I have one question: would any of german atendees be willing to "lend" his adress, so I can order something and get triple points, 10$ discount and (the most important thing) little beetle set? I have german VIP card and can order and pay myself, I just need adress in germany where I could have the stuff delivered (they would not deliver to my adress).

I'm looking for that one too, but I dont have high hopes. Everyone most likely will keep theirs. LEGO store or S@H is not an option here, so I guess I will have to be more creative about it.

For single ticket, this might be best option: https://www.legoland.de/lp/angebot-ostern/ But be quick, it's valid just few more days. -

Last year they had Unimog (4,68/piece) and Tumbler (3,42/piece) tyres. This year they will most likely have Claas tyres too, but I doubt they will still have Tumbler Tyres. -
No problem, he does not (yet) how to read, except few letters (L,E,G and O for example). In this kind of magazines pictures usualy tell the story well enough.

That would be cool. There is some info about that here: http://zusammengebaut.com/legoland-deutschland-lego-fabrik-mit-neuen-teilen-zur-saisoneroeffnung-23956/ -
Uff, our son is crazy about LEGO movie, so this will come handy not just for minifigs. If you dont mind, I would take one each of City and Batman magazines, thank you!
-
Of course! Thank you for doing this!

I glued them too (only brick related stuff I glued so far).

If you can, you may cancel it. If you already made the purchase and you can not reverse it than of course leave it The amounts are not that big in any case, but for just 5 euro discount per box it no worth the hassle and we can in any case get better prices in LEGO Store. Do they charge 5 euro for each box?

Uff, I totally missed this. If it's not too late, I would like one of each 21032 (London) and 21034 (Sydney). And now I'm going digging in my "stash" and see if I have something to bring. :)

We have annual pass too, so we will not need tickets. But, looking at this offer, I'm almost sorry that we got annual passes last year. :) -
Favorite Lego Technic sets ?
Cwetqo replied to Legofan225's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
8258 and 42009. Both are big and complex sets with smart use of mechanical functions. Some other sets are more playable (8043, 9398 ,42030) but so good to build. -
Well, 10 years after coming out of dark ages I can say that I own all technic sets which I always wanted to have. For tecnic is not so difficulat, because none of sets is too expensive. I was lucky that I managed to get 41999 from S@H and most other big sets go for 100-200 euro or even less. Compare that to SW and you will see that it's real bargain.

Small family room is for three, so maybe Georg changed Family room 8 to small family room. I would not worry about anything. This is family business and owner is very flexible. -

No, this is total for room. Your share would be 104 euro total or 26 euro for each night. This includes really good breakfast, which alone costs 8 euro. I doubt you could find cheaper place to sleep in that region (or country). -

What would be considered a "large" LEGO collection?
Cwetqo replied to Brikkyy13's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I have about 350.000 pieces in about 600 sets (most are not assembled) an maybe 100.000 bricks from bricklink ad bulk orders. I consider my collection as "medium". It's big for your country, bit I dont imagine that I could complete with guys from countries with longer AFOL tradition.- 36 replies

Unfortunate Experience with Bricklink Customer Support
Cwetqo replied to DrJB's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
After you get each order, you get email, saying (among other things): and: In my opinion Bricklink did nothing wrong. System, as it is set up, is done is such way for benefit of everyone. You SHOULD report problematic buyer if you do not get any response in few days (or a week) to have him sanctioned/removed and save others from similar trouble. It seems that you waited at least six months (since old orders are purged then) and that fee amount was less than 15 dollars (otherwise you would have to pay fees earlier). In my opinion you should take is as (hard learned) lessons to keep things tidy and current on Bricklink. -
I got two on friday for testing (we will present them on our next event). I work close to the company who makes them, so I got them directly from CEO. I dont know the status of Kickstarter shipment (we did not manage to speak for more than few minutes), but what I got looks like completely finished product, ready to use and with retail packaging, so it should not take long (or is already shipping). I need to clarify that I'm not a part of team making it, neither paid by them (I will also return or pay those bricks), so I think I am not biased in any way. This type of box is for two bricks: I did not yet have time for proper testing, but I did test run on my 41999: As you can see it will not fit without some rebuilding. Its too tall to go where original battery box is as and too long to be placed in place of IR reciever. But overall size is very compact and it should not be a problem to integrate it even in smaller builds. Connectors hold ver well and i did not have any cases of them falling even, even when test in such "loose" conditions. Bottom connections and side holes for technic pins work as they should too. I got acces to just limited version of app, which supports just three pre-selected models (8448, 8275 and ultimate 42009). I tested it on iPhone 6s (iOS 10.2.1) and it immediately found both bricks and connected. After you select one brick (or both, for 42009), you come to above screen, where you select functions for each port. You go bakc and click on "Start Engine" and it works (S-bricks, which I have several pices too, took much more time and trying). I need yet to make proper test, but from first impression model moved noticeably faster than with regular battery and V2 receiver. It almost "jumped" form start and speed looked better too. App has three speed setting, but they all looked the same to me - fast. Response seems great and you gradual reponse too (slow driving or just partial turning).
