Yep, nothing like that is stated in the rule, so it's crystal-clear what the Criminals have to accomplish: -

I still stand by my understanding of the Criminal's M.O. = Eliminate ALL Undercover Agents. Nothing says there that we should eliminate the Independents isn't it? I think it would be EXTREMELY UNFAIR to us Criminals if we already accomplished our goal (as stated in the game lounge rules) and the hosts are still prolonging this ordeal IN FAVOR of the Independents. If that is the case then I would kill the short stubby avian lover and the lunatic clown by myself (with the help of Mr. Happy Head of course). So I guess it's safe to assume that the sole reason why we're still here is because there's still a scum agent among us, and hopefully Black Mask will be the last one of them. -

Once again, fantastic job on the decal work - very professionally designed and seamlessly applied like your previous customs. And that minifig hand detail is indeed very clever. -
Sorry, the deadline of submission of entries for this raffle has long past gone. Though you could try to participate in other future raffles.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

Seeing as the there is a rumored "Old Republic Starfighter" set for next year, I can't help but speculate that it would come from the upcoming MMORPG game SW The Old Republic. Being a massive fan of the game's cinematic trailers, I chanced upon this on the game's official site and I think the set could feature either be one of these ships: Among these, the Thunderclap and Defender seem to be the Republic ships, so there's a chance that one of these two might be the rumored set? -

Hmmm, indeed it does... Even when it seems we're nearing the end of this turmoil we still have to work our megablocks to figure out what happened in Creep's redirection last night. Let me think aloud the possibilities: 1. Assuming Black Mask is the last agent, this may very well be his last attempt to make himself look like a Criminal, hoping an elaborate "reverse-psychology" move by redirecting Creeps to himself will give him the alibi of "if I'm scum then it would be stupid on my part to incriminate myself by redirecting someone against me". He has three things going for him: - He already knows he will be the target of today's lynch since yesterday, so he came prepared; - He knows Creeps is the vocal town leader, and he anticipates that any action that disrupts him will most likely be publicized in the game thread Ice Berg Lounge (like when Ivy planted a seed on him the other day against his will); - By redirecting Creeps to himself he hopes to convince us with this reverse psychology alibi 2. The more alarming possibility but doesn't make sense: Black Mask isn't scum and the last of the agents did this, but what would the last scum gain by redirecting Creeps to the next day's most probable lynch? 3. Knowing that Black Mask is most likely the last of the scum, this might have been the work of an uncooperative Criminal who took it upon himself to take matter in his own hands and tried to redirect Creeps (thinking he's the Vig/SK) to Black Mask hoping to kill him and end this mission right away. 4. Or it could've been the work of a Fear Gas holder, no matter how unpredictable the results may be it would still wreak havoc on the town's side when used by scum. As far as I know the only people that the late Scarecrow had talked to before his death is me, Black Mask, and Two-Face. I still have my Fear Gas canister with me, and it's possible that the Scarecrow gave one to either Black Mask or Two-Face or to even both of them and they used it? Well if there's anyone here who could somehow gauge the honesty of other people, it's Creeps, who has conversed with almost everyone of us privately (except Black Mask). But I sincerely hope that Black Mask is the last agent and all of these drama will be all over by tomorrow... -

Why are you even bothered by the win conditions of the Independents when we, the Criminals, are VERY close to reaching our goal (if Black Mask do turn out to be the last of the Scum Agents) at this point? All I know is WE CONTROL our own destiny as the majority here, unlike the Independents who most likely have to "depend" on siding with us for them to reach their individual goals. I understand if you are concerned about any hidden motives that they may have, believe me I am too (i.e. Ivy's possible planted seeds still concerns me), but we have the power to render them helpless until we reach our ultimate goal. Again I would reiterate, the Criminals' mission is to eliminate all Undercover Agents, and as long as the Independents don't mess with us along the way, they're in for a shared victory with us. Chill out man. -

Wuh?!? I don't see your logic here Freeze-boy. The Criminals win condition is to eliminate ALL Undercover Agents, and NOT independents. Why lynch someone who claims he's independent, someone who has greatly helped us in weeding all out of the scum agents, and someone who has no trace of being a scum agent? I think you're losing focus with our goal, or maybe you just aren't one of us? -

I remembered a classic movie called Bloodbrick II, and a character named Dr. Bethany Bovary was put in an eerily similar situation as Black Mask is in now - on the lynch chopping block after almost a week of staying out of suspicion, with only a weak case based on circumstantial evidence against her, the townies voted for her and she turned out to be as one of their own. I really hope you're the final agent Mask, as I don't want to feel the same regret that K-Girl felt in that movie. Vote: Black Mask (Brickdoctor) -

