  1. NOOO! That pigtail piece is too perfect for Harley Quinn! And they didn't use it (yet)! By the way, what could be using the pigtails in that color? ZC's hair is dark tan. Maybe it's just a test. I really like that wild female hair (even though it seems to be test-molded in trans-black). I think that has a good chance of being in this series, on the fifth female character.
  2. I am going to need so many gargoyles to perch atop my modulars. And Arkham. I wonder if it'll be a short fig to make it look crouched? So far, I'm not sold. I'll need to see if they nail the face of the Gargoyle to decide.
  3. Hrůzokolebáč: Going off of the "cradling" idea, maybe Monster nanny/mommy? Monster baby?-could reuse Maggie's body? A Bigfoot minfig reusing the Yeti head in Reddish Brown with Brick Yellow face+hands seems very likely, and is an obvious reuse. Hope it looks good, since I rather like Bigfoot too! (Look at me, I like every monster ever! I have a bizarre obsession with the creepy.)
  4. Want!!! I can't wait to see the gargoyle headpiece when it's printed! (I'm sure it'll have some speckles or cracks printed on.) And those compound eyes on the Fly! Shame it's rubber. LEGO's really mastered multiple-plastic molding! I wonder how the wings of those two will look? New piece for the Gargoyle? Or the Batman wings? And I guess that the Fly will use a cape like Twitch or the Geonosians'.
  5. October would be ridiculous, since the figs would still be on sale in December. That's why I think it will run through October and give people more time to collect them before Halloween.
  6. A zombie bunny doesn't make much sense. I wouldn't be surprised if one if them is a monster clown.
  7. I just noticed that these figures will also be in LEGO Minifigures Online. Too bad, I really liked the graphic on the back of the checklist showing all of the parts.
  8. We get the second wave of Summer sets in August. EDIT: I know it would be complicated/expensive to print the hair and the ties (4 different sections of different colors), but do you think it would be conceivable to print this piece in a split color scheme for Harley? Or would it be more likely for it to be blonde with fading pigtails like the movie or Arkham versions? I love the piece, and I might have to recolor it when S14 comes out, but I wonder if it would be possible for LEGO to do so (and to know if they're justified in using the hat).
  9. I wonder when we'll get official pics? Probably late July, if it is indeed an August release.
  10. Google Translate implies that the Tiger Gir's name is actually "Mrs. Tiger". Of course, Google Translate is totally unreliable and languages work differently, but it's still amusing. I also like "Spider Lady Death" and "Revelation".
  11. He has to be one of the un-translated ones, otherwise it doesn't make sense as to where the Rocker Monster is from. The "Spider Lady" has to be the female vampire. Wait, a GARGOYLE? I love gargoyles, so I think this one could be really cool. Also looking forward to the ghost/phantom figure. I hope it uses the genie tail!
  12. Hmm. Put the Fly, the Alien Mosquitoid, and Twitch together, and get a whole collection of winged insectoid figs. Out of curiosity, (and if you are able to tell), how do you know that there is a Fly and that it has a new head? It's actually something I considered for a monster lineup, but I didn't think it was going to happen.
  13. Finally, some news! A grim reaper sounds fairly interesting. I'm expecting a new scythe or hood to justify the figure, though.
  14. I'm really liking the new Deepstone robes. The dark base colors work really well. I don't understand the Arijitzu Zane fig, since it tries to awkwardly combine his NRG and Titanium Ninja looks.
  15. There will still be merchandise no matter what it's called, and the team's other name makes it easy to market it to younger kids. The movie isn't for younger kids, though, so it can still be called "Suicide Squad". Besides, it seems to use liberal creative license with the source material, so it wouldn't be very recognizable. I wouldn't count LEGO out. Also, ever since Disney Bricks, the word "pr4nk" has not been changed back. It's a bit annoying, since I'm referenced in the "swear" filter!
  16. I wouldn't be surprised to get one or two sets to promote the movie. MoS and Ant-Man had minimal sets, but they were still there. I'd guess that we'd get Harley, Joker, Katana, Boomerang, Deadshot, and whoever else is key to the film. However, it's LEGO, so it'll probably be a "Squad" or "Task Force X" set. I was just thinking of giving the Trickster minifig a banana when I get him. Why? All LEGO Flash enemies villains worship the power of the banana, and it fits with thebrickmario loves Disney! theme.
  17. I wonder who voices the Witch? The voice seems to be the DCU Batman, so maybe the TLM one is a separate character?
  18. Looking at the General Grievous Starfighter might give you some ideas. That one slides. Using bricks with horizontal slots and plates with rails is a good starting point.
  19. Out of all of the ghosts. my favorite designs are Ghoultar (because of the skeleton), Morro-possessed Lloyd, and maybe Wooo if his head is cool (also love his incredibly cheesy and silly name!) I do think it's lame how they combine parts of so many of the same ghosts and try to call them different. My least favorites would be Bansha (unrealistically pretty) and Morro (silly facial expression). Any ghost with the new tail is good, though, since I really like that piece.
  20. I think Howla has a unique head, too, since it's not the red-eyebrowed face with fangs. Or is it the same as Morro's?
  21. Thank you! It took about an hour and a half of fiddling with the design and hunting for parts to make it, though. I'm particularly pleased with how the crank turned out. Harley better be appreciative! I'm thinking of calling the Jesterbot in the box Shirley, because of the old "Surely/Shirley you jest" joke. It's just another think to flesh out Jokerland or the Funhouse and give Batman some trouble.
  22. I'd love to see Wooo's head. Those purple shadowed eyes look interesting.
  23. Online, from a UK site. In preparation, I created this: And inside... The Quinndroid is just on a flick-fire inserted into a 2x2 round brick (which is placed on a 2x2 square plate).
  24. Look back a page. His head has buttons on the back, and apparently no extra head, since it's not in the official set image.
