  1. I agree. One of my biggest hopes of this set was that it would be easy to connect to the other modular buildings and it look like you can. Some other observations: Looks like they’ve included the entrance to Knockturn Alley - a sign of more things to come maybe? I’m hoping someone will come up with a way to motorise the arm on WWW so it goes up and down by itself.
  2. Looking a little more at the pictures I feel like they could have extended the pavement a little more but otherwise it’s pretty good.
  3. I think it looks excellent lots of great details there.
  4. I agree. Sometimes when they put too much into a set it can leave parts of the builds less detailed than others and in Gringotts case there’s so much going on with it (the chandelier, the exterior, the carts, the foyer). So I think it may benefit from being a standalone set.
  5. Very excited at all the news that’s coming through. Sounds like this going to be the Millennium Falcon of the Harry Potter theme. I’m sort of glad Gringotts isn’t in the set. I feel when you try and put too many aspects in one set it doesn’t always turn out perfectly. (Assault on Hoth). So this way LEGO can really focus on making a detailed Gringotts set next year or whenever.
  6. Agreed, we’ve been given some great accessories here. The 1st HP CMF series was good. But I think this series is even better. If it doesn’t come I’ll eat a puking pastille - actually that might not be such a good idea.
  7. Good build! Nice bit of foliage going on and I think a Wookie Mandalorian is a cool concept. Looking forward to seeing more.
  8. Good work here. The explosions look great. Love the TT banner in the corner as well.
  9. Good work! Nice work keeping the build crisp and clean and the black/grey colour scheme - feels very Imperial.
  10. Very cool and unique entry. The brick built figure has turned out well.
  11. The build looks excellent. Great narrative as well.
  12. Excellent work! And good wrap up. Thanks very much for having me on board to help with this.
  13. They look brilliant. Good double sided head as well.
  14. That Butterbeer glass is brilliant.
  15. Looks like we have a good lineup of buildings. Excited for the final reveal.
  16. What is you favourite FABULAND animal? Walrus. Should LEGO bring FABULAND back? More than that! We need a LEGO FABULAND Movie! What is you least favourite mafia role? Anonymous Accounts. Purely because there’s always that guy who posts in his real account 2 or 3 times
  17. Good game everyone! And thanks for hosting Hinckley. I really liked the idea of the twickstew, even though I wasn’t hugely affected by it. I like high concept mechanics. Things that are thrown into a game and see how they go sort of thing.
  18. I really like it. A good diorama for the 40th Anniversary of Empire. Plus I love that plaque and box art.
  19. Yeah I'm hoping so! Plus it would be a cool accessory for Newt and Co. Eagerly anticipating the reveal of DA. Hoping to integrate it with the other modular buildings.
  20. Definitely! I'm hoping as well we might get a Fantastic Beasts Book piece (like the Moby Brick one in the Bookshop) in the DA.
  21. That’s an awesome figure. I’m really glad they’re doing more obscure characters. I like the torso piece.
  22. The Bad Batch was your standard CW arc really. But I’m excited to see what minifigures the sets (if any) bring. Especially if they run into some familiar characters.
  23. Don't forget the drums! *bang* *bang* *bang* *clash* *clash*
  24. My thoughts as well. I'm thinking of holding out a little longer in the hope that LEGO release that Vader variant in another set since I already have the first Final Duel set but I am liking the updated one more and more. I do miss the larger location based sets. Jabba's Palace, Battle of Endor, Home One etc.
  25. That looks wonderful. Love the inclusion of the Viaduct. Good work on the rock face as well.
