Yes so it seems Clever solution if you don't have the normal turkey body. The stove in that house is also great. There are just so many details in this MOC that it's really worth to take a closer look at. Another nice detail is the strange door just behind the barrow. Good job, it's definitely worth a place on the frontpage

That shouldn't be a problem. You can find almost every Lego brick on www.bricklink.com Agreed. Welcome to Eurobricks!

Thanks for the information! I'll frontpage it. [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]

W.I.P. Light Frigate (still without a name)
Admiral Croissant replied to Matteo1130's topic in Pirate MOCs
I mean like this: I don't mean that it's wrong now, but this may be more usual. So like the red line, or even larger like the 'dotted' line closer to the foremast. -
W.I.P. Light Frigate (still without a name)
Admiral Croissant replied to Matteo1130's topic in Pirate MOCs
Looking good! Only things I would change is make the railings with normal bricks instead of (brown) slopes. And perhaps make the hole in the middle, between the gangways, a bit larger. But the tiled decks look great and the colourscheme is nice as well. I think the line on the last picture is indeed better. Good luck! -
1800s era british guns, anyone make them?
Admiral Croissant replied to jonwil's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Yes BrickArms might have them. EB-member Woody64 has made a few as well, but he doestn't say wether it's from the 1800's or not. (here, here, here and here) And BrickForge has made a musket too (here). Good luck! -
Many birthdays! Congratulations to all of you! 99 years old and still on the internet xD Hope you get lots of presents and of course many lego sets/bricks.

LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean video game
Admiral Croissant replied to riversarl's topic in LEGO Pirates
Great news indeed. Thanks for the information riversarl! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] -
Nice MOC Good job on the totem pole itself as a start. It's very chaotic with all those plants, which fits in really well here. I also like all the skulle incorporated in the buildings and the head in the glass jar of course. The face of the Scorcerer is great as well. My only point of improvement would be to add some more trees to give it a more forest-like look. But you did a good job here

Thanks for another page full of comments Thanks for the compliment There are some better 'tutorial pictures' (sort of) of the rigging on my Bricshelf. Thanks. That's one of my favourites too. It looks really like it's moving there To croissant or not to croissant, THAT IS THE question! And thanks for the compliment Yup, it really cheers things up a bit That would be nice, the Grandeur should be in it as well Thanks a lot. Indeed I spent a lot of time on the rigging so it's good to hear that people like it.

Looks very promising! The curve and the colours are very nice. I agree with captain Becker about the foremast, but 8 studs is too many, I'd say 4 studs at the most. With a finished bow I think the position of the foremast will turn out (almost) allright. For the rest I can't tell much more about it. Only change the colour of the rudder in the future Good luck!

Exactly what I thought And that's something to be proud of. You used a lot of plants, which gives it a very realistic feeling. The house is also great, with a nice protruding part in it. Good job, and welcome to Eurobricks!

Wonderfoul! Naming one beautiful thing of this MOC would do no justice to all the other great aspects of it. So I keep it with that, it's a masterpiece Good job!

All you need to do is wait for another contest to start There isn't any TOR contest running at the moment, so there are no rules yet either. There will very likely be another TOR in the future but it may take several months. The fact that you're a bluecoat is a very good case Please don't place bids on all the MOC's here. He didn't even say they were for sale. If you really want to buy a MOC: there's a special subforum for buying/selling here.

WIP: Le Défenseur A French Frigate
Admiral Croissant replied to General Armendariz's topic in Pirate MOCs
She's coming along nicely Admiral! I'm only not sure about the headrails. I would make the yellow line on the bottom (with the 1x2 plates) really a bit shorter than the one on top of it. And I would let the 'cable' from the bowsprit go to just under the crow's nest, but that's just a minor point. The stern (and the stern chasers there) looks great and so is the bell. Keep it up, it's going to be a very fine ship. And as Bonaparte said with Perfectionist's ships, if you finish it soon, it can participate in the contest for the 20 best Lego ships ever. -
I think General Armendariz will love this one. It's much better than his own small cramped barrel. And I like it as well, it's very funny with those strange coloured monkeys around it and the saucages in the tree

Nice ships and nice story It's funny to see the officer enjoying his victory while his arm's off I also like the overcrowded small vessel where everyone is standing on each other's head. Very amusing, and good job on the ships (although I would put normal black bricks under the yellow slope instead of a 1x1 round brown brick)

WIP Teaser of an American Frigate
Admiral Croissant replied to Admiral Bejaune's topic in Pirate MOCs
Looks great with those sails! And it's good to see that you're still building on your ships. I like the sails of the president more than the ones of the Sang Royale, with more vertical lines (and a few horizontal ones). Good job, I can't wait to see the final result! -
You made all the stories very recognizable in this MOC. Nice thing about these fairytales is that they are almost the same all over the world, so everyone knows the stories. You did a great job on all of them, I especially like the pinocchio minifig. Also nice job on the water with the tail/fin in the water. Very good

I like the tan roof on the building, as well as the 2 black 'cannonballs' at the top. The sauna is nice as well and I like all the different goods being sold at the market. There's always so much to see in large vigs like this, which is really nice. Good job

I agree with everyone else. It's a piece of art The green line of trans-green plates looks great, as well as all the white lines. Good job in making those lines with all the elevations. Excellent!
