WWII LCVP Landing craft
Admiral Croissant replied to General Armendariz's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I would only make add some tiles to the studs on top of it, for the rest it's a great MOC. Good job! I like the gunners! -
We are allowed to use only small banners, no big redcoat or bluecoat banners. But I think (if the staff agrees) it could be a nice idea to allow big ..-coat banners during a possible next tournament of retribution, that would be fun!

That's great! You did a very good job on the cross, the maxifig and on the pieces of bone. And the brains look really disgusting!
-
Good job! Great design and great techiques! The interior is also very nice, and of course I like the fifth picture a lot
-
I don't know that game, but the MOC is good. The rocks and birds seem like a good way of experimenting with different techniques to me. Keep it up!
-
Looking good! You could put a bit more blood in it, but for the rest it's really nice. I like the fact that the 'baseplate' isn't square and the 'normal fire' and cannonfire are also great. A deserved frontpage MOC

Please tell us your screen resolution and browser
Admiral Croissant replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
I normally use firefox, but on another pc here I use google chrome and there's one with internet explorer Can't wait to see the results! -
wow, that's awesome!! The image on the side is great and the size is impressive! Great job

The Penguin's Batman Villains. )
Admiral Croissant replied to The Penguin's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
That must have been a lot of work! But they are really great! Looks like batman should train an army too because there are many more enemies than 'batmans' Are you planning to make more comic/movie heroes? Would be nice -
Although I haven't played the game it's obvious that this is an awesome MOC Like many said before, the hourglass is great, but I also like the gate and the SNOT part in it. Good job!

Nice ship! The rigging looks a bit chaotic, but that might be solved by cutting the useless strings from the knots. And it has some very nice details, like the 'horizontale capstan' (don't know what it's called in english), the small cabin and the white line in the ship. The stern is also lovely and I like the 'sail plan'. <-- Expect it on our frontpage soon
-
Great ship you've made there! The image in the middle is awesome. I like the colourscheme a lot. However, there's also a bit room for improvement. The bow (especially the headrails) is not perfect yet. Also, I would remove the square sail on the bottom of the mizzen mast (if you look at real pictures, you'll see they (almost) never had them). But the stern is great and so is the size! Good job!

Or just put him in a barrel, probably the easiest way

Looking good so far. I can't say much more about it but I like the idea of two 'parts' and the cannon platform is great as well. I'd suggest to add some more plants (but maybe you were planning that already) Anyway, keep it up. It looks good so far

It looks very silly. Please just wear your blue coat in the future Anyway, today I found a redcoat hiding in my croissant-storage. Of course we had to punish him (and I wanted to show my new earth orange croissants ) So here is the pillory with the thief:

MOC: Modified 10194 Emerald Night
Admiral Croissant replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Great I don't know much about trains but to me this looks like a piece of art It could indeed use one more light but for the rest the lights turned out very well. A good practice for your ship I think -
It's a funny little MOC I like the idea. Only the one flesh coloured minifig is a bit out of place IMO, but that's just a small detail. Good job
-
Haha good job! One of the best guillotine scenes I've seen so far. The high wooden platform turned out very well IMO
-
A rather late comment, but this is so awesome, I just had to post something It's full of great details and there are a lot of funny scenes going on. It's really great and 'moc-expert' worthy
-
Nice pictures It's great that I have been to Brickworld without actually being there (But of course I also have to go there in real some time)
-
Nice MOC. I like the anchor (except for the color) and the small windows beneath are also good. A flag or banner would be a fine addition too, for the rest you did a good job
-
I believe my previous title was Aka ynykly aka 1/2 croissant It's because once my name was ynykly and I lost 2 of my croissants at LegoWorld in Zwolle last year (don't know who the title gave it to me) Now it is To croissant or not to croissant... that's the question! But I have absolutely no idea who gave it to me and why Somehow it's always something with croissants...
-
It's just a fantasy ship if you ask me. Someone came up with this ship before on this forum and in the end, this is what they found out: I think this is all we will find out about it since it has been built a long time ago. It's a very big chance this is the right ship because there is one famous postcard with a pirate galleon on it and in the same time there was a famous pirate galleon in Lego Expo. I think any more speculation about what ship it might be is quite useless anyway (unless someone finds more useful information of course )

First of all, you chose a very funny and great battle to make your MOC of. The MOC itself is perfect. It's full of nice building techniques (like the windows with the jumpers, the swedish flag, and the carpets) and the fire is also nicely done. I only have one question. If they had so many barrels with ice outside, why didn't they melt some to stop the fire? Good job anyway
