  1. You mean a clone or plain black head? From the prelims it looks like the eye opening of ARF helmet is printed black so it would probably have the hideous clone face, and I think they have to be consistent with the head since these ARFs are 'brothers' of the other clones. I would have personally preferred the plain black head and the ARF helmet with the cut-out eye opening like what I stated above.
  2. You should be really happy with your MOC, that's a wonderful creation! It's a good thing you never gave up. I like the sleekness of the design, and the grey color scheme looks surprisingly refreshing and not dull at all. I'd rather have this ship than its 'predecessor' the Magna guard starfighter. Great job sok!
  3. The ARF Troopers are different from the AT-RT drivers and Kaskyyk troopers we saw in RoTS (below). In terms of size I'd think that the Kasshykk trooper helmet would be the same size as the ARF one. I would reserve judgment until I see the final version of the ARF helmet. Basing on the prelims, my only gripe so far is that the black eye openings are printed instead of cut-out like the Biker Scout helmets.
  4. Yeah, no additional info on the Geonosis set except for KimT's hint. Unlike Mace's JSF, the price info of $US60(?) from Navy Trooper Fensn suggests that it might actually be an Eta-2 with hyperdrive ring instead of the Delta 7B.
  5. And perhaps a Geonosis set? As hinted by KimT:
  6. Oh my bad, sorry I didn't get that one right away. In the first place, I never knew that there was a 2005 CTT without a LUL Windu. I've always thought that CTT version had the LUL. So I guess the most probable reason why they re-did the 2005 CTT is because the LUL Windu is 'crappy' and the regular minifig is much preferred by fans(?!)
  7. I would say yes the CTT is more appealing than the Catamaran. But I think it still boiled down to the brief appearance of the CTT on the CW series. Let's face it, the CW series is the "in-thing" nowadays and vehicles appearing in the said series will have higher chances of being made in lego.
  8. The new CTT is obviously based on the CW series and not on RoTS where the Wookiee Catamaran is based. Probably the brief appearance of the CTT in the Season 2 premiere (for about uhm.. 15 seconds) justified a remake and updated version, and it was also the perfect way to introduce two new exclusive CW figs in Aayla and Bane.
  9. I applaud you Leo-J for paying tribute to our national hero with this interestingly-designed brickbuild diorama. Much respect Sir! Saludo ako sa 'yo! Just a bit of info, Dr. Jose Rizal is the Philippines' national hero. This small vignette depicts the execution of Rizal during the Spanish colonial era in our country. He was executed for being part as one of the prominent leaders of the revolution to liberate the Filipinos from the Spaniards. Leo-J's description on his MOCpages captures the scene very well. Here is the ref. pic:
  10. Wow, this is simply an amazing MOC SpaceMonkey!:thumbup: for you! The tan color scheme is perfectly consistent for a military vehicle, very effective functionality of the rocket launching mechanism, and just great details overall. This rocket laucher really look well together with your other equally-impressive military vehicle MOCs (like that chopper). Keep up with these masterful creations!
  11. Sorry to point this out, but isn't this old topic the same as the "Future Star Wars" topic?
  12. That's one massive structure alright, the shape really resembles the "Burj Khalifa". I agree the colorfulness of it might not be realistic, but it does look lego-ish.
  13. Here it is my friend --> Clickey
  14. Accurate might not be the right term with regards to the length of the carrier. Darth Jar Jar is right, combining 2-3 of the upcoming sets one could approximate the proper length of the droid carrier.
  15. The most interesting intro title I've seen, very well-planned and carelessly thought-of title eh? Anyways, welcome to Eurobricks The Soup Nazi!
  16. Welcome to EB FettJango! Glad to know another SW fan joining the ranks. See you around the forums!
  17. Welcome aboard Gunner! As a piece of advice, try purchasing lego online if the prices in your country are really high (that's what I do and works practically for me). Well, enjoy the forums!
  18. Welcome to Eurobricks Jaden Kast! Enjoy the forums and see you around.
  19. My bad, I doubt the microwaves, but how could I forget about the hair-driers?!? The Wookiees would die without them.
  20. Between the two, I prefer the Camel over the Baron. The Baron looks good, but the spacings of the three wings looks a bit wider than it should be. BTW, I just love your opening photos for both the Camel and the Baron, your artworks look much better and more realistic (World War-ish) than the bright blue color of the official boxart.
  21. Lovely review as usual Rufus! I didn't even know this set existed so thanks for sharing this. This set has a lot of useful brown parts alright. The whole set looks good, it really captures the overall classic look of the Camel. And those decals look really painful in the eyes when applied, so it's good thing you didn't bother to apply them.
  22. Ooh, that's a very lovely assistant, I wouldn't mind going in the pharmacy frequently (even if I don't need any medicines) if the store assistant is a lovely as her. Nice custom decals and the use of that hairpiece really makes female figs a hundred times 'hotter'.
  23. Great mods you did there ImLost! Your fire trucks are much much better than the official ones. Your mods effectively made the fire trucks more realistic, look aesthetically better, and have more added functional elements. Very good job!
  24. Wow, that's truly a fantastic creation! The landmark buildings are great, but I'm even more impressed by the brickbuilt Europe map! It looks very realistic with the clever use of different colors to approximate the various landforms. I hope someone from Asia will do the same for our continent.
  25. Very impressive creation ISC! I love the stonehenge columns, as well as the demonic monster. The whole build effectively depicts a sacrificial scene. The pig and cow blood sacrifices also adds a nice touch to the whole scene.
