads or just decided to keep on one. Sorry if that seemed "ridiculous" :-/

There are only a few in the world were you can reach that high a speed. But i guess if you can afford to buy that thing than you can afford to ship it to any track. But in the end, i still agree that its pointless.

Great moc! I like how you were able to fit all the equipment on the bike. But one question. Where do you live that the fire department uses motorcycles? I build emergency vehicles for a living, and have never had a fire department enquire about using motorcycles in thier fleet. Just doesn't seem practical for a fire department. Agan great moc.
