Was SUPPOSED TO get my Brickmaster City book yesterday but, crappy ol' Canada Post screwed the pooch yet AGAIN! Gawd they suck! I'd better get it Monday, because if I don't, they'll be hearing from me one MORE time. Ugh. I wish Amazon would switch back to using Purolator, or even UPS. Neither of those two sucked anywhere NEAR as bad as Canada Post does.

Alas, twas only 22 of them. Though, had I more funds, you can bet the farm it would have been more!

I do believe that their combined talents are enough to give me indigestion for the rest of my time on this planet. On a more serious note...STELLAR model. Looks quite awesome lit up and I have to agree...the lights are 'just enough', not 'overkill'. Well done.

My Brickmaster Ninjago showed up yesterday.

Still in their bags at the moment. I need to check my weapon inventory to see if I have enough spears, bows and quivers in black to outfit them the way I want to. If not, I think I'll have to see about a PAB order in the very near future.

It keeps shorting me four minifigs...then it'll add them back in...then short them again...and that's only four THAT I KNOW OF. Could be more.

I'm Canadian, dude. We get boned on pricing compared to you folks 'south of the border'. LOL The troll warrior impulse was $4.99 CDN when it was on the shelves, so for me, 'a penny more' was quite the steal.

Wasn't so bad...Vladek was only $1.50 each and the troll warriors were basically 'original list' of $5.

They still have a glitch with their list for how many minifigs you have. I've mentioned it to them before and thought it was fixed but, I still got 'shorted' when uploading my latest purchases. So, I'm not 100% convinced of the accuracy of their information.

Think more along the lines of "King Kong" as inspiration...trapping the dinos to showcase/sell for big-time 'treasure' (profit). *shrug* Just a thought. Okay, one correction: I keep seeing "the animals in PQ were brick built"...umm...no, they weren't. They aren't "animals"...they are STATUES that are magically brought to life. That's why they look like...STATUES! LOL Whole different ballgame from living, breathing, organic-based dinosaurs.

If anybody is close to Mississauga (or maybe not so close, but able to get there), you really need to go check out "Lasting Toys" at 2410 Dunwin Dr (they also have a Bricklink store but, I notice that they don't have their full inventory on there). LEGO and pretty much nothing else (anything 'else' is LEGO-related). I've been out there the last two Saturdays and really, the selection of stuff they have is just STUNNING. Old, rare, books, Lifelites, plush, grab bags... I'll be SHOCKED if you walk out with nothing. If you've ever seen some of the old Mega Bloks 'Dragons' figures that were 'translucent' (not fully transparent), you'd see quite quickly the truth of the matter. Those suckers snapped limbs and hands like nobody's business. Now, I DO realize that's an example of THEM and not LEGO but, still...