No worries I understand. That's all I need to know - an honest to goodness answer. And it ain't a tantrum, it's called responding back with evidence spiced up with a little bit of teasing. No need to be sensitive about it. I'm also leaning towards lynching Black Mask today, if no further leads surface up. Though Egghead brought up a possible alternative in Ivy, though I really sincerely hope that Mask is the last one of the scuma agents since this whole things is kinda getting... tiring already in the long run. That's why it's just a simple tease, I'm sure you understand it's something that wouldn't hurt your or the criminals cause at this stage isn't it? And like you said, it's freakin' Day 7, why not have some fun with some revelation here and there right? Yep, no mention of protection from blocks, only from night kills. But that doesn't alter the fact that we can't confirm your true allegiance through investigations like the others, so I'm afraid the only way we'll know is by lynching you. Sorry, that's just the way the cookie crumbles... -

I was actually surprised also to know that the Criminals have so many investigative abilities on our side. But I am not a Deputy Cop, because with my "Will Power" ability I could've inherited any ability by the last criminal to leave the game, but I chose The Riddler's investigative ability since I knew that would be beneficial for the Criminal's side. I was not aware of any "miller element" in my abilities, so it's either a hidden ability or Black Mask could me making it all up. I think more than anything else Black Mask's investigation immunity is my main reason of suspecting him. And I don't know if there was a framer before so I really couldn't tell. I haven't come across, nor Creep's investigator nor Black Mask, of a second "Scum" faction. All the results we've gotten are either "Criminal" on my side and Black Mask's claimed investigation results, and the "Undercover Agent" result that Creep's got on Mr. Zsasz. I stand corrected. Yes you claimed to have investigated me on Night One, got a "Scum" result, then I was cleared a Criminal on Day Two. -
Well I sure hope everything will be finished by that time then, and you won't be missing out on the fun.

XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
After gathering my thoughts I'm inclined to believe Creeps that another faction surfacing seems highly unlikely at this stage. I hope this chart would help: As you see, we already have 10 known criminals (dead & alive), and if ever Black Mask is indeed the last of the Undercover Agents, then that would make them 6 out of the 24, which is the typical 1:4 = scum:town ratio, excluding the independents. And besides, the existence of another faction at this point is extremely disadvantageous to the Criminals and a highly questionable set-up by the Gods which I'm sure will put them under heavy criticism once this mission is over. 15 Criminals 6 Undercover Agents 1 "Scum" 2 Independents I hope I'm correct with my summary here, and I'm dying to have this mission end already. -

Ok I'll make another revelation, since I guess at this stage it is better to come clean in the hopes of trying to paint a clear picture on what we have now, and hopefully end this ordeal. With regards to my ability, I had "Will Power" which enabled me to acquire The Riddler's investigative ability the night after he died. So let's round-up all the investigative results shall we? So far here are the "investigation-cleared" Criminals: Baby Doll (KielDaMan) = cleared as a Criminal by The Joker on Day 2 by virtue of one of my actions. Black Mask claimed to have investigated me on Night 2 and told me that he got a "Scum" result on me, the night before I was cleared as a Criminal. Hush (JimButcher/Mrlegoninja) = cleared as Criminal by The Riddler on Night 2 The Music Meister (Capt. Redblade) = cleared as Criminal by Baby Doll on Night 4 Harley Quinn (Alopex) = cleared as Criminal by Baby Doll and Black Mask on Night 5 (separate investigations) The Mad Hatter (Jedi master brick) = cleared as Criminal by Baby Doll on Night 6 K-nut (Two-Face) = cleared as Criminal by both Black Mask on Night 4 and Creep's investigator (separate investigations on different nights) For the others, I'm just leaning on Creep's words that they are cleared as Criminals based on their "helpfulness" The Creeper (def) Clayface (Whitefang) Egghead (Captain Tamamono) Killer Croc (JediAnakin) Man-Bat (Sirius Black) Mr. Freeze (Oky) Not yet cleared: Poison Ivy (badboytje) = claims to be Independent Black Mask (Brickdoctor) = not yet cleared due to Creep's investigator claims to have investigated him twice but failed Of course, even if the other Criminals were cleared, there is still the possibility of a Godfather which can hide with his guaranteed always "Criminal" result. That is why I suspected Black Mask, because I was thinking maybe the difficulty in investigating him might be some sort of a "modified Godfather-type ability" wherein all investigations on him will fail (and thus will not give his scum allegiance) instead of the normal variant of always appearing as Town in investigations. -

