William calls forth his Aura once again as he faces down J. Smith who is unable to deal any significant blow to the warden. Ellaria reloads, but isn't fast enough to catch the Crowkin before he dives back into the shadows. The dwarf, sensing the druid is taking quite a bit of time reloading, rushes in with his hammer giving Ellaria a solid blow to the stomach. Free hits and counterstrikes are traded back and forth, and the ground starts to become slippery with the blood and green pus, flowing out of poisoned wounds. THE BATTLE CONTINUES! Skrall closed his eyes, even as the darkness filled the room, the shadow's words echoing in his head. Running... bandits...a cave... red hair... a smile... laughter... tears... the hall... an empty sewer... Wren... an orc slave left on a block... regret. Skrall sucked the air in, it was somewhat familiar, reminding him of his days before the hall. Somehow he had taken for granted, the sweet smelling air of heroism, that lush aroma that pervaded your nostrils even when you lay unconscious on the floor of some god-forsaken dungeon or cave. So this was what freedom from that life felt like again. "Passion... Hope... Regret..." he contemplated upon them one by one. -

Resolved however the warden focuses his attempts at Smith. Ellaria continues to riddle her enemies with arrows, landing successful shots on both the dwarf and Crowkin. "Great, elder gods now," Skrall closed his eyes trying to soak everything in. Why couldn't folks leave well enough alone. Why did they always have to make things so complicated. The ogre bumped Haldor, and silently whispered to the Nord, "Translation chap? You religious types might go in fer the archaic back and forth, but the rest of us are simple minded sword-and-boarders. What's this about a game?" -
Or you can just be consistant with your character and play a dumb Ogre that never learned to spell correctly. :D

Skrall moved along with the group. Things were growing ever more complicated. Who was the court? Why did they exist? Why had the Gray Wizard neglected to mention his brother? Why was the subject so tremulous? Most of all what was this about regret? The ogre reflected back, he had been through a lot, not everything he could say he was proud of over his 80 years. Was he a liability to the Party? Was there some unknown force that the ignored the constraints of time and space, of truth and reason, and was possible of tearing the very fabric of ones view of the world to shreds? These and many more thoughts troubled Skrall, whatever lay before the Party, he did not think it would be particularly pleasant. -
