  1. Very good slaughter! And a very funny mixed group of all sorts of redcoats and bluecoats. I also liked the SW-guys between them I also had to laugh about the flag on the lightsaber Good job, and a good ending with the well-known glass jars
  2. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] <-- Keep an eye on the frontpage
  3. A bit late, but it's [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  4. And hello Mr. Phes! Sure your nuclear drumstick looks tasty!

  5. Nice entry! Funny idea and good job on the whale Now I know who was the jonah in our bluecoat quarters
  6. wow, thanks for my first comment xD

    hello to you!

  7. That's correct, although there were also other ways to paint ships in those colours. But that's the most usual way. The 'crank' is a capstan and can be used for many things. For pulling up the anchor, or for pulling up yards and other heavy stuff like goods.
  8. I don't know if there has been made a 'Zheng He'ship, but in the ship MOC index you can find some similar ships: Click here <--Take a look there and scroll down a bit to see the junks. If it's not there I think it hasn't yet been made so that's your chance to make a very original MOC!
  9. France is usually black with red stripes, but there were also a lot with yellow and black. These were the most usual colours for the navy, on other ships, it was mostly the captain's taste of colours. Most british ships were black with yellow just like the Victory. And here is some more information:http://my.erinet.com/~bp/pt_napnv.html Hope that helps!
  10. Done. Selling loose minifigs seems a good idea to me. It's a better and cheaper way of building armies And of course the pirates theme should come back
  11. Wonderfoul and fantastic! The rigging is perfect, just like on wooden model ships. It's great that you can remove the entire top deck, and I like the captain's cabin, with the croissant One small point of critic though, I think the upper yards are a bit too thick.. That just a small point, the rest of this is amazing. I think this is the best frigate on prefabs so far Btw, there's a bit of influence on both sides since I used your stern-lamp design on the Vesta EDIT: There was already something scheduled for the frontpage of tomorrow, and I didn't want to look to far into the future, but I'll blog this now [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  12. As a bluecoat I can't really like this, but I have to admit that it's a very funny comic The caveman scene is hilarious and so is the guy who lost his hand against a dummy Good job, but as a bluecoat I must say: far too exaggarated and too much nonsense!
  13. Wonderfoul job on the boards, and the water and boat are also nice. Good work
  14. Good pictures, nice and funny story! Indeed, the collection of glass jars is getting bigger and bigger. No wonder actually, this is the 3rd or 4th time Hornbricker gets in one Nice entry, good luck in the contest!
  15. Welcome back! That's a nice diorama, and a funny combination of pirates and space The church is really a piece of art IMO, small but very detailed. And the islands, ships, man in a barrel and the planes are nice as well. Consider it blogged [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] Great comeback!
  16. A price for which you don't need to have any lego I think this is a good opportunity for some of those people to win something, and therefore: [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  17. I would remove the yards on the bottom of each mast, that's not very realistic. Except for that small point it's a very nice ship though I like the way you made all the things on deck like the compass house and the shutters (with the windows). The 'crows nests' are quite big IMO but overall it's a good MOC. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  18. Man that's one of the best riggings on a Lego ship I've ever seen! The crossed rope between the 2 stays also turned out very well. I wanted to do that on the Vesta too but I didn't manage to...maybe try it some other time again. Are you planning to add sails as well? Wouldn't be a shame if you don't because most model ships don't have it, but it could look vrey nice. Anyway, please don't wait too long with the major upgrade because I can't wait to see more of this!
  19. This is a great MOC Your diorama on MOCpages is also fantastic. Big Cam's favourite has a perfect mix of dark and normal grey and the MOC is just very original. So you have some fine building skills IMO. Can't wait to see more of your MOC's
  20. It looks very close to this picture so you did a good job The only notable difference can be that the 'real' one has brown legs, but maybe black looks even better. But the face and torso decal are both really well done
  21. Ah more pictures! I like your roof technique and the interior looks fine as well, though it could use a few more chandelier or something like that. Good job, nice fort
  22. Let's say it's a visual insult Those redcoats are so stupid that they have only eye for the croissant whilst Blackmoor and me (and the mousetrap) are clearly visible I found it on a BL-shop named 'chromebricks'.
  23. Nice! I had to read the book for school but it was a very good and funny book. You did a great job on these minifigs, especially on Zaphod Beeblebrox. In the book he has indeed 2 heads beside each other instead of one hidden.
  24. Here it is, hope you like it hope redcoats don't like it though
  25. Nice baseplate. I had not seen it before but it seems very suitable for the pirates theme. The fort is also nice and I like the crane-thing, always good to have in a fort Good job