I admit I was the first one who received Crane's Fear Gas on Night 2 (even the Creeps knows this), and I even still have it in my possession right now, as I have not used it since its effect is so unpredictable that it might end up harming the criminals more than helping us. Well, it's up to the Creeps, but he has been THE SOLE REASON FOR THE CRIMINALS' SUCCESS, so I don't think that "not-so-dirty-little-secret" will matter to us right now. -
Gotham City Mafia: Day Seven
XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
In all fairness to Black Mask, all he told me was true. He did role-claimed to me on Day 2, and from then on we shared/coordinated night actions. Like what I've said, what raised my suspicion over him is the Creep's investigator's extreme difficulty in investigating Black Mask (for 2 night s if I remember correctly). I admit the case against Black Mask isn't very strong, and I'm just taking the Creeps word for it, which has led us successfully to consecutive undercover lynching so I have no reason to distrust him. But at this point where there is a "Scum" that surfaced, I'm not even sure if this is a Scum vs. Town set-up. All I know is this is a multi-scum faction ordeal, then this mission is completely f*cked up for the TRUE CRIMINALS like me, who'd only like to get all of this over with so we could claim our reward money. -

XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Creeps, are you in some hallucinating drug yesterday? I told you privately TWICE that Black Mask is unkillable since we successfully completed a task on Night 5. I specifically warned you not to waste the vig's killing action, but you still ordered our vig to kill Black Mask. Why are you putting the blame on me?? Is this one of your tease on me? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt to explain yourself. Or you want to tell me the other Criminals about your not-so-dirty little secret? Maybe you should clean your ears, clogged with too much earwax or something?! And just to clarify to everybody, The Penguin gave me a task on Night 5, which I think the Creeps passed on to me after successfully completing his own task on Night 4. The Penguin told me that I should choose someone who has a learning/investigative ability to help me with the task, and I chose Black Mask on Night 5 because at that time I still trust him. But after the Creeps reported on Day 6that they had extreme difficulty investigating him (for two nights!), I became suspicious of Black Mask and "cut my ties" with him (stopped my PMs with him) since yesterday. -
Like what I've said, I perfectly understand the two-host set-up that you and The Penguin are in, and I'm not pressuring the both of you in any way. What I was simply pointing out is that the players not sending their night actions in time is what is unacceptable. It's just the way you worded your post gave me the wrong impression that you are allowing late night action senders. If you phrased it like "Day 7 will be up when The Penguin and I have sorted things out, but no late night actions will be accepted beyond the deadline", then that would have been better. Sorry about this mini-rant, I just have to vent out how I feel about players who seem to be taking the rules for granted.
-
I'm sorry but I actually don't understand why 24 hours is not enough for dedicated players to send in their night actions. By my count it's already more than 36 hours since the Day has been closed, and I think that that is more than enough time to give leeway to *cough* forgetful *cough* players. And that is why there is a 24 hour time stated in the rules of the game right? And it' was never stated there that the Night stage will be extended to give chance to other players to send in their night actions. Like I said, I feel it's totally unfair to those who religiously follow the 24-hour rule and send their night actions in time. I don't like the idea of bending the rules for other players. If I were the one who forgot to send my night action, I will accept the fact that I did not get my night action in time and I'll be ready to accept any penalty or consequence of such offense. If the delay was caused by the busy hectic schedule of the hosts that is perfectly understandable, but if it's due to the players inability to send their night actions in time then that is totally unacceptable IMO.
-
Not to be pushy and I don't mean to be rude but shouldn't the next day proceed even without the night actions of those who forgot to send theirs in? It's already more than 72 hours, and I know it's not the hosts that cause this delay, but I feel it's kinda unfair to those who religiously follow the rules. I also trust in the hosts that they wouldn't count any night action that doesn't meet the deadline, even if it would ultimately hurt my own side as a player, just to be fair to all players.

When there are off-topic discussions regarding SW, we don't automatically shut them off. We normally merge them with the separate SW topic in the Culture & Multimedia subforum, if we see them fit for further discussion. Are you referring to the Eurobricks Star Wars Forums Blog as the "separate" site? The blog is officially sanctioned by Eurobricks (the mothership so to speak), started by our own Star Wars Moderator KimT and run by Eurobricks members as the bloggers, and is meant to complement the LSW forum and provide an avenue to highlight topics that will not normally get the spotlight in the EB frontpage. This is how the Classic Pirates and Classic Town blogs work too. So it is totally different when a new user promotes a SW website, since he/she is not authorized by the site. I assume your point behind this query is that because the CW episode reviews aren't "LEGO-related" right? Yes, technically it isn't now but in the future reviews we'll be adding another question that would relate to LEGO (i.e. what vehicle, character, scene in the spisode would you like to see in LEGO form?) to put a LEGO element in the review, much like with what def did in his previous CW reviews.
-
Yes you should give credit if you will use other members' LDD MOCs. You could drop them a PM to ask for their permission, but seeing you're still a new member you can't use the PM function until you've made 10 posts. I could however grant you special permission to PM them if you'd like.

See scumdumbs, we aren't sheepish as you thought we are! If we always blindly follow Creeps then ALL of you will still be alive now! But come to think of it, technically you'd still end up dead since he always votes for the next likely scum. -
Ha! That's one HUGE cigar alright, I love it! The coat is nicely done too. Just curious though, is the face your original design? It really resembles the reference Arkham Penguin while still maintaining the LEGOish look. Good job!
