  1. Thanks a lot! I hope to get the MOC finished on time, otherwise you can expect it some time later (maybe in another contest).
  2. Nice MOC! I like your trees and the jumping soldier And frightened redcoats are also a nice thing to see. Good luck in the contest!
  3. Congratulations! You guys have done a great job so far, keep it up!
  4. Thanks a lot, but could you also make it in yellow?
  5. The MOC itself is good. But the background is a bit out of place. I think even just a white background, just using some paper, really improves your MOC. And I would go for the Betsy Ross flag Capt. Stabbin showed you since it looks the most like the flag on the painting Good job
  6. They are great It offers possibilities for people with less money to make a large army and you can still recognize the soldiers at this scale. Very original and also very ingenious!
  7. Could someone make a recognizable face decal of Lord Nelson? It's for the bayonets at dawn contest in the pirates forum.
  8. Nice presentation! Especially the wig, the globe and the rum bottle seem like a very good idea to me. Do you have any idea how soon we can espect some of these things in real sets? Maybe in the new line already?
  9. This is really impressive! You're about just as far as the Prins Willim and doing just as great I don't have any critics on this MOC. Are you going to keep those gaps in the hull or do you also make something to close it with? And you once said: So do you know what it's going to be yet? Anyway, you're doing great, keep it up!
  10. Congrats! It was certainly one of the best entries. I'm already looking forward to Whack-a-Fig III
  11. Very good LDD ship The shape is perfect with a good tumlehome. The masts are also great, but when they are so tall, you might also give it 4 sails to the main mast. And the yards could be a little bit longer or lower. Now you get a rather strange fore- and mainsail. Anyway, it's a nice ship, are you planning to make it in real? Would be awesome And:
  12. That's a very nice battle you chose. It was also one of my possible ideas. My ship the Vesta is partly based on the Bayonnaise, very nice ship Your MOC is also looking good so far. But I would not use the paper in the water since it looks a bit out of place For the rest there's a lot of great action in it. Keep it up!
  13. Nice combination of minifig parts And they are also well-armed. Can't wait to see the complete MOC of this Keep it up!
  14. Now we are finally talking some sense again! I think this topic shouldn't just be useless talking like 'Redcoats ftw! or Bluecoats ftw!'. I think the only way to give this topic some reason is to make some nice MOC's Prove that you are better by giving examples! Than you can discuss the MOC and make your own if you disagree. After all, it's a Lego forum, not a french vs. british forum. Thanks for your attention Croissant.
  15. Hello and welcome to the forum! Always great to hear that adults start with Lego again I see you have a lot of sets, hope you will build some great MOC's as well (or just hang around here)
  16. This is an awesome MOC! Good work on the railroad and nice use of the grey frogs. I also like your mushrooms. The rocks are also great with the upside down part in it. Good job!
  17. Please read the text with the pictures better next time, I've already told how I made it. Thanks for the compliment though
  18. Nice pic's. I didn't know that the tripled cannon really existed, that's awesome! I have to go to England some time, well maybe I will, a few days this summer. The mortars are also nice Thanks for sharing!
  19. Awesome work again! It's funny to see those pokémon from the back as well, that's quite a rare sight. Misty is also great, though the transition between her belly and shirt looks a bit strange to me. Good job for the rest!
  20. Depends on how rare some bricks are that you use, if you also want a crew or an interior and on how efficient you buy the stuff on BL. I've already spent at least 600 euro's on my ship that way
  21. Am I just too late? Or just number 99 or 100? Anyway, here's my sigfig (it does have a strange decal, but a common bluecoat admiral torso will also do, as long as he has a croissant):
  22. That's really nice You can also put your lego in it (it's doesn't make it easy to find a certain part though...)
  23. It's a rather good MOC as a first try I also like the painted cutlass. Good job!
  24. I'm not really okay with the fact that the bluecoats loose everything in your story But as long as the it's a movie of good quality, I am OK with the voicing.
  25. Funny to see how different the names are in other countries. In Holland, Snowy is called 'Bobby' for example Anyway, it's a very nice drawing and it's funny to see tintin without a nose Great job Now on to the real tintin minifigs!
