Nice LDD design, I would love to see this one realized in brickbuild. Good work Murdoch!
-
No I didn't add any door there, I actually never bothered to look at it. But I tried to back-track, I think it was ADHO who put the door frame, I'm just not so sure if there's already a window glass there and more importantly, who 'THE MEGABLOKS PUT THAT THERE'. (No offense meant to anyone, just pointing out for fun)

Calabar is right, you could always try improvising. You're custom Buzz minifig is very good IMO, so I think it won't be aby problem for you making a brickbuilt dino Rex or using a pig/pink dog piece for Hamm, anything just to compensate for the missing minifigs and complete the LDD set.

Is this MOC different from the first two that you posted here? Or are they related? Anyway, your creations are truly unique and never fails to amaze me. The sheer size and grandeur of this massive castle is a testament of you creativity and all the efforts and resources that you've put into this MOC. Fantastic work as always Angeli!

Wow, very impressive work for your first MOC! I love the design of the house, very medieval-looking indeed. The surrounding lush vegetation is a nice accent to the whole creation. Great job damian!

Nice lookin' new Embassy skin, I like it a lot! Kudos to whoever did this! (Not naming anyone just to be on the safe side). I actually saw this new updated Ambassadors logo in one of CopMike's tags, a couple of days before it was used here.

Ah sorry, I didn't checked that out. Then the house tenants would just have to bust that window open to get to the backyard and just replace it with a glass door (warranty not included by the LDD Relay Builders Guild). Regarding the roof, I was just happy that it's already covered. I thought of using those dome pieces to save on my limited piece count allocation and at the same time have a nice look. I never knew 150 pieces is that low and difficult to work with, especially since I have a lot more things I wanted to add there. Well, I guess that's the job of the next builders.

I haven't seen a Jedi Council Room MOC yet, so there are no reference brickbuilt photos that I could recpmmend, but as JB said, there are a lot of round structures/MOCs around that can be used for building references, just try to look for them I'm actually planning on doing the Jedi Council Chamber also, it's been on my planned MOC list for quite some time now, but I might be able to do mine by early next year. I know how the round structure poses a building issue, moreso the intricate floor patterns. It would be nice to see your take on this quite challenging MOC, and I'm really looking forward to it. Good luck!

Jedi Master Ber'Gin'Yon versus Jedi Youngling Kal Herdeer (No photo since Kal Herdeer has none available yet) Round 1 Ber'Gin'Yon | 5_______________________ Kal Herdeer | 5 Mid - 0______________________________Parry - 0 Mid - 1______________________________Kick - 0 Low - 0______________________________Parry - 0 Low - 0______________________________High - 1 High - 1_____________________________ Low - 0 Health: 4____________________________Health: 3 After a successful stint in the inaugural Jedi Duel Tournament, Jedi Master Ber'Gin'Yon has come out of retirement to train newcomer Kal Herdeer in lightsaber combat and the dueling arts. "It will be my honor to be trained by you Master Ber'Gin'Yon", the youngling pays respect. "It would be my pleasure young one, now let's get this started!", the Master said, as he begins the training with a lightsaber swing towards the young jedi's body that was adeptly blocked by Kal. Kal then tries to kick but Ber'Gin'Yon sensing the inexperience of the youngling, correctly reads his move and counters with a striking blow on the youngling's torso. The jedi master continues to be on the offensive, attempting a low attack that was quickly deflected by Kal. Ber'Gin'Yon once again tries to sweep Kal off his feet, but the youngling jumps into the air and hits the jedi master in the head. After landing to the ground, Kal immediately follows-up with a low lightsaber swing, however Ber'Gin'Yon, showing impressive recovery, lunges in mid-air and slashes his lightsaber into the youngling's forehead, hurting Kal as the first round ends. An exciting exchange of attacks in the first round between the master and the youngling! Will Ber'Gin'Yon's experience prevail, or will Kal's youthful exubberance pull-off a surprise? Let's find out in the next round. Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.

There you go Doc, I already fixed the tree, but still left the 'weeds' there. I focused mainly on finishing the roof. It's up to the next ones to put the flowers and additional finishing touches. BTW, since I don't remember, who made the top floor odd-stud wide (9-studs)? It was really a challenge working on something that's not 'even' in stud dimensions. There is a door to access the backyard.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars: season 3 discussion
XimenaPaulina replied to Corvus's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Thanks for the links commanderneyo, it's really nice to see the how the characters evolve as the series approach Ep.III. Obi-wan's and Anakins' new outfits do look like the ones in RoTS, except for Obi-wan's weird open fleet circle logo on his arms. -
Comparing collectible vs 'classic' minifigs
XimenaPaulina replied to Fugazi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I think it has something to do with 'stress'-resistance, with the collectible fig plastic being less stress-resistant than the standard ABS of regular minifigs. -
Comparing collectible vs 'classic' minifigs
XimenaPaulina replied to Fugazi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't know if this has been pointed out before, but I recently noticed the following when I was doing some minifig customization: 1) Detached collectible arm attached to a regular torso = very loose connection (you can't pose the arm anymore and it just 'drops') 2) Detached regular arm attached to a regular torso = normal connection (posable arm) 3) Detached regular arm attached to a collectible torso = slightly loose connection (but still posable arm) So I guess there are some minor quality issues on the collectible minifig arm connection point. -
Interesting find Big Cam. It looks great and really very accurate! It's nice to see it can be worn, I just hope one could still breathe wearing it.

Yes, her 'horns' are indeed getting longer. And yes, she is the same species as Shaak Ti, a Togruta. -
Welcome to Eurobricks Hrvoje! That's already a good starting piece count, I'm pretty sure that will increase as the years go by. Enjoy the site and see you around!

New look-Ahsoka... Nice to see the outfit upgrade, even the leggings are new. She's getting 'hotter' as the series go by. -

It's nice to see this Staff Competition, I'm looking forward what the staff members will bring on the table and how will they fare against each other. -
Those monorails look great! The design is very futuristic and I really like the opening mechanism. Very good job on these CCOOK!

I really like the overall smooth finish of this house, as I see you've made it a point to SNOT all of them. I love the unique glass panel viewing deck. The whole build is just serene and very relaxing to look at. Great job Jameson42!

That's one heck of a CITY collection alright, nice job collecting these and coming up with your own buildings as well.
