  1. Come on, this is classic meat shield behavior. First to throw the other under a bus wins. I have made a case all day against Mr. Sorken and believe that Mr. Sinclair's behavior indicates he is a werewolf as well. I can perform a better play for him, but I will need to take some time later. Despite my distrust of both of these men, I am holding my vote because I think we may have proof of a killer among us. Since the sun is out, I'm going to take this opportunity to walk about the garden. I'll return later.
  2. Normally, complaining about someone else getting a tag doesn't exactly make you a likely candidate to get your own tag any sooner.
  3. Thanks. Sowwy...
  4. Aha! Caught you in a slip-up! We cast votes, not hammers. Only werewolves cast hammers. Wait, that's not true at all... Never mind.
  5. You need a timeout and some lessons in strategy. Pouncing on the first person to cast the smallest amount of suspicion besides you makes you look more guilty! Oh, why do I even bother???
  6. But you've had seven lives. Have you ever seen so much evidence against someone in the first day?
  7. But the villagers shouldn't be afraid of that first day death like that. The sooner we have evidence or reactions to decipher the sooner we can try to gain an advantage. Wasting that conviction on the first day, is throwing away possible evidence in the way people vote/respond/defend. And it wasn't rushing. There was more solid evidence than most of the first days of all of Zed's stupid books. God, I hate those books.
  8. Sigh... (Ahem) Charles Synclair by Harriet Clive (Charles Synclair sits on a stage, reading the morning paper.) (Charles continues to read the paper) (Charles coughs) (Charles turns the page) (Charles continues to read the paper) Charles: I'm a werewolf. (Curtain.) OK, I admit, it's not my best work. I just don't write for boring people very well. I will have to revise it or write a more interesting sequel but I have to take some time to research the first day. I'll return to it shortly. Helpful as usual. Why do you even bother playing these games...of life anymore. You suck! I won't be untangling that today. Me and a small group of trusted friends will be trusting these multiple claims.
  9. Zorbas has joined the Town team as Town Regulator: Take a moment to welcome him and wish him the best! Welcome Zorbas and thanks for joining us. I couldn't be happier you're part of the team!
  10. You're a werewolf. Duh. This is quite a relief. It was Zed's fault. I was afraid you were a werewolf. Now, I feel much better. Fruitcake.
  11. Sorry I missed what you read earlier. You write novels and keep repeating and re-posting PMs. 1, 2 and 4 are real numbers, the question is do any of them apply to the number of werewolves in the house? You seem to know about kill/conversion methods of werwolves and now seem to possible have an idea of the numbers of the werewolf faction. If you are a werewolf, this is what I suggest has happened: Bumblenuts By Harriet Clive Day 1-Wolf's den Adam: Wahoo! We're werewolves, we're werewolves, we're werewolves. We're awesome! Wahoo! We're werewolves, we're werewolves. Wow, did you see me? I defended us. Yeah, I did. Harriet was all like "Zed's a werewolf." And I was all "You're a werewolf!" And then Dacius was all like "That's suspicious." So I was all "You're suspicious." And then Harriet's trying to be all "Zed didn't have the village information" and I was all like "You misread a rule, You're a werewolf." Ha! Ha! I'm awesome. And then, Dacius was all "Are you threatening me?" And I was like "I'm coming after you with haste." Haste is a big word. I'm awesome. Woot! Woot, baby, Woot! I showed them. (The other werewolves exchange an annoyed but knowing glance, and sigh...) Adam: And then other people were all like "It seems pretty obvious that Zed is lying" and I was all like "Yeah, but what is a lie and if somebody has a life and they can't read too fast and I was all reading too fast too and I didn't see the info about other factions which is clearly in my role information because I am a total villager, man and not a werewolf and this Dacius guys, like whoa, he's totally lying and the wrath of God will come down from heaven like fire and burn all the flesh off of our bones if we vote for Zed and like this Dacius guy, he's the real killer and accusing a werewolf only makes him look more guilty, I mean think about it why would a villager risk so much on the first day, it's obvious we're going to try to kill him tonight and look at his funny shirt and don't you think that if Zed was a werewolf he wouldn't bitten somebody but have you seen him bite anybody