  1. I love it, simply love the color scheme and the accurate design. Great job once again Christopher!
  2. Fantastic creation 501st! The massive amount of effective greebling details is certainly the 'star of this build'. Overall simply an outstanding piece of brickbuilt artwork.
  3. Very well done mini build Alopex, especially for your first one. The build effectively depicts a post-apoca sky-city, nice work!
  4. The Theed Royal Palace is definitely the highlight for me on this Naboo set-up. It's just a shame there's the ginormous N-1 on the hangar (it should be smaller right?). The various Miniland built elements of the Battle of Naboo are well done - from the Gungans, B1s, to the MTTs, AATs, creatures. I just wish they were posed a little bit better rather than having a close stand-off.
  5. Thanks for sharing this CopMike! Carbonite Han is . The presentation of the models are very well done too, from the lighted controls below the DS to the trench shot.
  6. Very nice Y-Wing, I love the realistic greebling details you've put in here. Looking forward how this one will progress, good job so far!
  7. Another lovely build Etzel, great job recreating this Titanic scene! This is the perfect way to showcase the CMS sailor fig, and you've certainly done a masterful job on the presentation, from the curved shape of the ship's front to the various details. Simply great job overall! The only thing missing is this scene.
  8. One member's opinion certainly doesn't reflect the majority's views. I, too, don't think 6212 is a bad set at all, I actually see this as a good starting set to introduce a kid to the SW universe or simply to just rekindle an old passion for SW. It offers a pretty decent brickbuilt rendition of the iconic X-Wing (in the eyes of a normal 'not-too-nitpicky' LEGO fan), plus you get most of the main characters with the minifig line-up. I think the main reason it is still in production and still in the market is precisely because it's a good value set that sells and consistently brings in the dough for TLG - with or without the "Limited Edition" tag.
  9. I knew it wasn't Solscud's design, but I never knew it was yours Legostein, my bad. (6 years ago I wasn't still active in EB you know ) Oh, I never knew that piece is rare in trans-black color. Though it still looks good even in regular trans.
  10. Make us three then. I never bothered to ask the thread starter about this when I first saw this post, but now that Izzy asked, I'm curious to know too.
  11. Great job recreating this scene Solscud! The brickbuilt head of Boush Leia is pretty neat, and the effective overhead lighting really provides a realistic Jabba's Palace atmosphere.
  12. Very nice one Legostein! The title really got me there, and once again, you've shown ingenious parts usage with those rescue tubes to create this wonderful mini-Cloud City car. Resourcefulness at its best!
  13. Good call Superkalle, that layout indeed does look more organized (and more presentable for frontpage).
  14. I thought this was a mini-model of a large patrol car, until I realize this is minifig-scale. The overall design is pretty good, though I'm not so sure about the unusual orange color scheme (for cyberpolice), the choice of the wheels, and the positioning of the driver inside sure looks uncomfortable, not to mention the lack of a transparent windscreen for driving visibility.
  15. Excellent job everybody! I've been keenly watching the progress of this community build and I'm very happy to see the wonderful finished product. Special kudos to Brickdoctor for doing a superb job organizing this successful 2nd EB RCB. I've rightfully added this to our LXF Index. Again, great job by every participant. <a round of virtual applause>
  16. Pretty neat instructions TanoTrooper, very clear and easy-to-understand. Now interested builders can recreate your signature TTfigs. Thanks for sharing this!
  17. Simple yet effective - another neat custom Omi!
  18. Wonderful Pagoda MOC lisqr! Very nice use of the trans-orange heads for the lanterns. Excellent job and looking forward for the brickbuilt version of your first pagoda digital model.
  19. Aww, that's one very cute brickbuilt chick. Lovely work SF!
  20. Another lovely and unique creation Mood! You really captured the overall design and detailing of all three figs even at mini-land scale. Great job as always! Same here, I didn't even notice that Ani's got short hair, yeah, it's a bit inaccurate, but it really is no big deal and doesn't take away anything from the overall coolness of this MOC.
  21. Not bad for your first review Dazmundo! And thanks for sharing this rare multi-game pack, which I wouldn't have known if not for this review. It's quite nice to see how LEGO games developed through the past couple of years, from this earlier version with simple parts and unoriginal games to the current ones featuring fresh and original concepts and newer pieces (especially the unique LEGO die).
  22. Excellent train and train station Skrytsson! You've got some pretty interesting details in this build, like the V-shaped waiting shed and the sleek and smooth design of this modern-looking train. Really great job! Yep, I'm sure our Town Reg/Train Mod will move this over the Train Tech subforum where it rightfully belongs.
  23. Well done Hazmat truck Allan, the gear and protective suit compartments are truly very nice details!
  24. Nice vig migbarroso! You sure seem to be enjoying the new CMS figs eh? Even if it looks a bit crowded, the viewing deck is well done and effectively depicts a busy scene.
  25. Very nice LDD design Seluryar! I love those glass-paned walls, that would look really good in real brickbuild. As far as interior details would go, this is a warehouse-type grocery right? So you might want the basics - multiple rows of shelves of various consumer goods and food, overhead signages and the cashier post, just to name a few. Yes, you can. Just observe the image size limit of 800x600 pixels here in EB.
