  1. No prob Arealight, always a pleasure to share news of your amazing custom parts. I really can't wait to grab some of those, especially the ARFs, cold-assault, airborne, Baccara, and Neyo helmets. Great to hear the early availability in a month's time and the possibility of a lower price.
  2. No prob fallenangel327, let's just leave it as water under the bridge. But I still think your version of the X-Wing is way better than the official releases and should've been how TLG built it. Actually, now that you and Brickdoctor mentioned it, your point is very valid and it makes sense that the rumored Mace's starfighter will probably be an Eta-2 rather than the Delta 7-B. Most people (including me) just remember the CW cartoon series 5 years ago and are forgetting the fact that the current CW series has been slowly transitioning from Phase I to Phase II, so there is a high possibility of the Eta-2. Besides, Mace's purple Eta-2 looks waaaay better than his rather boring Delta 7-B. And like what BD said, the inclusion of a hyperdrive ring will justify the steep price for a starfighter.
  3. Yeah, I posted this 12 hours earlier than him out of excitement to share this news. I didn't know he'll post as well.
  4. Nice little vignette! Great action scene, reminds me a lot of pedro's Jedi Duel. The twisted arm, though looks awfully painful, is a very clever detail. Good job on this Scrat!
  5. Hey Arealight, I actually posted your new cool helmet molds in the SW forum topic earlier today. Sorry if I posted it before you, just got excited to share the news to my fellows LSW fans. Well, I really hope these will be made available soon, I'm pretty sure these will all sell like hotcakes!
  6. Yeah that's probably what it would be, like Ahsoka's JSF with an additional enemy(ies). But as lame as the design might be, it would still be interesting to see if TLG will finally correct the flaws of the previous JSF designs or keep it the same as the previous JSF releases. I actually have Mace's Delta 7-B currently in the works, and the only thing that would interest me with this rumored set are some new charcters or even his astromech (R.I.P. R8-B7 ).
  7. I think he definitely could. If he could do those more complex clone helmets then the death star gunner helmet would be easy. It's just a matter if he's into that or not, since basing from this recent work his main target looks like the CW series audience.
  8. But Mace's Delta 7B is the most bland and boring among all JSF designs, just look below - it's all white with some green and purple highlights and that's it - boring as hell. For that steep price it might come with other characters as well, maybe a Gundark like the one that destroyed his astromech in the CW series, to justify the high price.
  9. Simple but very effective - the bicycles, bike rack and statue fountain are great details.
  10. I see you saved the best for last eh? Great job on this one, very nice to look at the lush vegetation and greeneries on this jungle vig. You have done a very good job throughout this series Peppermint_M, I'm sure everyone's looking forward to your next ones in Series 3!
  11. Happy birthday to all celebrants! Have a wonderful day!
  12. That's a great title banner, much like a boxing match main-event poster! And yes we are all very happy seeing you guys whack the hell out of each each other.
  13. Very nice alternative use of the Series 2 Witch head! Though I'm not so sure how the Army men would like their female counterparts, even in army clothes, they still look like...
  14. No prob! Just want to share this to you guys since I knew people are gonna be excited about these. But of course I read the description below the photos, I knew it was still a WIP - that's why the subtitle says these are still prototypes and not yet available to the public. My fingers are crossed that Arealight will soon sell these one of these days.
  15. Very nice red customs! Looks great with standard lego parts. I also love that oriental umbrella.
  16. Very nice bathroom vig, and quite funny too! Just look at the Stan's facial expression - classic! I like the various elements you've put in on there, especially the hand drier and the uniquely designed sink. Just a question, where did that faucet piece come from? First time I saw that one.
  17. Why are there studs on your MOC? I thought you were the 'self-proclaimed stud-hater'? Nah, just kidding... That's quite a good rendition of the Halo 3 Ghost, I'm actually not familiar with anything related to Halo, so the ref. pic helped a lot. But I must say the original pink one is slightly better in terms of sleekness and ehem, 'stud-less' finish. But yours is still good, great opening photo BTW.
  18. Fantastic review def! I'll echo the same sentiments as above, the title pic is just epic! Regarding the set, at first I thought it was rather boring simply because it's a Life on Mars set. But after reading your review, I was quite pleasantly surprised on the playability function of this one. What I like most is the transformation from a functional walker into a mech. This might not be a very popular set, but it's quite ok with me.
  19. Looks great! Very interesting use of the wheels for the front part and the twin engine turbine propellers. The columnar build of the body is very unique too, first time I've seen this. Overall I like it a lot, good job Fires-storm!
  20. Maybe he said that because he already 'perfected' the X-Wing. @fallenangel327: I completely understand your point, and I certainly agree with you on TLG's side of playability and stability on sets. But pls. tone down a bit on the sarcasm. There's a less harsh way to get your point across. And let's stop with this off-topic set designing debate before it gets way out of hand. We don't want to feel the wrath of Kim and Stash do we?
  21. Thankds for adjucating again JB! DS for Round 1 sent.
  22. I was browsing through flickr when I saw these new helmet molds from master customizer Arealight. I believe these are just initial prototypes, but they already look good the way I see it. I hope he makes these available to the public soon. They all look sweet! Just perfect for army builders. See more at Arealight's flickr page. I apologize if I posted this topic here in the SW forum, I know it's more appropriate in the MCW, but I just thought more SW fans will have more chances of seeing these beauts here. Thanks. - KDM
  23. Thire or Denal, your custom clones are very impressive! Looks professionaly-done - very finely-printed and well-applied decals. I'm quite jealous of your customs to be honest, they're that good!
  24. Welcome aboard DeatMakuta! Hope you enjoy your stay here. See you around!
  25. Welcome! Great! Another SW customizer, hope to see some of your creations soon.
