  1. Looking again, I like the building a bit more. This picture makes it look much better. While the colors and detail are limited, it's the inside that really matters. There's lots of posing potential on the roof. I hope there's more slime on the other sides of the building. It should have been solid pink, though.
  2. In this case, it's recoloring, since there are no exclusive/new molds here. The new colors for the 'figs are: Pale lavender hands White Banshee hair Dark Brown Banshee hair Ghost tail Pink and blue Skreemers That's just the minifigures.
  3. *unintelligible screaming of joy* That Library Ghost is my new favorite minifigure. It's nice to see that hair on two minifigures in this set! Dana, Louis, Janine, and the Zombie Taxi Driver also look great, as do Slimer and the smaller ghosts. Forget my previous doubts, now I really need this set. I am curious as to which hair they chose for "calm" Librarian, though.
  4. This is why I hate that every piece essentially costs the same. 1x1 tiles should not be equal to 2x4 bricks. The teaser doesn't make the set look very good, so the inside and the minifigures better be fantastic.
  5. ...that's it? I know it's a thin building, but it looks so small next to the figures. It looks nice, and I love Venkman, but it seems a bit underwhelming. I can't wait to see the other figures. Also, how lame is that sign?
  6. The zombie was the first zombie ever produced by LEGO. Is it any coincidence that LEGO has since made more zombies than any other type of monster? While they're not my favorite monsters, one or two is nice. I don't have the S1 version, but I'm treating my brown-suited one as the same thing. I don't have a certain two zombies due to their set being discontinued before I had a chance to freakin' buy it. Basically, the first of a unique kind of minifigure is bound to be popular. Like the Spartan Warrior leading into more classical-era characters.
  7. Gee, I hope those building textures aren't final.
  8. I'm thinking this is another Banshee case. Even if LEGO made the same mistake, it's still an incorrect/ambiguous translation. If the reporter saw a low-quality picture, then the visored green helmet and outfit might have been mistaken for a knight, but it's more likely that it's what they called an astronaut, due to the presence of white. I just can't see where else the ZFP would go.
  9. Oh, from those demonstration angles, that piece looks terrible. Maybe a 1x4 would be better after all. I just can't see it being anything other than a brick. Using leg pegs would immediately render the mold as one-use, and a 1x4 could be useful. The clutch would be severely imbalanced, but I doubt it would technically be a leg alternative. On a side note, I thought Calamity Drone's hair was Cool Yellow. Is the lighting making it seem Brick Yellow?
  10. The magazine shows that it's a solid brick, and it's not contoured in the same way, appearing identical to the 2x4 curved brick from this angle. Perhaps the shape is different from the side and behind, but right not, it's unclear.
  11. I'm just hoping for a side view to finally settle this "new piece" debate. Logically, it doesn't make sense for it to be new, and I'm not sure the mold has been retired, but a new dress brick would mean a better piece.
  12. Another piece of evidence is that all we know is a set no. and a leaked description. A January release? We'd have pics around now.
  13. It would definitely be Walter Peck. He's the only integral character not in the set. I'd enjoy Gozer's first form, too.
  14. Hermes is usually shown with a flat rounded helmet with wings on the side. This one seems more Norse in style, but we won't know for sure.
  15. Considering that that green helmet piece is literally a football helmet, I seriously doubt it's on an unrelated character. The color matches the Online Zombie Football Player, so it must be his. Whether or not he's in this series and the French reporter made a mistake is another matter. I'm hoping it is, and since it was leaked with other S15 parts, it makes sense that he would be in the very same series. I'm glad to see the Scarecrow's hat returning for the Farmer. It makes sense, too, as a farmer would just use another one of his own hats to make a scarecrow. And that CD hair in that color is great. I'm so glad to get another chance to own the piece. That mullet still makes me uncomfortable. I would hope that it's less disgusting and sleazy looking in LEGO form, but it really isn't. The Winged Warrior helmet only sparks curiosity about the whole figure.
  16. The kendo helmet is hardly new. It debuted in year two of Ninjago. We'll probably see it in new colors, though.
  17. Huh. Not a fan of the color scheme. Orange and green? Really? I would have liked red and purple. At least we'll get (a) new ghost tail color(s)
  18. Yeah, I need the Zombie Footballer, but I'm curious as to where he'll be. Perhaps the list reporter from France misidentified one of them (Astronaut) and it's actually the ZFP? We were told it was a descriptive list, not an official one.
  19. That's not a necromancer, that's a rebooter!
  20. ....and where is the Zombie Football Player going to appear? He's not in S15. The colors do match the Cheerleader's team, though.
  21. Farmer's hat is a recolored Scarecrow's. Looks nice. I like the Winged Warrior helmet a lot! It's Hawkman-esque with a touch of Norse myth. Very promising! That mullet hairpiece is just as hideous as the real-life style, so it's done its job well. That green helmet (Hockey Player's?) looks like an out-of-series piece. It doesn't seem to fit anything at the moment.
  22. Please tell me that Oky's designs are somehow protected. This is disgusting. Pun not intended.
  23. I'd expect him to be green, because the Princess, if part of the family, is a combo of red+blue, while the Prince would likely be blue+yellow. That way, the colors of the King and Queen would create the colors of the Prince and Princess.
  24. Yeah, a monster knight is what I'm expecting, although the mummy design Boudon made isn't too special to me. I'm guessing that the Astronaut will be 1950's retro-futuristic, in contrast to the realistic and hi-tech spacemen we've already gotten.
  25. So it's a less sea-based PotC crew? I like the sound of Nadakhan, but I wonder which leg-alternative he will use? The smooth genie tail, or the ectoplasmic ghost legs?