but he hasn't bitten anything and it's clear that anybody calling Zed a werewolf is just a werewolf themselves so tomorrow when Zed is shown to be a villager, you'll all be sorry and feel really stupid." So, yeah, so I'm so good at this they'll probably all start unvoting Zeb soon and hang that stupid Police officer Dacius Nathans. Ha ha. I'm awesome, high five! Zed: You're an idiot. Adam: But I defended you. Zed: The only person on our side dumber than me is you. Adam: What? Zed: (facepalm) Nobody defends someone that hard on the first day. Do you have any idea how guilty that made you look? Adam: How? Zed: You totally overdid it. They have me slipping up in three places and four people have confirmed it. Defending me as doggedly as you did makes it so clear that you're just trying to protect one of your own! Adam: But if I voted for you, we'd lose a werewolf. Zed: But, to keep the pack strong we need to cut me loose. You should've distanced yourself. I screwed up, bad. I deserve to die. But now, you've exposed yourself to them and they'll get two of us on the first two days! Adam: Sorry. Charles Synclair: It's OK. At least your bumbling took the focus off of my amateur gameplay. Now let's eat some manflesh! This is an excellent theory, one I hadn't yet considered. Scary Sokern is not number 2, but number 2 is my most trusted ally in this game.
  12. Yes, yes. I'm sorry I edited it. I understand if I get a penalty vote, but I didn't want to confuse any other players. Sorry. 2 or so? What makes you think that? Honestly, we know werewolves only transform in the moonlight. I assume we're all inside to avoid the moonlight. Dacius was nowhere near a window when he died. Maybe werewolves are killing with a pickaxe because there is no moonlight handy. I admit that having a game...of life about werewolves and not showing any werewolves eating people would be rather lame, but the conclusion of the day yesterday was pretty clear that Zed didn't transform until he was cornered by the enormous cracks in the wall. Anyway, you seem to know something about the werewolves' numbers now. You're not too bright.
  13. Yes, and I'm going to edit it. Shoot me. I don't want to confuse anybody else.
  14. Let me perform a play to describe my day so far. The Mysterious Case of too many Night Action Claims Night 1 Person 1: Hello I'm the protector. Harriet: How fortunate for us. Hey we've got this guy who claimed his night action to a werewolf. Can you protect him? Person 1: As a protector, that's what I do. Harriet: Great. Person 2: Hey, I have a protective ability but can only use it twice. Should I protect Officer Nathans tonight? Harriet: Yes, he is likely to be attacked so let's protect him. If we block them from killing on Night One, we'll be two up on those bastard werewolves! Day 2 Person 2: I was blocked. Harriet: Oh no! My best friend, Dacius Nathans is dead! At least I won't have to type Dacius anymore. What a stupid name. Person 3: I followed Ebenezer Hewitt last night and he was targetted by Person 1 and Person 4. Harriet: Targeted only has one t. Person 3: Really? Harriet: Yes, that's why your spell check keeps underlining it in red. Person 3: Yes, that has been happening all day and because of this conversation I have to keep typing it. You think I'd have learned by now. Anyway, Ebenezer Hewitt was targeted by Person 1 and Person 4. Harriet: Really? Person 3: Do I really need to repeat myself?? Person 1: Hey. Harriet: Oh hey. I suppose we should've had you protect Dacius. Person 1: Well, my protective abilities are a little different from just the normal guarding. Harriet: Really? In what way? Person 1: I rather wouldn't say it in your play so as not to inform the Werewolves of how my night action works. So I'll whisper it to you. Harriet: OK, do that. (Person 1 whispers in Harriet's ear) Harriet: How intriguing...and scary. Critic: This play isn't as funny as your previous ones! Harriet: Shut up! I'm branching out, outside of comedies. Jerk (Later that day) Harriet: Person 4, why did you target Ebenezer Hewitt last night? Person 4: Duh, I was protecting him. He announced his night action to the whole mansion. So I protected him, that's what I do as the protector. Duh. Why would you even ask that? Duh. Harriet: Can you clarify any of that for me? In what way do you protect? Person 4: I have to use the bathroom. Harriet: OK, I'll wait. (Harriet waits...) (...and waits...) (...and waits...) Person 5: Hey Harriet, I have protective abilities, but can't use them every night. Harriet: What the megabluck? Four people with protective abilities? This can't be right. (Curtain) Sorry it was so boring.
