  1. I think Fugazi did that somewhere. I have to run but I'll look for it later. If I forget, please PM me a reminder. Thanks guys! Sometimes I spend quite a bit of time on these and when the result comes together I feel a bit disappointed. Sometimes it just doesn't look right or doesn't match what was in my head. I appreciate the feedback and I'm glad good cop is recognizable with the visor on. If you can't see the graphics yet, Boney will be by to manually reset the default some time in the next day. Oh, and I manually switched this forum to then new Summer skin so, you can see it here too even if Boney hasn't updated the default yet.
  2. I joined a while back too! I haven't had time to contribute yet, though. Thank you! Thank you.
  3. Hey everyone, this was the individual display I brought to Brickworld this year. It was originally an idea for a comic I was writing and the excerpt from this chapter went something like this: "After spoiled Prince Egbert betrayed his family, the Goran turned on him, nearly killing him. Left for dead, he fled to the Opal Islands and spent several years rehabilitating himself from his extensive injuries. There, he meets the Princess Onya and becomes a skilled fighter. When word of Shon's battle against the Summoners of the Temple of Orion reaches the Opal Islands, Egbert finds the fabled ship, The Minataka and brings it to the Temple to help Shon defeat the Summoners. Shon does not recognize 'Bert' but is glad to receive the assistance of this enigmatic warrior, the princess Onya and the enchanted ship." The Minataka The Temple of Orion More on my Flickr photostream

  5. Chicago. This was the 10th year.
  6. You can't upload photos to the site. You need to use an outside host like Flickr.
  7. Maybe something less distracting on the skirting?
  8. OK, I'm feeling a bit remiss for all of the people who were there that we didn't get to meet. Next year, I'll post something beforehand so that EB members are encouraged to come say hello and get to know us.
  9. Updated the first post with a video tour of our display from Beyond the Brick (and me)!
  10. Aasaasargh!!!!!! If it makes him feel any better it took me 24 hours to notice I had left myself off.
  11. At this year's Brickworld, 16 EB members came together with models of castles on giant snails and set them up in a snail derby race for Ready, Set, Escargot! and won the Best Group Layout award! Congratulations to our Brickworld Collaborative Team!! Check out the new LEGO display (and others from EB members) in this thread.

  13. Perhaps you should read the Guidelines then. The ones you agreed to when you joined this site...
  14. No. Without the benefit of tone people can interpret the unique presentation of your MOC many different ways. Everybody, play nice. Our Guidelines require you to respect each other. If this gets out of control we will suspend accounts and possibly ban anyone who can't follow that Community Guideline. Thank you.
  15. Read the Site Guidelines.
  16. If you see Vitruvius in the current Spring graphics, you need to clear your image cache (Hit F5 on PC or FN+F5 on Mac) to see the correct background image.
  17. You can always see the tiled image by selecting "view background image" when you right–click it.
  18. Um, same in Chicago. Spring either comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb or the other way around. Tornado warnings, hale, lightning, thunder, high winds... That gives me an idea for the Autumn update. Because we get it then too.
  19. Yup. PM me your email. I took a few of her. That's Lavaria from Nexo–Knights.
  20. Have you looked in FreLUG?
