  1. Just send your DS to CorneliusMurdock, who has volunteered to adjudicate our duel. I already sent mine. Ok I'll adjudicate for you and Prof. Flitwick. Just send your DS whenever you're both ready. As stated above there might be slight delay on the results.
  2. DS received from cralegoboy, awaiting yours C-Fox. There might be a slight delay of posting of the results (about 12 hours) due to work, just informing you guys.
  3. DS received from C-Murdock, awaiting yours The Legonater. There might be a slight delay of posting of the results (about 12 hours) due to work, just informing you guys.
  4. Great review of a totally awesome set, thanks for sharing this Cardinal Brick! As a kid, this is one of those sets I only could've dreamed of having (still is, as an adult ). The sheer massiveness and train functionality is something that has always amazed me when I first saw this set. BTW, congratulations on being a Count, shouldn't you change your name now to 'Count' Brick?
  5. Very nice looking guard outpost, I love the greeneries surrounding the structure. Just curious though, is the base really built that way (not the usual rectangular base)? Or is it just 'shopped? Anyway, great job on this MOC Deviet!
  6. Yeah I think so too, the vig is not the focus but the custom cosplayer minifig (this is a Minifig CW contest afterall ). But since the vig is still part of the presentation voters will most probably take that into consideration too.
  7. Very impressive MOC LegoLyons! The build of the greenhouse is fabulous - effective use of those trans-clear parts for the roof. Great job!
  8. Very nice modification of the 7781 Batmobile, looks really like the other toy. Nice job the Inventor!
  9. Looks really great! Nice combination of colors for the military camouflage. Hope to see this in real brickform soon.
  10. Looks good, though I think the arms and thighs need a bit more mechanical 'muscle' (bulk it up a bit more). Anyway, that's a good starting point and you could still further improve it.
  11. Pretty good, really resembles the Ecto-1. Too bad it can't fit even 1 fig? Any plans of modifying it to accommodate minifigs?
  12. Actually it's good to hear that you already have plans, that's a very good first step. It would really help if you could post your sketched drawings so people could post tips/advices to you. I'm no Sci-Fi expert but I might throw in my 2 cents once I see the sketches.
  13. I'm not that familiar with Watchmen but your Owlship sure does looks very interesting and a well-executed build. Your custom figs are winners as well. Great job!
  14. Wow, truly an impressive creation nucleon. Fantastic job on 'modularizing' the 7641 Pizza Restaurant and Bike Shop. It's really nice to see people not being content and going the extra mile to further improve regular sets. Keep it up and hope to see more of your creations here.
  15. Welcome aboard Churchill. Do enjoy the forums here. See you around!
  16. Kielito Buu, together with his trusty sidekick Patrick Buu, has made a special build to commemorate today's unique date - 10/10/10. Our fat pudgy pink friend can't just let this significant date pass without creating something special, as we will never see this date again in our lifetime (the next one will be in the next century - Oct. 10, 2110). Hope you enjoyed it!
  17. Jedi Padawan Zerb Stratlind versus Jedi Youngling Hans Olo Round 1 Hans Olo | 5_________________________Zerb Stratlind | 5 Mid - 0______________________________Mid - 0 High - 0_____________________________High - 0 Parry - 0_____________________________High - 0 Low - 0_____________________________ Low - 0 Parry - 0____________________________ Low - 0 Health: 5____________________________Health: 5 "My padawan, train with young Olo, you will today. Learn from each other, both of you will." - Yoda's promising padawan Zerb Stratlind is set to battle youngling Hans Olo on a friendly sparring duel supervised the by High Jedi Master. As if reading each other's mind, both young jedi start by trying to hit each other on the body but fails to do so. Olo then lunges upward but meets Zerb in mid-air as clashes of lightsabers could be heard throught the training room. After landing on the ground, Zerb once again attacks from the top but the youngling quiclkly deflects the attack with his lightsaber. Hans counters by sweeping his lightsaber low, but Zerb does the same. Surprised by the resilience of the youngling, the padawan attempts to hit rival's legs yet again but Hans is quick to parry. "Good duel skills you have shown there young one, but be prepared for more..." warned Zerb. The uneventful opening round showed impressive dueling skills by the youngling and the padawan as both remain unscathed. Who shall gain the advantage in the next round? Will Zerb exert his experience or will Hans surprise everyone with his vigor? Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.
  18. Ravenclaw Practitioner Skylar Cisco versus Gryffindor Practitioner Ollivander Dippet ROUND 2 Skylar Cisco | 4________________________Ollivander Dippet | 3 High - 0______________________________Mid - 1 Protego! - 0___________________________Protego! - 0 Crucio! - 0____________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 Low - 0______________________________High - 1 Mid - 0______________________________ Low - 1 Health: 1___________________________Health: 3 The second round begins with both practitioners simultaneously attacking, with Skylar aiming at Ollivander's head, but the Gryffindor's spell on his rival's body proves to be much stronger and hurts the Ravenclaw. After the next cautious defensive stand by each duelist cancels out each other, Skylar casts a powerful Crucio spell but Ollivander was ready for that one and adeptly counters with Expelliarmus. The Ravenclaw immediately follows up his repeated failed attempts with a spell on his rival's feet but Ollivander lunges in the air and casts a spell hitting Skylar on the head. Dizzy and feeling the effects of the last attack, Sklyar tries to hit his opponent in the torso but Ollivander is quicker to draw his wand and sweeps Skylar off his feet, sending the Ravenclaw plastered on the floor. Sensing the inevitable victory, Ollivander blurts out, "It will all be over soon..." And Gryffindor Ollivander Dippet makes a stunning furious comeback and turns the table around on his fellow practitioner Skylar Cisco. Will Ollivander finally end this duel and hand the Ravenclaw his first ever defeat, or will Skylar summon his inner strength and make a similar miraculous comeback in the decisive round? Whew! This is a very intense and exciting duel! Send in your Round 3 DS when ready.
  19. Oops! Sorry, I got confused since I was adjudicating both JD and WD involving both of you guys and I mixed up the names. Already fixed the minor glitch.
  20. Sure no prob! Just send in your DSs to me.
  21. "It seems we have a new classmate, my fellow Slytherin Carlos Peerce. You want to duel the Slytherin Babe?" - Diana
  22. Another pretty good custom brickplace! Clean water-slide decal application as always. How I wish TLG would make the official Bly MF.
  23. Uhmm, sudden death only happens when both health points are tied after three rounds.
  24. Those are great LDD custom figs efullner! I'm not familiar with the last three ones, but I like Charlie Chaplin the best.
