Hufflepuff Adept Frankfurt Flashburn versus Hufflepuff Adept Okay Turkoglu Round 2 Frankfurt Flashburn l 4 _____________________Okay Turkoglu l 4 Low - 0_____________________________________Stupefy! - 1 Stupefy! - 1__________________________________High - 0 Expelliarmus! - 0______________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 High - 0_____________________________________Mid - 1 Mid - 0 _____________________________________Low - 1 Health: 1_____________________________________Health: 3 The intense close duel between the two Hufflepuff Adepts continue in the second round with Okay unleashing a lightning-quick Stupefy that catches Frankfurt off-guard and stuns him before he could even cast his own spell. Frankfurt shows impressive recovery as he retaliates with a Stupefy of his own and slams Okay against the wall. Then both duelists try to disarm each other but their Expelliarmus cancel out. The Turk sees an opening and hits his opponent in the torso. Okay immediately follows-up with a low spell that sweeps Frankfurt off his feet. Okay's late surge has gave him a commanding lead heading into the decisive round. Will this momentum carry him to victory, or will Frankfurt stage a comeback? Send in your Round 3 DS when ready. -

The Dentist looks great! Nice custom torso decal, I could actually see the 'tooth with toothbrush' logo on the pocket. Good job Cornelius and looking forward seeing your whole entry. -

Hufflepuff Adept Frankfurt Flashburn versus Hufflepuff Adept Okay Turkoglu Round 1 Frankfurt Flashburn l 5 _____________________Okay Turkoglu l 5 Expelliarmus! - 0______________________________Mid - 0 Mid - 0 _____________________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 High - 1_____________________________________Low - 0 Stupefy! - 0__________________________________Stupefy! - 0 Low - 0 _____________________________________High - 1 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 4 The two Hufflepuff Adepts Frankfurt Flashburn and Okay Turkoglu meet again as both are trying to become their house's first Magus duelist. Frankfurt begins the duel by quickly disarming Okay with an Expelliarmus. The Turk immediately recovers his wand and retaliates with his own Expelliarmus, hitting his opponent in the hands and sending Frankfurt's wand on the floor. Sensing an opening, Okay tries to hit his fellow Hufflepuff in the legs, but Frankfurt manages to dodge the attack and in one swift motion, grabs his wand on the floor and casts a high-arching spell that hits Okay in the head. Frankfurt attempts to follow-up by unleashing a powerful Stupefy that was countered with the same spell by Okay. Frankfurt then aims to sweep his rival off his feet, but Okay returns the favor with a head shot that dizzies his fellow Adept. After a furious exchange of spells we see both Hufflepuff Adepts tied after the opening round. Who will gain the significant advantage in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DS when ready. -

Haha, very nice one Flare! The cubedude does resemble you! I really like it a lot, nice job! It looks like everyone is getting into the cubedude arts, I might have to try and join in the party one of these days...

I love it! The design perfectly fits a robot butler. The combination of the pearl gold pieces with the dark grey body is very effective. Very well done Hound Knight!

Pretty neat and interesting concept for a station module Davor, I like how you did the geometric pentagonal 'glass' panes. The floating spaceman is a nice effect to. Good work!

Nicely done badboytje88! Simple but very effective as an impulse set. Very clever technique on the kid's arms. Good job! -
For the nth time, this is truly an impressive LDD design Alopex, very futuristic indeed and a great amount of details. Excellent work!

The gate is always the weakest part of a castle.
XimenaPaulina replied to Kumpelkante's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Very well done Kumpelkante! It's really nice to see how the castle/gate evolved after each conquest. That's truly creative on your part, great job! -
Happy Birthday JB! And to the other celebrants as well. Have a nice day guys! PS: I wish I could be as active as JimB when I turn 99 (if I would live to see that day).

Hufflepuff Adept Frankfurt Flashburn versus Ravenclaw Student Walter Kovacs Round 2 Frankfurt Flashburn l 5 _____________________Walter Kovacs l 1 Low - 0 _____________________________________High - 1 Stupefy! - 1 __________________________________High - 0 High - 0______________________________________High - 0 High - 1______________________________________Low - 0 Expelliarmus! - 0 ______________________________Mid - 0 Health: 4_____________________________________Health: 0 Ravenclaw Student Walter Kovacs is looking to bounce back after getting pummelled in the opening round by Hufflepuff Adept Frankfurt Flashburn. Walter desperately launches a high-arching spell that manages to hit Frankfurt in the head. "Is that all you've got? Take this!" the Hufflepuff shouted as he unleashes a powerful Stupefy that stuns Walter, leaving the Ravenclaw unconscious to the ground, as Frankfurt is a step closer to becoming an Adept. Winner: Frankfurt Flashburn! Congratulations Cornelius! You exhibited almost-flawless dueling skills. Better luck next time Walter, you had the worst luck anyone could have in the first round. Worry not, redemption will be yours soon. Feel free to update your profiles now. -
Hello Mr Man, I must say that's a pretty decent MOC considering our assumption that you have limited parts. I can see what you're driving at and the message is well-conveyed enough. If you have the right amount of parts, you might consider improving your speeder and putting additional Felucia plant-life. That's a already good start and I really like the photo-editing you did in the last pic. Pls. do take our criticisms constructively and hope we'll see improved MOCs from you in the future. - KDM

Thanks Admiral! DS sent! -
I agree those are really very good entries! You really did a very good job maximizing the limited piece count and coming up with effctive entries that convey classic Christmas scenes. I like the simplicity of the snowball kid entry, and of course the nobility of the soup-giving scene. Great job and good luck in the contest Joris!

A very well-done MOC Capt. Flint! I like the way built the flowing stream, as well as the house. The story it depicts is very well conveyed too. (though goodbyes are always sad ). Great overall job!

Great pictorial review WhiteFang! The Jeep fits perfectly well the Johann fig, it adds a nice touch to the overall presentation. I like the quality prints on both sides of the torso - very professionally-done. Though I will not be getting this, I'm pretty sure this is a must-have for any lego military builders.
