  1. That's awesome! I think this will turn out very good, just like your bayonette! Keep it up!
  2. I really like this, this seems to be a very good entry! Things I like: The idea! I really like it and it's quite funny too. The cabin itself is packed with details, the more the better but keep it realistic. You've done it perfect. Your photoshop skill! This has turned out fantastic but it isn't completely finished. Things which might be improved: The open spaces in the cabin's walls. It is less cozy now since there are huge gaps in there. Remember that a cabin doesn't need to be completely brown. I can't see the thing behind the female, I think it's a bed and it looks very interesting. You said the woman is a nice and pretty one...but womans with one leg aren't my type. Good luck on the contest!
  3. Another great creation. I really like the sneaky interior. You've put some awesome details in it and your Photoshop skill makes it even more macaber in there. This was awesome and creepy, as always.
  4. This is a remarkeble, outstanding creation! I really like this. You've made some nice things in it like the machine, the waterfall (!) and the tracks. I really like it. I guess this took some time to build it all...but the result is here!
  5. Ah, I can see them now and they are fabulous! My favorite is the Bluecoats Rule! With the beautiful Fleur de lys behind it...My favorite symbol ever. Great, great job on them!
  6. This looks much better indeed! Nice improvements on the MOC, I see you've made the edges more angular, it looks much better now! The water details are nice as well. Good luck on the contest!
  7. This looks really cool, your plans turned out well! The red striped sail for the imperial ship is still my favorite. The edges on the black striped sail are still white, are you going to change something to that? Great work!
  8. Thank you puriri! I'm planning to use a SNOT technique for the decks, but I'll have to rebuild the whole hull for it and I lack time for it right now. The rowboat is new so I haven't added waves for it yet. A good point but I'm afraid the water will get too crowded. But we'll see... I agree a rigging would be a nice additon to it, but there's no mast in this piece of the ship: I've drawed a square around the part I made. As you see there's no mast or rigging in here. You can also see the upper deck in my entry is open, in real there are rowboats hanging in that space. I haven't done that because it would be too crowded then and it would be much harder to photograph. Thanks Puriri for your advices!
  9. I feel sad I didn't replied earlier to this nice entry... Anyway: The things I like: The custom made torso on the captain, it looks really nice! My compliments for that. The idea is great too! The MOC is very well made but it may need some improvements. Possible improvements: Adding waves to the water, I like the SNOT water but it is plain blue. Add some light blue or white stripes in it to create waves. The shark, but that has been mentioned before. Along with the expression on the minifig's heads. I see you don't want to buy new bricks, I had the same. I haven't bought any new bricks for my entry but I demolished a large part of Port Augustine for it.
  10. This looks very promising, I like the second sail the most, beautiful symbol. The skull in the first one looks a bit too 'modern' in my opinion. Your ships look cool too, the rigging is very well done. Much better then what I make on my small ships. Can't wait to see those sails on those vessels!
  11. Yeah, I can't see them as well. I'm sure I'll keep an eye on this thread though. Perhaps they need to be moderated or something? I'm not on Flickr so I can be wrong of course.
  12. It's a sad thing you will be around less...I feel also sorry for the Sang Royale, I hope it will be finished though. It's such an amazing project. I understand life isn't only about LEGO, but it's still a big part from it in my opinion, but your future is very important as well. I wish you the best of luck! See you soon!
  13. This is very, very impressive! I can understand why it is one of your favorite creations. It is mine too. I love the lightning effects in your MOC. It really looks like a deep mine. What I also like is that this is an unique idea, I've never seen a mine somewhere before. And everything is very well executed. I think this is a topper!
  14. I like this, a nice idea and nicely executed. But I have my doubts about the beard he has. Pharaoh's had a skinny long beard, bound together with tiny ropes. Great work anyway!
  15. I'm working on my second entry... Then I own 2 of the 4 entries. Seriously: Good luck with building!
  16. I agreed with the fact the water was empty and too clean for a battle, so I filled it up. Also thanks for your advice Armendariz! And no, you aren't swimming, you are trying to safe your life because you suddenly realize your barrel is leaking...
  17. There are always people here who might help you! You won't know what I've learned about ship building since I am here. Sorry for being a bit off topic.
  18. I like this a lot. A very neat entry! What I like: The story behind the MOC is cool. The minifigs are well chosen, especially the heads. The SNOT water, it is always more realistic! Possible improvements: The bottom from the ship at the end. It is too straight for a 'broken' ship. The wall behind the pirates is perfect. You should make the bottom more tattered. That's all what I can say on this beautiful entry.
  19. I like this a lot, you are a creative one! I think it's very impressive you can build all pirate sets from 1 set. *clap clap*
  20. I've tried to take better pictures but they aren't perfect yet. Sad thing is my white background was destroyed while taking pictures. It fell and teared... I make another, better and larger background soon. Maybe even this evening. Thank you Erdbeereis, I'm looking forward to the final product too! You are probably right about the dinghy Fluyt. I've considered it myself too, and now you say it... I'm planning that for the next update. And thank you for the compliment on the underwater part of the ship. I spend a lot of time on it but I'm happy on the result. Silly though that I forget to place that two tiles. And yes, that's a double sided head I used. I wanted the British soldier looking scared of the pistol pointing at him, I tried to hide the back of the head but it seems to be I have failed on that.
  21. With a lot of thanks to all your feedback I've updated my entry today. Hopefully you like it!
  22. I agree with all the above. I think you're the fasterst moc buider on EB! Your stories along with all your MOCs are awesome and exciting to read. Keep it up!
  23. Seems to be there's another stunning project on the run... Now I know why all that brown bricks were gone! This ship looks very good so far! I'm lookin' forward to the next update and I wish you the best of luck completing this beauty!!
  24. Thank you Erdbeereis for the good advice. I really appreciate that. The hold is quite big actually, there are some barrels and custom goodies in it already, along with a drunken sailor who has found the rum. I'm planning to fill the water with pieces of wood and barrels etc... a rowboat would be a great idea. Expect some updates soon!
  25. Look what we have here: General Armendariz! I'm happy you may join us too! I hope you have a nice time here! I wish you the best of luck. Oh and before I forget: Stay away from my rum! Wouwie has enough.
