  1. We kinda do. The only changes from leaked stage are the addition of printing to the piece, like Pan's feather and ears. If it's molded in a color, that's what it'll be. And besides, Syndrome's hair is actually pretty bright when seen in the daylight, so I think it's perfectly fine.
  2. It looks to be, and with a molded cover, judging by the picture with the blue band around it.
  3. Not a very new idea, and it's been done a couple of times before, so a unique twist would be needed. Personally, I like the idea of the Book passing on to different "masters", who use it to summon differently-themed creatures.
  4. Second Nexo Knights. Besides all of the rumored franchises from the list, we've still got a lot to expect, like the teased Hanna-Barbera cartoons Nexo Knights, and who knows what else? Vorton's going to be pretty full next year.
  5. I doubt everything in the Book will be in the sets, but a water theme could also be cool.
  6. Forest theme confirmed 2017! Come on, showing a tree giant and some plant baddies? That HAS to mean something. (hype train is now boarding in your station) Also, that may be my new favorite LEGO book. The art is great, as is the voice, and I love that it's a "real" copy of the Book itself. Well done!
  7. I hope Superman and Lex's Juniors figures are new. Please re-release the power armor suit!
  8. Yeah, it's just a recolored part. Nothing too exciting, and nothing that really places it in this series. I wonder how they're going to manage Mr. I's mask with the traditional beady eyes.
  9. I'm betting the spiky hair won't be in this series. Not every piece in a batch of leaks has to correspond to the same thing. For the heads, I don't think any figure will need a molded head unless they're an extreme case. Hook would still be recognizable with a regular head. Look at the character from the live-action Spielberg movie. Still completely Hook, but not as cartoony. Syndrome will most certainly have molded boots, and gloves. Same goes for Mr. Incredible. Lightning for Syndrome's zero-point energy would make the most sense. Peter Pan will probably have his sword. And if we get Ariel, probably Flounder or Sebastian, or a seashell, The best option would be a dinglehopper, though.
  10. Chima is a world made up of anthropomorphic animal tribes who use CHI as a power source in battle. The CHI itself created the characters, as they are a result of real-world animals drinking CHI water. The storyline is basically a long conflict over CHI after Cragger becomes brainwashed and evil, and at the end of its run, was a conflict between the good forces using Fire CHI (these are the versions used in Dimensions) and the evil undead forces using Ice CHI. The writing's not that great, and the characters and voice acting are "okay". I'd say it's not bad if you pass it. Ninjago and Nexo Knights are the better of the shows/franchises. For me, I didn't understand the paint color puzzles or portals, until I realized that you're supposed to move the characters to color the Toy Pad (never mind how that makes sense in-universe), and to move them to their respective portals. Still, I appreciate that you do more with the pad than drop-in-drop-out characters. And I shall echo that the (long) Doctor Who level is very well done. The Weeping Angels were used brilliantly, and there are so many fan-service references, 75% of which I didn't pick up on. It's fun to see which world will be the setting for the next level, and who will cross into it, although it makes me want more characters to explore the corresponding Adventure Worlds.
  11. Having gotten everything but the Plane for Christmas and having them built, I must say I'm quite pleased. Both the Lighthouse and Mansion feel properly large, and there are some really nice play features. All of the minifigures are great, especially Daphne and Velma. In fact, my least favorite is probably the Mystery Machine, just because it feels too small, and there's less to do with the set. It's a shame that there aren't any plans to continue the theme, but I'm happy with what we got.
  12. I will be very happy if Ariel is in this series, as I have wanted her hair for a long time, but never got it. If it's available for this cheap, I'll definitely be satisfied. I'm wondering if Incredible/Syndrome will have any accessories. There's nothing really iconic to the characters besides their outfits, so I expect nothing, but...that's sort of boring. Maaaayyybe Syndrome will have the life-detction probe, but probably not. Ursula could come with the contract or her eels. I don't think the spiky hair will be in this series. The green football helmet wasn't in S15, so it's probably a set piece.
  13. I didn't mean to be so dismissive before. This really is a good game. The writing is great, and the Toy Pad is integrated pretty well, even if it's a bit confusing to get the hang of its puzzles. Now to the stores to get more packs...At the very least, I want to access all of the adventure worlds. Probably my favorite feature of the game so far is Kansas. Well hidden, and unexpected.
  14. They'll be flesh. The bodies are just a means of displaying the new parts. With that being said...URSULA!!!!! What a fantastic surprise, and her hair looks great. So does Syndrome's! I'm just glad we're finally getting some news! Would it be too greedy to hope for a new tentacle leg piece? I don't like the current one. It's too big, and impossible to display on a plate with other figures. I'm sure it'll be the same old piece, though.
  15. It's just typed. Hmm.. too bad Jestro's not in cheap sets, because it would be great to Jokerize lots of figures. This is the best I could do: (the teeth are impossible to recreate.)
  16. I think that makes sense for the empowered-females theme here. Also note that the Queen was the one to hand Macy her shield.
  17. Mr. Incredible will probably use the Bill Murray/12th Doctor hair, as has been suggested before. Syndrome...probably the mad scientist hair, but a new piece might look even better. I hope that means we get Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, and of course, Edna in future series.
  18. Jestro's face would also be good for some "Joke-in-the-box" bombs, as seen in LB3.
  19. These Micros figures are not meant to fit with characters in-universe, and thus, are not proper redesigns. Sure, they may have some references to different versions of the characters, like Batman and Flash, but they're meant to be cartoony, wacky alternatives to the figs we've gotten in sets. I don't think these are supposed to be taken so seriously.
  20. A nice idea, but is Pooh really popular with kids over three years old? I think kids in the Duplo age range would like him more than anyone else.
  21. Just noticed that the Book of Monsters' tongue is a bookmark. I love little details like that.
  22. Imp seems more likely, as both devil and demon bring religious connotations, while imp seems more fantasy-based.
  23. Well, I got the starter pack and Wicked Witch as a surprise present today. Overall, the gameplay's pretty good, but I deeply resent the inability to progress in puzzle-solving without purchasing more characters.