  15. The person who also targeted Ebenezer Hewitt also claims to have protective powers. Yay! You're right! We don't! I'm a numbnuts. That would be three villagers with protective powers. Sorry, I can't count. I guess the answer is that I believe there can be more than one villager with protective powers, but three??
  16. Yes, we're covered.
  17. Seems I already answered this (ahem) If I contact the person and they have a believable explanation, I will keep their identity a secret. If not, I will reveal them and hopefully hang him out to dry. While I'm on a suicide mission, I may as well go all out. (ahem) Hey Hunter! I know who makes the bullets! Apparently my song was too subtle. Contact me. Well, this will certainly be a nice last day. Cock and applesauce for everyone! I really don't care as long as the werewolves die in the end and I'll contribute any way I can. The werewolves seem pretty sloppy at this point. I don't mind dying to give the villagers the advantage they need to win in the long run. Go village! Don't forget me.
  18. Another theory OK. So, I am just setting myself up for death here. So since there's already such a huge target on my head, I may as well come right out and give you all the information I have so I can help the village as much as possible before I follow in the footsteps of our beloved Mr. Nathans. Adam Sokren has pointed out again that Ebenezer Hewitt announced his night action yesterday and somehow survived through the night. I believe I have a good idea of who has what night actions. I think because I caught Zed's slip-up, people have decided to trust me and confide in me behind the scenes. So, here's some intersting info I just received. I was speaking with a small group of people deciding who should be protected last night. We protected Ebenezer because of his claim of his night role to a known werewolf and to the whole mansion. Moron Another member just explained to me that they can see who was targeting a certain player last night and this player targeted Mr. Hewitt/Eskallon. What this "follower" found out was that the person I believe to be our protector did indeed target Chief Ebenezer Hewitt/Eskallon. However, so did another player. Could this other player be our killer? I've been suspicious of this player in the few posts he has made. Could we have another werewolf and could this be the killer? It would explain why Mr. Hewitt wasn't killed and why we didn't see a werewolf kill someone last night. I won't post this person's name but am contacting him in private. If he has a valid explanation of what he was doing, I'll be his spokesperson. If not, there will be a play written about him.
  19. Besides switching his vote, the Chief seems pretty innocent to me. Especially considering how your conversation went.
  20. Welcome Pandora! I love your husband. When will you be joining us in the mafia forum?
  21. I certainly understand your point. But I do not see the threats that Chief Ebenezer Hewitt made against Mr. Nathans. Can you point that out for me please? The content of your quotes actually is significant as your initial reaction was quite rational. That would be consistent with being influenced by Zed behind the scenes. However, the difference, in my opinion, is instead of seeing two opposing sides misunderstanding circumstantial evidence, you attacked Mr. Nathans as a werewolf, trying to turn everything he had said against him. Perhaps you are just a poor tactician.
  22. Let's compare your reactions to the chief's reactions and your attacks on Mr. Nathan's to the chief's attacks. I think the chief is trustworthy, if not a bumbling misguided idiot. For those looking over this evidence, just look at the size of the posts. Note Ebenezer Hewitt's apology and change of vote and note how Adam Sokern just keeps attacking. And the consider his accusation against the chief. Mr. Sokern, do you care to share the Chief's private accusations against Mr. Nathans? It should at least be good for a laugh.
